Member participation is a significant element in spurring activity and for maintaining a unifying bond in a co-operative. This study explores service quality's effect on member participation in the primary employee co-operative (primkopkar) Manunggal. This type of research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were members of the Manunggal co-operative, and the sample in this study was 98 people. The data analysis tool used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which was processed with the Linear Structural Relationship (LISREL) statistical program. The results showed that service quality had a significant effect on increasing the participation of co-operative members.

This study examines the problems of the success of culinary businesses that have not been done much, especially during this covid 19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of business competence, financial governance and competitive advantage on the success of culinary businesses in Jakarta. To achieve the success of the culinary business, a competitive advantage strategy is needed by increasing the competence of business actors and financial governance. The object of this research is culinary business in 10 culinary center locations in DKI Jakarta with a selected population of 1,216 culinary entrepreneurs and a total sample of 257 respondents. The data analysis tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Lisrel 8.80 . program. The results of this study prove firstly that the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of business competence and financial governance together on the competitive advantage of culinary businesses is 82%, while the remaining 18% is the influence of other variables. While the second is that the magnitude of the contribution of the influence of business competence, financial governance and competitive advantage together on business success is 86%, while the remaining 14% is the magnitude of the influence of other variables. The most dominant variable influencing business success is the competitive advantage variable variabel.

This research aims to investigate the effect of attitudes towards healthcare service quality on organisational performance among Saudi Arabian hospitals. The sample size comprises of 154 hospitals randomly chosen from 259 government hospitals in Saudi Arabia. For data analysis, the Partial Least Squares (PLS) structural equation modeling was used. In addition, this study found a positive and significant association between attitudes towards healthcare service quality and organisational performance. Eventually, this study provides some limitations and suggestions for future researchers.

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on competitive advantage; determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation on performance and determine the effect of competitive advantage on performance. The data collection method was obtained by using a questionnaire on MSME actors in the Special Region of Yogyakarta and collected 204 respondents. The data analysis tool uses the AMOS Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. The results show that there is an influence between entrepreneurial orientations and learning orientation on competitive advantage, there is an influence between entrepreneurial orientation and competitive advantage on performance. However, there is no effect between learning orientation on performance

The purpose of this study is to determine how price, service quality, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and how much influence, price, service quality on customer satisfaction which has implications for customer loyalty. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were taken by simple random sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was carried out with the help of the SEM program from Smart PLS 3.0. Besides, this research also proves that the price variable will affect customer satisfaction, then the price will also affect customer loyalty, as well as service quality affects customer satisfaction and will also affect customer loyalty. and also the mediating variable of customer satisfaction which will affect customer loyalty.  This study aimed to examine the effect of Experience Economy (Education Experience, Entertainment Experience, Escapism Experience, dan Esthetics Experience) on Vivid Memory and Loyalty Festival. This study used sample of 200 respondents. This research used quantitative approach through statistical test. Data analysis Method that used in this research was SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). The results of this study indicated that Experience Economy (Education Experience, Entertainment Experience, Escapism Experience, and Esthetics Experience) proved to have a positif significant effect on Vivid Memory visitors of the Parade Budaya dan Pawai Bunga Surabaya. However loyalty was affected only by the Entertainment Experience and Esthetics Experience. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Experience Economy (Education Experience, Entertainment Experience, Escapism Experience, dan Esthetics Experience) terhadap Vivid Memory dan Loyalty Festival. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Parade Budaya dan Pawai Bunga Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui pengujian secara statistik. This study aims to look at the influence of islamic branding variables, religiosity variables and attitude variables on the interest of Muslim communities in representing money. This study uses a quantitative approach and Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling as a data analysis method used to analyze the factors that affect the interest of Muslim communities in the representation of money. Respondents are Muslim communities who have had 141 respondents. The results showed that the Islamic branding variable had a positive and significant effect on attitudes, then the religiosity variable had a positive and significant effect on attitudes.

