This study was conducted in a potato farm in Bener Meriah District of Aceh Province from June to August 2013. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that affect potato farm income in the observation site. The analytical method used is the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that the amount of production, land, labor, capital and the selling price is very significant influence on a potato farm in the area.

The purpose of this study was to (1) To determine the significance of partial effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (2) To determine the significance of the simultaneous effect of Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. (3) To find out which of the factors Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects that have a dominant influence on work motivation Head of the Village in the district of East Lombok Keruak. Methods used are causal research. The data collection was conducted using questionnaires given to 90 respondents. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) There is a significant influence on the Simultaneous Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. (2) There is a significant influence on the Partial Individual Characteristics, Leadership, Work Environment, Compensation and Career Prospects of the Work Motivation Head of the Village in the District Keruak East Lombok. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the motivation variables have a significant effect on performance and work discipline has a significant effect on performance. The sample in this study was 30 respondents and used multiple linear regression analysis with the following regression equation Y Y = 4.604 + 0.476X1 + 0.336X2 + e. From the regression equation it can be seen that the work motivation variable is stated to have a significant influence on employee performance. It can also be said that the more work motivation will affect employee performance. Work discipline variables have an influence on employee performance (Y). This means, every time there is an increase in work discipline will improve employee performance.. Keywords: motivation, discipline, performance ABSTRAKSIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui variabel motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan displin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja.  The people in Samosir believe that pigs are livestock that bring many benefits. That is why many people raise pigs. At this time there is a downward trend in pig population.This research was conducted at the people's farm in Simanindo District, Samosir Regency.   This study was conducted from May until July 2019 and aimed to investigate the factors that affect the rate of decline in the pig population. The result of research will show dominant factors that causes the rate of decline in the pig population and improvement could be conducted to prevent pig population decline trend. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the variable of animal feed limitations, farmer experience, long time raising, local environmental customs, religious holiday production. This research was conducted by asking the farmer directly and giving a randomly selected questionnaire. In total there were 84 pig farmers in 4 villages in each district. The results of this study indicated that the limitations of feed, long time raising, environmental customs around and religious day have a very significant influence on the decline in pig population in Simanindo District Samosir Regency.

This study aims to examine and analyze the simultaneous effect of service quality on student satisfaction, test and analyze the partial effect of service quality on student satisfaction, test and analyze variables that have a dominant influence on student satisfaction. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis which is used to determine how much influence the independent (independent) variables, namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy on the dependent variable is student satisfaction. Research site is at STES Ihya 'Ulumiddin Banyuwangi. The study took a sample of 39 people. While the results of this study can be drawn as follows, the variables Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty simultaneously affect student satisfaction. The partial test of the Reliability variable, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty is positive, but the Tangible variable is negative. Reliability variables are variables that have a dominant and significant influence on student satisfaction.

This study was conducted to determine how the influence of the initial capital, long effort and hours of work on the performance of the market traders alai Padang. The respondents are all traders who sell in the market of alai which has shops , a variety of types of businesses and turnover are almost the same. Sampling done by the census where all the population into the sample in this study as many as 56 people traders. To test the hypothesis, this research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis obtained that the initial capital and long efforts has a significant influence on the Performance of the market traders alai. The vegetable farmers need an effort to increase their ability so they can produce the optimal quantiity and quality vegetables for meet an increasing demand. Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali  is an agribusssines association that seeks to self farmer so that market demand can be met.This reasearch aims was to analyze the role of the Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali Association in to improve self relience anoy farmers. The role of the Association of Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali in empowerment can be seen through empowerment strategies. The research was conducted on  February 2th - March 4th 2019 in Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali Association located in Teras Village, Boyolali Regency. The method used in this study was survey with 35 members of the association. Analytical methodin used descriptive analysis conducted bay multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study were 1) the role of the Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali Association in empowering its members and self relience were categorized as high, 2) there was significant influence betwen relo of associantion in empowering strategies toward self relience anoy the farmers. 3) Partially the variables that influence self relief are counseling and mentoring strategies, and strategies for access to science and technology.

