This research aims to examine organizational commitment model of private university lecturers in Indonesia, using three independent variables, namely internal marketing, job satisfaction and organizational justice. Data collection was done by survey method on 200 private university (PTS) lecturers under the Higher Education Service Institutions covering 14 regions in Indonesia. Helped by PLS (Partial Least Square), SEM (Structural Equation Model) was used to process the data collected. Accordingly, to check the validity, the measurement model was evaluated based on several reflective indicators (convergent and discriminant validity as well as composite reliability). Based on the result of discriminant and convergent validity, it is known that the whole constructs are valid as both the outer loading and AVE (Average Variance Extracted) value are > 0.70, moreover, a similar good result shown in composite reliability evaluation with the value of > 0.70. Finally, the results found showed that seven hypotheses, out of nine hypotheses, were proven to be true. On the other hand, for the other hypotheses, the findings showed that organizational justice and Internal marketing had no direct effect on organizational commitment. This study discussed employee turnover as one of the crucial problems faced by every organization. This study sought to analyze the determinants of turnover intention, such as job insecurity, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The objects of this study were newcomer lecturers of private Islamic universities in East Java Province, Indonesia. To analyze the relationship among independent variables and dependent variable; this study employed a correlation path model. To build the structural formulation of the correlation path model, this study used the variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The study found that job insecurity influenced job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Moreover, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had positive impacts on the turnover intention. In contrast, job insecurity did not have a direct significant impact on the turnover intention, but it had indirect effect that influences job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

This research is directed to prove the significance of the influence of organizational climate dimensions in the form of physical environment (X1), social environment (X2) and management system (X3) on the dimensions of employee performance in the form of employee work goals (Y1) and employee work behavior (PKP). There are six hypotheses that are proven through a partial least square (PLS) analysis process. The population of this study (observation data) was 82 BKD NTB employees. Data was collected through questionnaires and all questionnaires returned in accordance with data input needs. Through the outer model stage there are two indicators of the social environment that are issued, namely the relationship of superiors with subordinates (LS1) and colleague relations (LS2) as well as two indicators of employee work behavior, namely commitment (PKP3) and leadership (PKP6). Indicators that are classified as valid get a reinforcement of criteria through the parameter AVE values above 0.50 and include reliable indicators through Cronbach's alpha parameters and composite reliability above 0.70. PLS analysis through the inner model stage found that all dimensions of the organization's climate have a positive influence (positive sign of the path coefficient) on the dimensions of employee performance. Keywords : Organizational Climate Dimensions and Employee Performance Dimensions.

Personal factors in this study are interpreted with job choice factor, expectancy, and psychological contract variables. Research respondents were private madrasa teachers in the Central Java Indonesia. Data analysis using structural equation modeling partial least square shows that personal factors have a positive and significant effect on teacher organizational commitment. Job choice factor is the consideration of the applicant the first time someone decides to work as a teacher. Individuals have evaluated salary, the nature of the type of work as an educator, as well as long-term prospects such as the possibility to become permanent teachers of a madrasa / school and the opportunity to get certified.
