A inserção da educação a distância nos processos educativos formais apontou possibilidades de formação em nível superior para aqueles que estão distantes dos centros de formação e, para além disso, desvelou objetos de investigação. Um exemplo disso são os materiais didáticos, tão necessários para a efetivação da aprendizagem na modalidade a distância. A gama de materiais é grande e, por isso, é interessante conhecer o modo como eles vêm sendo desenvolvidos e utilizados por aquelas instituições que ofertam cursos nessa modalidade. É sabido que há necessidades distintas entre os alunos da educação a distância e os de cursos presenciais, que precisam estar contempladas nos materiais didáticos. Mas de fato estão? Considerando a organização do espaço de estudo como importante no processo pedagógico, como os espaços dos materiais didáticos vêm sendo organizados? Que elementos têm sido utilizados para o desenvolvimento de layouts para materiais didáticos utilizados em cursos a distância? Tais questões são tema deste escrito, que busca, a partir de um estudo de caso, observar materiais didáticos produzidos para cursos brasileiros a distância. Um olhar transversal sobre tais materiais aponta semelhanças com os produtos elaborados para a educação presencial, tão conhecida por muitos.Palavras-chave: Educação a distância; Materiais didáticos; Layout.?Didactic Materials for Distance Education: Observing LayoutsAbstract The inclusion of distance education in formal educational processes pointed training opportunities in higher education for those who are distant from training centers and, in addition, unveiled research objects. An example of this are the didactic materials, as necessary for effective learning in the distance. The range of materials is large and therefore it is interesting to know how these are being developed and used by those institutions that offer courses in this modality. It is known that there are different needs among students of distance education and presence courses that need to be addressed in didactic materials. But actually are? Considering the organization of study space as important in the educational process, as the spaces of didactic materials have been organized? What elements have been used to development layouts for the materials used in distance education courses? This questions are theme of this this written that will, with a case study, observe didactic materials produced to Brazilian distance courses. That observation shown us that analyzed materials have similarities with didactic products for face to face education.Keywords: Distance education; Didactic materials; Layout.

Student competence includes process of the organization, transfer and assimilation of knowledge, skills of activity. Educational processes (or otherwise, training process) are connected with development of training in time and space and mean consecutive system of actions. Traditionally, research and study process of training is connected with transfer of knowledge by the teacher to the pupil (or to the trainee). The course of training, since ancient times, began to apply various supportive applications promoting acceleration, strengthening of understanding. In modern times, the process of training became impossible without use of computer equipment. It led to emergence of a new paradigm of educational process – electronic education, which is realized in the form of distance education. This chapter 7 students', from National Polytechnic University of Armenia, Faculty of Engineering Cybernetic, =scientific competence in study period from 1967-1972.

Educational process (or otherwise, training process) are connected with development of training in time and space and mean consecutive system of actions, it realizing. Traditionally process of training is connected with transfer of knowledge by the teacher to the pupil (or to the trainee). In the course of training since ancient times began to apply various supportive applications promoting acceleration, strengthening of understanding. In modern time process of training became already impossible without use of the computer equipment, and at the first stages involved as auxiliary. It led to emergence of a new paradigm of educational process – electronic education (e-learning) which is realized in the form of remote education. The educational process realized on the basis of the electronic training systems represents purposeful and controlled hard independent work of the trainee who can study in time, convenient for it, having only access to funds of training and to methodical materials. Possibility of contact with the teacher in such systems is, as a rule, conducted by means of e-mails. In this sense, of course, efficiency of a traditional type of training with the teacher in the form of lecture, practical and laboratory researches is more significant. With the reasons of crisis of the higher education of the last time it is covered in discrepancy between opportunities of traditional methods of training and that volume of the actual knowledge which modern society demands from the trained. Therefore the Government of the Russian Federation sees solutions of tasks in development of educational process within an intensification, optimization of educational process and development of electronic education (Development of education 2013). The modern level of development of telecommunication means allows removed trainees to provide access to educational resources of educational institution (remote education). However, at realization of this approach sharply there is a problem of control of the actual knowledge acquired by the trainee. In article it is offered to consider one of forms of a paradigm of electronic education connected with creation of the virtual educational space (VES). Within VOP it is offered to resolve issues of training and control of knowledge at the new level.

