The article presents theoretical analysis of an important problem of pedagogical art education: creative individuality of a future art teacher as an important part of his or her professional self-development. It examines general meanings of such concepts as “personality”, “creative personality” and “creative personality of teacher”. On the basis of the analysis the essence and the main characteristics of creative personality of an art teacher it is possible to distinguish the following features: creative cognitive activity, critical thinking, the main focus on self-actualization, self-knowledge, self-improvement, spiritual culture, moral values orientation, self-fulfillment and self-expression in artistic creativity, pedagogical orientation, formed positive “Self-conception, the feeling of being special and unique as a teacher and an artist. In our opinion, the most complete development of creative personality of the future art teacher will be implemented in the process of active educational and cognitive activity, independent work, presentations of personal creative projects, exhibitions, etc. Moreover, according to scientists, any activity not only presents a person as a personality, but also contributes to the development of his personal traits, and, cin particular, development of creative personality.

On a prima facia reading, Zhuangzi seems to endorse some form of skepticism or relativism. This seems at odds with Zhuangzi as one of the two main sources of classical Daoism, considering the ideals of virtue and self-development promoted by that philosophy. However, Zhuangzi’s metaphorical and allegorical style lends itself to a number of interpretations of his epistemology, as well as the kind of self-knowledge and ethical development it might allow. A survey of the relevant literature shows that the epistemological debate is not easily solvable, but by narrowing the range of interpretations, a coherent picture of his ethics begins to emerge, one in which some form of knowledge, especially self-knowledge, is still possible, as is an ethics of self-actualization.

The article highlights the problem of implementation of pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness for professional self-development of future music teachers.It defines readiness for professional self-development of future music teachers as a professionally important quality of a studentʼs personality.The article establishes pedagogical conditions that ensure the efficient process of formation of readiness for professional self-development of the future music teachers. They are strengthening of motivational foundation of professional self-development of students based on acmeological positions; implementation of competence approach to professional training of future music teachers based on pedagogical innovation; enrichment of creative potential of students in the process of involving in artistic and educational activities.The article substantiates experimentally tested methods of introducing pedagogical conditions for the formation of readiness for professional self-development of future music teachers, which include the value-motivational stage (development of the motivational component of readiness for professional self-development of students), cognitive-activity stage (formation of competence for professional self-development of future music teachers), creative stage (creation of conditions for maximum creative self-realization).It proves that the implementation of the proposed methods of implementation of educational conditions for the formation of readiness for professional self-development will significantly improve the quality of training of future music teachers. This conclusion is based on the comparison of the results of the control and experimental groups, as well as on the processing and generalization of the results. The Impact

The article is devoted to the problem of integration and development of continuing education in Ukraine, reveals the content and priorities of implementation of non-formal education in institutional, as an important component of a professional practice-oriented system of training future masters of psychology. It is established that the introduction of components of non-formal education creates conditions for the development of professional self-awareness of future psychologists: actualization of professional self-knowledge, expansion of positive attitude to oneself as a future psychologist, self-actualization of professional self-improvement. The scientific article analyzes the experience of implementing a scientific and practical online course "Modern practice-oriented technologies in psychology" on the Moodle platform in the process of training masters of psychology. The paper describes a pilot study of the impact of an online course on the process of actualization of professional self-improvement, personal growth and self-realization.

