<p><em>This study aims to analyze the effect of budget planning, human resource competence and budget evaluation on budget absorption through organizational commitment as a moderating variable</em><em>.</em><em> The population in this study were 35 district / city offices of the Ministry of Religion in Central Java and 1 Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, Central Java Province. The sample was 106 respondents. The respondents are financial management employees, namely planners, commitment makers, expenditure treasurers and financial management staff in 36 work units within the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion, Central Java Province. Data collection was carried out through a survey using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Data were analyzed using partial least square (PLS) with SmartPLS tools.</em><em> </em><em>The results showed that budget planning, human resource competence and budget evaluation had a positive and significant effect on the level of budget absorption. The organizational commitment variable does not strengthen the influence of budget planning, human resource competence and budget evaluation on budget absorption in the work unit within the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of Central Java Province.</em></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan anggaran, kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan evaluasi anggaran terhadap penyerapan anggaran melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 Kantor Kementerian Agama kabupaten/kota di Jawa Tengah dan 1 Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Sampel sebanyak 106 responden. Responden penelitian adalah pegawai pengelola keuangan, yaitu Perencana, Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen, Bendahara Pengeluaran dan Staf Pengelola Keuangan pada 36 satuan kerja pada lingkup Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dengan  menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan <em>partial least square</em> (PLS). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan anggaran, kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan evaluasi anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat penyerapan anggaran. Variabel komitmen organisasi tidak memperkuat pengaruh perencanaan anggaran, kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan evaluasi anggaran terhadap penyerapan anggaran pada satuan kerja lingkup Kantor Wilayah Kementerian Agama Provinsi Jawa Tengah.</p>

<p><em>This study aims to examine the influence of personal factors on organizational commitment. Personal factors in this study are interpreted with job choice factor, expectancy, and psychological contract variables. Research respondents were private madrasa teachers in the Central Java Indonesia. Data analysis using structural equation modeling partial least square shows that personal factors have a positive and significant effect on teacher organizational commitment. Job choice factor is the consideration of the applicant the first time someone decides to work as a teacher. Individuals have evaluated salary, the nature of the type of work as an educator, as well as long-term prospects such as the possibility to become permanent teachers of a madrasa / school and the opportunity to get certified. Teachers have expectations regarding financial and non-financial compensation and hope the head of the madrasa or foundation provides reciprocity or appreciation for their sacrifice to the organization. Teachers always expect a positive response from the </em><em> </em><em>head of the madrasa/foundation, as their workload increases. Positive responses from the head of the madrasa/foundation provided their commitment to work and organization will always increase</em><em>, c</em><em>onversely</em><em>.</em><em> </em></p><p> </p>

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to extend the knowledge on the underlying relation between trust, knowledge sharing (KS) and organizational commitment (OC) in small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), by testing the mediator role of KS between trust and OC dimensions. Design/methodology/approach The paper addresses a sample of 582 top exporting Portuguese SMEs and it tests an original model using structural equation modeling following a partial least square approach. Findings Results show that trust positively and significantly influences KS and affective and normative OCs. KS partially mediates the relation between trust and affective OC. Research limitations/implications This study contributes to both the knowledge management and human resource development literatures, showing the relationship between variables from both bodies of literature. Some limitations apply, the study uses cross-sectional data that limit the conclusions about causality and some restrictions on the generalization of the results also apply due to the used sample. Practical implications Results show the importance of encouraging a trustful environment in SMEs on behalf of KS and OC dimensions. Human resource managers could profit from stimulating KS among employees that results in affective OC. Originality/value Findings show the relevancy of trust in SMEs and the role of KS that contributes to OC.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Financial Supervision, Utilization of IT, Organizational Commitment, and Competency of Human Resources on the Reliability of Financial Reporting for the Regional Government of Jember Regency. The study used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, which was carried out by distributing research questionnaires to 100 employees of SKPD financial management in Jember Regency. The data analysis technique in this study used Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). The results of this study are financial supervision, and organizational commitment have a significant positive effect on the reliability of the financial reporting of the Jember Regency Government. Meanwhile, the use of information technology (IT) and human resource competence has no effect.

Tujuan dan kegunaan penelitian yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Iklim Organisasional Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Karyawan Dengan Keadilan Organisasional Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada PT. Harry Tridarma. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan penelitian kausal komperatif.  Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Harry Tridarma. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 50 orang karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik total sampling yaitu metode pemilihan sampel yang diaplikasikan pada seluruh anggota populasi. Jenis dan sumber data adalah data primer dan dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu survei. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner yang disebarluaskan kepada responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Iklim organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keadilan organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma. 2) Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Komitmen organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma. 3) Iklim organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma. 4) Keadilan organisasional memediasi pengaruh iklim organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasionalpada karyawan PT. This study discussed employee turnover as one of the crucial problems faced by every organization. This study sought to analyze the determinants of turnover intention, such as job insecurity, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The objects of this study were newcomer lecturers of private Islamic universities in East Java Province, Indonesia. To analyze the relationship among independent variables and dependent variable; this study employed a correlation path model. To build the structural formulation of the correlation path model, this study used the variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The study found that job insecurity influenced job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Moreover, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had positive impacts on the turnover intention. In contrast, job insecurity did not have a direct significant impact on the turnover intention, but it had indirect effect that influences job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