Com base nas concepções de Theodor Adorno e Zygmunt Bauman, estudiosos na área de Filosofia, este trabalho se propõe a analisar as questões éticas que perpassam os cursos de Educação a Distância, especialmente no que diz respeito aos cursos de formação de professores. Inicialmente apresenta considerações sobre os conceitos de ética, semiformação e educação mediada por tecnologias, necessários para discussão sobre o tema. Tal abordagem se justifica pelo considerável crescimento da Educação a Distância nos últimos anos e pela frequente discussão acerca da qualidade desses cursos, considerando o elevando número de professores licenciados via essa modalidade de educação e futuros responsáveis pela educação brasileira. Initially, it presents considerations about the concepts of ethics, semi-formation, and technology-mediated education, necessary for discussion on the subject. Such an approach is justified by the considerable growth of Distance Education in recent years and by the frequent discussion about the quality of these courses, considering the increasing number of teachers licensed through this modality of education who are responsible for the future of Brazilian education. The paper describes the preconditions and specifics of electronic learning resources in Russian universities and focuses on the priorities in the development of electronic education. As it is revealed, there are certain problems with employing electronic resources in mixed forms of learning, i.e. when such resources are only a part of the educational process, not a complete substitute. The paper explores the advantages and shortcomings of electronic learning in full-time instruction basing on the outcomes of a survey for students and teachers carried out in one the Russian universities. These outcomes help to assess the effectiveness of electronic learning and further perspectives of mixed forms of instruction. The paper finally provides some recommendations on how to increase the effectiveness of electronic learning by means of its integration with traditional technologies in education.

The article presents the analysis of the introduction of the professional standard of the teacher (the Standard), and analyzed the risks the formal implementation of the requirements of the Standard situation when the teacher can not organize and build relationships in the framework of functional maps of the profession and driving its operations to implement the desired work functions that does not allow the execution of one of the main functions of the Standard - improve the effectiveness of the educational process. The author presents a theoretical model of modern educational process; the proposed mechanism is a system implementation of the Standard proved the importance of the consideration of the necessary skills and knowledge as the employment action; it shows the variability of implementation of the Standard in accordance with emerging problems in the professional activity of the teacher, the peculiarities of the system of implementation of the Standard by the example of one work function: teaching activities for the implementation of the programmes of primary General education. Testing showed the importance of using the system implementation of the Standard as methodological tools in the process of thinking as a teacher this document. An empirical test of performance was carried out on the basis of an analysis of the final work of 98 students of continuing education courses (primary school teachers). 78% of teachers designed EP, identified the main\ components in it and correlated them with the main labor functions. 83% of teachers switched from formal adherence to the standard to the conscious design of the study program.

Аннотация: В статье рассматриваются возможности использования электронных ресурсов образовательного портала БГУ в учебном процессе. Одним из важных направлений развития системы высшего образования является внедрение информационно-коммуникационных технологий в процесс обучения, в том числе и русскому языку как неродному. В связи с этим появилась настоятельная потребность поиска новых подходов к организации учебного процесса с целью достижения его качества и уровня мировых стандартов. В статье дана информация об «Образовательном портале» и принцип его работы, также рассмотрены функции электронной библиотеки, электронных ресурсов и показаны Возможности Образовательного портала, Портала «Образование на русском» Государственного института русского языка им. Annotation: The article considers the possibility of using the electronic resources of the educational portal of Bishkek Humanitarian University in the educational process. Environmental engineering education has been an active option for engineers from all disciplines for nearly 50 years at the graduate level. Some graduate programs expanded to integrate students with undergraduate science degrees with the engineering programs, since the cross discipline interaction is required outside the academic programs. In the mid-1980s interest increased to such a level that undergraduate programs began to form. Several of these programs have been accredited in their various forms recognizing the diversity of the field and those presenting the programs. The progression from graduate-degree-based specializations to broad-based undergraduate programs reflects both the increased knowledge in the field and the increased demand for professional engineers capable of responding to public health and environmental protection issues. Graduate programs greatly expand fundamental knowledge of physical, chemical, and biological processes and their application to protection problems. Of course, the doctorate is dedicated to the development of significant new knowledge. This paper defines several of the basic components of the environmental engineering profession and the educational process needed to produce qualified environmental engineers.Key words: environmental engineering, education, courses, undergraduate environmental engineering, graduate environmental engineering.

As a result of the expansion of informatics era, in the last decade is a noticeable focus on the development and application of ICT in education, which, thanks to its rapid development marks the era of electronic education. The goal of electronic education is actually a modernization of the teaching process, which will enable teachers the reduction of teaching duties, simplify preparation and teaching and testing students' knowledge, which with the electronic platform is becoming an important component of a multimedia approach to teaching. The main objective of this work is to draw attention to the general pedagogical expert and scientific public and to point to a wider range of options provided by this type of evaluation in the educational process, and it is already at the level of teaching classroom. In this sense, in the paper, in addition to theoretical considerations are presented and acquired experience from practice,  resulting from implementation assessments potential of created educational software, as well as the experience of using modern educational technology.

In this paper, we describe the ways of improving knowledge assessment with the help of cognitive maps, made during the process of working with intelligent tutoring system “E-learning center — High-edu”. Cognitive map consists of didactic units — minimal units of knowledge about some discipline’s domain. This article shows, how they can be used in intelligent tutoring systems. The example of algorithm realization of forming the didactic units list from discipline cognitive map for consistency of test task presentation determining is shown. The operator model are presented in this paper, which can be helpful for researchers and engineers for using Prolog language for expert systems and knowledge management systems development as well as for support of educational process and the control of student knowledge that will allow achieving improvement of quality of electronic education.