The article deals with the main approaches of the psychological-pedagogical paradigm to the definition of the content and structure of the category of activity. The main ideas of significant researches on the direction of studying the professional self-actualization of personality and its aspects, in particular, its interrelation with the determining role of activity in the development of personality have been highlighted. The article analyzes the priority and opportunities of the child's formation as a subject of life-creation in the educational space of the New Ukrainian School. The fundamental ideas of the humanistic and existential psychology’s founders and modern scientists regarding the conscious and creative attitude of the individual to his life as a prerequisite for its self-actualization in the mode of being and the realization of freedom of life (A. Maslow, E. Fromm), the ideas of setting a life goal, determining meaningful life orientations and developing life personality strategy (K. Abulkhanova-Slavskaya, A. Adler, R. May, G. Allport, K. Rogers, V. Frankl), the ideas of individual readiness for life innovations in the process of self-projection (N. Samoukina, T. Titarenko) are analyzed. There were defined the life-creation methods of personality self-development as a subject of life (F. McGraw, A. Molloy, I. Pidlasa). It is shown that the priority of the psychological support of the educational process in the New Ukrainian School is the formation of students as subjects of life creation through the development of their ability to anticipate life, internality, optimistic perception of life prospects, stress resistance and motivation to achieve success. It was established that the fundamental ideas and modern approaches to the interpretation of the problem of formation of the individual as a subject of life-creation fully correspond to the conceptual priorities of the New Ukrainian School, which is designed to bridge the gap between the educational process and the requirements of society. It is revealed that the psychology of life-creation is a holistic scientific concept, which was formed on the fundamental ideas of humanistic and existential psychologists and is now actively developing within the psychology of personal life. There were defined the technologies and forms of work within the framework of psychological support of students in the educational space of the New Ukrainian School. These include: technology of life design, technology of organization of life-cognitive activity of students, psychological counseling and facilitation, training forms of psychological work, in particular, trainings of personal growth, trainings of self-determination and trainings of construction of life perspective.

Internship is a form of advanced training. In the system of advanced training, modern pedagogical technologies are used. Such technologies are based on the trained independent work of the students in the conditions of wide use of the Internet. It is proposed to introduce into the existing curricula for the training of additional special courses (additional module) "Akmeologiya management education institution". The result of mastering this module is the construction of a cadet own progressive trajectory of professional self-improvement (pragmatic result) and readiness for its practical implementation (psychological result). Improvement of the qualifications of the educational staff should be carried out in the form of internship using permanent and distance form. The general internship program for this contingent of employees involves three phases - appointment, work and final. The theoretical material is processed in eyeglass lectures-presentations and seminars. At the same time, it provides significant assistance in business and quasi-professional games. At the end of the introductory phase of the internship, the choice of the theme for an individual-creative task is carried out. During the next working phase, each trainee prepares an individual creative work according to the chosen topic. Such a task may be the social-organizational project of organization development, the author's program of self-development (self-realization), etc. Work on individual and creative tasks is carried out in correspondence mode. It can dial distance and involves coaching. The formation of the ability to personally-professional self-development contributes to the use of acmeological technologies. The possibility of formation of acmeological competence is considered. One of the forms of such technology is acmeological training. The final stage in the formation of the acmeological competence of the educational institution manager is the acme-synergetic accompaniment.

The article is devoted to the study of the formation of professional self-consciousness of a student - a future teacher, with an emphasis on the features of professional self-esteem as an element of professional self-consciousness. The data obtained in the article using the methods of studying professional self-esteem and professional self-knowledge allow us to pay attention to the complex procedure of entering the profession by students of a pedagogical university, passing through the crises of vocational training at 2 and 5 courses, 3rd and 4th year students are completely ready to study, work, accumulate knowledge and develop in a wider professional sense, they have a focus on self-development. The dynamics of development of students’ ideas about themselves at different stages of studying at university are shown, the emphasis is on the features of formation of professional self-esteem of  future teachers. The study opens up significant prospects for advanced training and improving the quality of students' training, taking into account the characteristics of the development of their professional self-consciousness.

In the article structural-content relationship of self-actualization and self-realization of personality has been analyzed. Approaches to self-actualization and self-realization in view of their correlation have been characterized. Self-realization has been viewed as the process providing foundation for becoming of the formed in the self-development self, one’s abilities, needs, creativity, etc. Attention has been paid to self-actualization as a specific kind of integrative personal competence, ie as an integrative personal quality, which mediates all types of purposeful activity of a person, allows one to act independently and responsibly, provides for the formation of a productive algorithm of vital activity and provides for improving one’s efficiency. It has been concluded that self-development of the person, manifested in the growth-development of one’s subjectivity, ability and need for self-determination, self-knowledge, etc., by the very nature presupposes the need and necessity of realization of the acquired level, with the tendency to self-realization as a condition and result not only of assessment of self and one’s opportunities, but also the definition of self among others - self-realization, which assumes its belonging to the society in its effectiveness as a condition of the next self-development.Key words: personality, individual, self-actualization, self-realization, self, development.