The purpose of this study was to: to examine empirically the effect of service quality to customer satisfaction on Express taxi, to examine empirically the effect of fare to customer satisfaction on Express taxi, to examine empirically the effect of customer satisfaction to customer loyalty on Express taxi, to examine empirically the effect of service quality to customer loyalty on Express taxi, and to examine empirically the effect of fare to customer loyalty on Express taxi. Data collection using survey methods. Sample of this study are 200 respondents who have using services of Express taxi more than two times in last three months. Data analysis using SPSS version 23 and SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) LISREL version 8.7. Results of hypothesis testing showed: service quality have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, fare have positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction have positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, service quality have positive and not significant effect to on customer loyalty. fare have positive and significant effect to on customer loyalty. Rated fit model with value of RMSEA 0.043, value of RMR 0.043, value of CMIN/DF 1.88, value of NFI 0.96, value of NNFI 0.98, and value of CFI 0.98. The results of this research beneficial to transportation company, especially Express taxi in Jakarta, to create better strategy in improving customer loyalty.   Keywords: service quality, fare, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, transportation

AbstrakPasar penerbangan di Indonesia semakin kompetitif dengan semakin banyaknya maskapai penerbangan komersial yang beroperasi. Bagi konsumen, hal ini menjadi keuntungan karena pilihan maskapai penerbangan yang semakin bervariasi. Sementara bagi maskapai penerbangan, kondisi ini menuntut perusahaaan untuk mampu memberikan pengalaman dan pelayanan yang lebih baik guna menjaga loyalitas konsumen agar dapat menguasai pasar. Perusahaan maskapai penerbangan seperti Garuda Indonesia perlu mempertimbangkan pengalaman merek yang dirasakan untuk mempertahankan pelanggannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh langsung pengalaman merek terhadap loyalitas merek dan kualitas pelayanan sebagai pemoderasi untuk menyelesaikan masalah perbedaan hasil studi empiris. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Kuesioner dibagikan secara daring kepada responden penelitian dan ada 200 responden yang memberikan jawaban secara lengkap. Alat analisis berupa Structural Equation Modeling Warp Partial Least Square 6.0 (SEM Warp PLS) dipilih untuk menguji model pengukuran (validitas dan reliabilitas) dan model struktural (pengujian hipotesis). Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa pengalaman merek dapat mendorong peningkatan loyalitas merek sebesar 19%. Selain itu, kualitas pelayanan terbukti dapat bertindak sebagai pemoderasi pada pengaruh pengalaman merek terhadap loyalitas merek. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Pelayanan, Pengalaman Merek, Loyalitas Merek, Maskapai Penerbangan. AbstractThe Influence of Brand Experience to Brand Loyalty on Garuda Indonesia Airline Customers: The aviation market in Indonesia is increasingly competitive with the increasing number of commercial airlines operating. For consumers, this is an advantage because of the increasingly varied choices of airlines. As for airline, this condition requires the company can provide better experience and service to mantain consumers loyalty to dominate the market. Airlines such as Garuda Indonesia need to consider the brand experience to retain consumers. This study aims to test the direct influence of brand experience to brand loyalty and service quality as a moderation to overcome the problem of differences in the results of empirical studies. The research method used is quantitative.. Determination of the research sample using a purposive sampling method. The online questionnaire was distributed directly to respondents and as many as 200 respondents gave complete answers. The Structural Equation Modeling Warp Partial Least Square 6.0 (SEM Warp PLS) analysis tool was chosen to test the measurement model (validity and reliability) and the structural model (hypothesis testing). The results showed that brand experience can leverage on brand loyalty by 19%. This research is based on the phenomenon of the problem of high unemployment and low Muslim entrepreneurship in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze and predict the influence of family background on the intention of the muslimpreneur. The population in this study is students of MA / SMA boarding schools in the city of Bandung. The sampling technique used was a non-probability-accidental sampling technique of 100 people. The method used is causal with a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique used is Patrial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that family background had a positive and significant effect on Muslimpreneur intentions in students of MA / SMA Pesantren in Bandung. The implication in this study is the higher the influence of family background, it will affect the intentions of Islamic entrepreneurship on students.

This research aims to identify the role of involvement as a moderating variable in the model of customer loyality. The population in this study is the Xiaomi smartphone users in Yogyakarta. Data is collected through survey method that is guided by questionnaire. The data samples are 200 respondents to eligible the data analysis by structural equation modeling. The results indicate that the involvement moderates the effect of perceived quality, perceived price and after-sales service towards customer satisfaction.. Besides, the result is the involvement moderates the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The results are used to develop strategies to effectively increase customer loyalty by designing a stimulus to increase customer loyalty considering the level of customer involvement.