This study aims to analyze the effect of convenience, profit, safety simultaneously and partially on the public's interest in using the rahn product of Bank Aceh Syariah in Bireuen Regency. This research is a quantitative study using multiple linear regression analysis method with a total of 31 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the perception of convenience, the perception of profit and the perception of security simultaneously have a significant effect on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using the rahn products of Bank Aceh Syariah in Bireuen Regency. The perception of convenience has a significant influence on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using Bank Aceh Syariah rahn products in Bireuen Regency. Perceptions of profit have a significant influence on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using Bank Aceh Syariah rahn products in Bireuen Regency. Perceptions of security have a significant influence on the interest of micro entrepreneurs in using Bank Aceh Syariah rahn products in Bireuen Regency.   Keywords: Perception, Interests, Rahn, Profits, Security, Ease     Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan, keuntungan, keamanan secara serempak dan parsial terhadap minat masyarakat menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah di Kabupaten Bireuen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan total responden sebanyak 31 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan, persepsi keuntungan dan persepsi keamanan secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pengusaha mikro dalam menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah Di Kabupaten Bireuen. Persepsi kemudahan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pengusaha mikro dalam menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah di Kabupaten Bireuen. Persepsi keuntungan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat  pengusaha mikro dalam menggunakan produk rahn Bank Aceh Syariah di Kabupaten Bireuen. <p><strong>Abstrak</strong> : Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingkat kedisiplinan karyawan BPR Arto Moro Semarang belum berada dalam tataran optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan organisasi, budaya organisasi terhadap <em>employee engagement </em>yang berimplementasi pada loyalitas kerjadi BPR Arto Moro Semarang. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 102 responden, menggunakan teknik sensus dimana seluruh karyawan 102 diambil sebagai sampel penelitian. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh : pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara dukungan organisasi terhadap <em>Employee Engagement </em>karyawan, pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap <em>Employee Engagement </em>karyawan, pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara dukungan organisasi terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan, pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan, pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara <em>Employee Engagement </em>terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan. Koefisien determinasi (R<sup>2</sup>) sebesar 0,63 yang berarti dukungan organisasi, budaya organisasi dan <em>Employee Engagement</em> berpengaruh sebesar 63% terhadap loyalitas kerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya 37% dipengaruhi oleh faktor yang lain.</p><p>Kata Kunci : Dukungan organisasi, budaya organisasi, <em>Employee Engagement, </em>loyalitas kerja.</p><p><strong>Abstract</strong> : This research is motivated by the level of discipline of employees of BPR Arto Moro Semarang not yet at an optimal level. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational support, organizational culture on employee engagement which implements work loyalty at BPR Arto Moro Semarang. The number of samples in this study were 102 respondents, using a census technique where all 102 employees were taken as the research sample. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained: positive and significant influence between organizational support on employee employee engagement, positive and significant influence between organizational culture on employee employee engagement, positive and significant influence between organizational support on employee job loyalty, positive and significant influence between organizational culture and loyalty. Employee work, positive and significant influence between Employee Engagement on employee job loyalty. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.63 which means that organizational support, organizational culture and Employee Engagement have an effect of 63% on employee job loyalty, while the remaining 37% is influenced by other factors.</p><p>Keywords: Organizational support, organizational culture, Employee Engagement, work loyalty.</p>

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer satisfaction on Go-Pay as a mobile payment application. The population of this research was all Gojek application users who use Go-Pay as mobile payment in South Jakarta. This research used primary data sourced from the questionnaire distributed to 150 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that four independent variables, i.e., price, trust, lifestyle, and benefit have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay application. However, convenience has no significant influence on consumer satisfaction of Go-Pay. Keywords: consumer satisfaction, Go-pay, lifestyle