This study is focused to analyze the impact of servant leadership on employee performance in relation to the organizational commitment mediation. It is a causality research, providing an explanation and understanding about the impact of servant leadership on employee performance and the impact of servant leadership on organizational commitment. The sample of the research are 90 civil servants in Wangaya General Hospital as the respondents. In this study questionares are used as instuments of the research. Descriptive and inferential analysis were applied as method of analysis and Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as a tool. The result is that servant leadership does not have any significant effect on employees performance, servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the impact on servant leadership and employee performance through the role of organizational commitment as mediating variable is supported.

This study aims to analyze the influence of team work, leadership style and organizational culture on nurse performance with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. The research unit is nurses at Type B hospitals in Jakarta. The population is 1362 nurses. Methods of collecting data using surveys. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Questionnaires were distributed to 523 respondents. Data analysis method uses Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square SEM-PLS). The results of the study prove that teamwork has a positive effect on nurse performance. Teamwork does not affect organizational commitment. Organizational culture has a positive effect on nurse performance. Organizational culture has a positive effect on organizational commitment. Leadership style does not affect nurse performance. Leadership style does not affect organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive effect on nurse performance. Organizational commitment cannot play a role in mediating the influence of teamwork on nurse performance. Organizational commitment can play a role in mediating the influence of organizational culture on nurse performance. Organizational commitment cannot play a role in mediating the influence of leadership style on nurse performance.

This research uses quantitative research, the aim is to determine the influence of human resource development, religiosity, on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. In this study, data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees using a purposive sampling method to determine respondents' responses to existing variables. The analysis was performed using the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS). The results of the analysis show that human resource development has no effect on employee performance, religiosity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Human resource development has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, religiosity has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction variables have a positive and significant effect in moderating human resource development on employee performance and religiosity on employee performance. This means that the more often human resource development is given, the higher the employee's performance and the higher the employee's religiosity, the higher the employee's performance will be and will result in job satisfaction for employees at the Sharia Business Unit Bank in Palembang City.  Keywords: Human Resources Development, Religiosity, Employee Performance, and Job Satisfaction.  AbstrakPenelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, tujuannya yaitu untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh pengembangan sumber daya manusia, religiusitas, terhadap kinerja karyawan  dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan dengan meyebarkan kuesioner terhadap 100 karyawan menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mengetahui tanggapan responden terhadap variabel yang ada. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) berbasis partial least square (PLS). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan sumber daya manusia tidak terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, Dan variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam memoderasi antara pengembangan sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja karyawan dan religiusitas terhadap kinerja karyawan. Ini berarti semakin sering pengembangan sumber daya manusia diberikan maka semakin tinggi kinerja karyawan dan semakin tinggi religiusitas karyawan maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin tinggi dan akan menghasilkan kepuasan kerja bagi karyawan pada Bank Unit Usaha Syariah di Kota Palembang.  Kata Kunci: Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, Religiusitas, Kinerja Karyawan, dan Kepuasan Kerja.

Micro-enterprises have a significant role in the country’s economy. However, business owners must face various problems to develop their business. One of the problems is the limited funding for micro-enterprises due to the low financial literacy of business owners. In addition, the business owner’s tolerance for risk is also expected to affect the financial management of micro-enterprises. This study aims to determine the level of financial literacy andtolerance of business owners and the financial management of micro-enterprises. This research method uses a questionnaire distributed to micro-enterprise owners in Central Java Province and Yogyakarta Special Region. The results showed that the level of financial literacy of micro-enterprise owners was in the medium category. Micro-enterprise owners have a neutral attitude towards risk and are not individuals who dare to take risks but do not avoid risk. Financial management carried out by business owners is still in the poor category. Improvement of financial literacy, understanding of risks, and financial management of micro-enterprises still need to be done.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Servant Leadership, Self-Awareness and Competence on Organizational Commitment and Performance of Employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Bangkalan State. Indonesia. Sample in this study was 82 Employees of Dinas Pekerjaan Umum, Bangkalan State which gather using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection methods used survey techniques with questionnaires as instruments, and data analysis methods used PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that Servant Leadership, Self Awareness, and Competence has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment, Further analysis shows that Servant Leadership has a significant influence on the Performance, but Self Awareness Competence has not significant effect on the Performance, eventhouth Organizational Commitment has significant impact on the Performance, its mean that servant leadership and self awareness has important role on increasing the performance of the employees.
