For the highway and bridge construction industry, the traditional management model has been difficult to adapt to the current information management background. In recent years, in order to comprehensively improve the information management level of highway and bridge engineering, the highway and bridge industry advocates the use of emerging technologies to achieve full-cycle dynamic management of highway and bridge engineering management, and try to ensure the quality of highway and bridge engineering management while improving The efficiency of highway and bridge design management. In view of this, this article is mainly based on the background of information management, researching and analyzing the application strategy of BIM technology in highway bridge design for reference.

Highway bridge engineering is an important part of modern transportation system. It has a great effect on the devel-opment of modern society. Therefore, it is very important to ensure the construction quality of highway bridge engi-neering. At present, there are more and more construction technology quality control issues in the construction of high-way bridges should be given enough attention. The problems should be actively found out and effectively solved to improve the quality of life, while promoting China development of infrastructure construction. This paper analyzes the quality control strategies in the highway bridge construction.

Purpose – Surprisingly, given the prominence and front-line role of subcontractors in the construction industry, their perspective is almost completely absent from construction productivity literature. Existing research in this area presents a highly one-sided principal contractor perspective and there are very few insights into what subcontractors think. The purpose of this paper is to address the imbalance by investigating the determinants of construction productivity from a subcontractor's perspective. Design/methodology/approach – Focus groups with 71 of Australia's leading tier-one subcontractors were conducted with the aim of exploring their insights into the productivity challenge. Findings – The findings indicate that the main determinants of productivity for subcontractors are: the quality of relationships with principal contractors; opportunity for early involvement in design; transparent tender practices; growing administration and document control; design management; project management and supervisory skills, particularly in planning, scheduling and coordination; risk management and; industrial relations (IR). Research limitations/implications – This research was conducted in Australia and similar research needs to be conducted in other countries to cross-reference and validate the results more widely. Practical implications – In practical terms, a “culture” of productivity improvement will need to be “nurtured” across the business and supply chain if productivity is to be improved. In particular contractors should avoid bid shopping, respect subcontractor IP and talk to subcontractors earlier in a project. Social implications – By respecting the opinions of subcontractors who employ the vast majority of workers in the construction industry, productivity and employment can be increased. Originality/value – The focus group results add significantly to a more balanced understanding of what has hitherto been a one-sided principal contractor focused debate.

In recent years, China's economic level has made rapid progress. The construction industry occupies a large proportion in the overall economy, and people pay more and more attention to the construction of various projects. The quality of construction projects is directly related to the safety of people's lives and property, which puts forward higher and higher requirements for the construction technology level. As we all know, road subgrade and bridge engineering have certain complexity, and construction takes time and construction environment is bad. In recent years, with the increase in the number of relevant projects, more and more problems have emerged. This article analyzes the construction technology of road subgrade and bridge engineering, focuses on the key technologies in construction, and makes the project construction as much as possible to meet the needs of human production and living.

In education, for educational instruments scientific writing is a very important thing. It requires an information management skill, information management is a library search, which can be done through a computer and guided by the internet. It can also be through the quality of reading used as a reference for scientific writing. In addition, in producing a paper also must know the management of writing, not only required to pay attention to the rules of standard language, but also must be able to convey ideas and ideas well and meet scientific criteria, such as making a quote or reference list used. This paper was written with the aim of improving the quality of research through reading material, making notes and avoiding plagiarism, references using the Harvard system for journals, books, and articles. Management of citing articles either CD or internet, writing, editing, storing references electronically, writing bibliography, and quotations.

Information Product Approach (IP Approach) is an information management approach. It can be used to manage product information and data quality analysis. IP-Map can be used by organizations to facilitate the management of knowledge in collecting, storing, maintaining, and using the data in an organized. The  process of data management of academic activities in X University has not yet used the IP approach. X University has not given attention to the management of information quality of its. During this time X University just concern to system applications used to support the automation of data management in the process of academic activities. IP-Map that made in this paper can be used as a basis for analyzing the quality of data and information. By the IP-MAP, X University is expected to know which parts of the process that need improvement in the quality of data and information management.   Index term: IP Approach, IP-Map, information quality, data quality. Prefabricated power support structure foundations are made in prefabrication plants where concrete is laid in layers in moulds. The quality of the prefabricated units depends mainly on proper concrete mixture compaction, which is usually effected by means of immersion vibrators. It happens that when the vibrator is withdrawn too quickly, defects, in the form of, e.g., air voids and zones of insufficiently vibrated concrete, appear. Modern non-destructive acoustic techniques, which in recent years have been increasingly commonly used in the construction industry, are highly suitable for testing concrete elements, particularly prefabricated concrete units. The non-destructive impact-echo technique is particularly useful for determining defect location depth and for locating defective areas.

A meta-synthesis approach was used to identify, synthesize, and categorize appropriately factors in the literature that contribute to design documentation quality. The categories include factors on quality attributes, quality indicators, and quality-influencing factors. Findings indicate that the quality of design documentation in practice is unsatisfactory, therefore, there is a need for collaboration between the owner, designers, and end-users to improve design documentation quality. The results offer pragmatic data on design documentation quality in the construction industry between the years 1992 and 2019. However, further research on the significant impacts of poor-quality design documentation on construction projects is recommended.
