Education is a very important variable of economic growth and development. It could be said that the rate of growth of an economy is directly proportional to the quality of education meted on the populace. This is the reason every society strives to educate its citizens. However, Nigeria remains backward in terms of education delivery. There are millions of unemployable graduates rooming her streets searching for jobs. Though many reasons could be pointed as the cause of this, this work beams its searchlight on policymaking and implementation. It argues that if the right policies are made and dutifully implemented, the quality of education would improve. Using the tool of Feyerabend’s anarchism, the work analysed the Nigerian Policy of education, pointing at areas of weaknesses and recommending action points for government and policymakers. It concludes that if Feyerabend’s anarchism is made to guide policy-making in Nigeria, educational progress would ensue.

This article is very useful for readers because here they can observe, practical education and also academics to understand how to find the right solution in developing the quality of education especially in the era of regional autonomy and autonomy of education by applying various implementation of management principles, namely: good governance, internal and external efficiency of education. Through the application of three approaches, it is expected that: (1) institutional capacity building and all programs in the education sector can be implemented, (2) developing the quality of education through inputs, processes, and outputs based on regional autonomy, (3) benefits and impacts of basic education towards regional autonomy. it can be concluded that some things are efforts that need to be done in managing institutions to improve the quality of education in each region and region throughout the Republic of Indonesia: 1. Efforts to empower and increase institutional capacity based on 8 themes and principles of good governance which are normative rules to realize the entire program of decentralization and regional autonomy especially in the field of education. 2. Efforts to implement aspects of internal education efficiency with a focus on: input, process and output. 3. Efforts to implement external aspects of education by taking into account the benefits and impacts of educational outcomes. Improving the quality of education has not been in line with expectations because it is caused by several factors including the education development strategy that is more "input oriented" and "macro oriented" which tends to be regulated by the central bureaucracy To improve the quality of education in each region through a clear, directed, and effective approach, it is necessary to apply management principles in educational autonomy.

Comprehensively improving the quality of education in resource-poor areas is an urgent challenge to achieve balanced development of basic education in China. In the process of educational development in resource-lacking areas, information technology has: (1) changed the traditional teaching mode and teaching environment, (2) provided high-quality educational resources, (3) promoted the professional development of teachers, and (4) promoted the overall improvement of education quality. Southwestern Guizhou Prefecture in Guizhou Province, China, has become a typical case in using information technology to promote education quality improvement in areas with scarce educational resources. This article explores educational information technology in the region as an example to discuss how to grasp the regional characteristics and local needs in the layout of information technology, integrate information technology into teaching practice, and steadily improve the overall teaching quality of the region.

This bibliographic study aims to discuss the specificities of teaching in Early Childhood Education from its origins, legal determinations and professional training. The approval of the 1996 Law of Guidelines and Bases recognizes Early Childhood Education as the first stage of Basic Education, since the child is considered a citizen, subject of rights, since the enactment of the Federal Constitution in 1988. Despite the innumerable progress of laws in Regarding the right to education from birth, there are many challenges. With this central question, this text, in the light of the meanings of quality of education and teaching in dispute in Brazilian educational policies, analyzes the understanding of the quality of teacher education for primary school, as it has been developing in the last decades. It adopts the historical-dialectic perspective as a research reference, and understands that the ideal of teaching quality, emerged from the interest of dominant groups for the reintegration of education in the economic agenda, in institutionalized initiatives, it brings simplistic theoretical-practical interpretations of teacher training policies to make students' right to quality education effective.
