The purpose of this study was to see the effect of GRDP and Expenditure on the Provincial Government of Papua on Poverty in Papua. The data used in this study are secondary data sourced from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression with the help of the program package eviews 10. The results showed that the GRDP variable has a negative effect on poverty, while the government expenditure variable does not negatively affect poverty, but together the GRDP variable and Government expenditure positively influences poverty in Papua and the magnitude of the effect of GRDP variable and government expenditure on poverty is 0.6966 (69.66%). Recommendations, it is expected that the local government of Papua can increase the GRDP which will be able to minimize poverty in Papua.Keywords: GRDP, Government Expenditure and Poverty

This study aims to determine the effect of Administrative Sanctions and Forced Letters on Optimizing Disbursement of Tax Arrears at the Pratama Tax Office North Makassar. Data collection uses secondary data obtained from the Pratama Makassar North Tax Service Office. The population is 36 tax payers and the sample is 36. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that administrative sanctions show a positive and significant. This means that administrative sanctions have a positive effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears. The forced letter shows positive and significant. This means that forced letters have a positive and significant effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears.

This study aimed to analyzed the effect of the construction of basic infrastructure for economic growth in 26 provinces by using secondary data from 2004 – 2009. The model used is multiple linear regression using Panel Data with  Fixed Effect Analysis Method. The results of this study show variable electricity and roads in a positive and significant effect on economic growth in the region in 26 provincial in Indonesia. The provincial government is expected to prioritize the allocation of funds for the improvement of access to basic infrastructure (roads, electricity, telephone, and water), especially in remote areas, so as to boost economic growth in each province in Indonesia. Keywords: economicgrowth, basic infrastructur, data pael, FEM

This study aims to analyze the effect of cocoa and rubber export imports on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data from 2005-2017 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Indonesia. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression models. The results partially show that cocoa and rubber export impors do not significantly influence the foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. Simultaneous cocoa and rubber export imports have a positive and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. The amount of influence is 0,9059 or 90,59% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the model by 09,41%.

This study aims to estimate the effect of CAR, LDR, BOPO, and NPL on profitability (ROA) in rural banks in West Java Province for the period of 2012-2016. Data was collected from secondary data and data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: only BOPO proved to have a negative and significant effect on ROA. While other variables, namely CAR and NPL have a positive but not significant effect, and NPL has a negative effect but not significant to ROA. The results of the study provide practical implications for management to pay attention to BOPO as the main predictor of ROA. Suggestions for future research are explained in the article. The purpose of this study was to know the effect of Salak Pondok Prices, Medan Salak Prices and Income Levels on the Demand for Salak Pondok in the Fruit Market of Lhokseumawe City. This study used primary data sourced from 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression with the help of Eviews 10. The results of the study showed that Salak Pondok prices had a positive effect on demand, while the Salak Medan prices had a negative effect on demand, and the income levels had an effect positively on demand, but simultaneously, Salak Pondok prices and Salak Medan prices, and income level had a positive effect on the demand for Salak Pondok in the fruit market of Lhokseumawe City and the magnitude of the effect of Salak Pondok prices, Salak Medan Prices and income levels on demand (R2) was 0.5340 (53.40%).

This study aims to analyze the influence of interest rates, inflation, exchange rates and economic growth on investment in Indonesia from 1990 to 2017. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from www.bps.go.id and www.bi.go. id. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results show that interest rates have a negative and significant effect on investment in Indonesia, Inflation has no effect on investment in Indonesia, Exchange rates have a positive and significant effect on investment in Indonesia, Economic growth has a negative and significant effect on investment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, interest rates, inflation, exchange rates and economic growth influence investment in Indonesia.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of promotion and price on purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, while primary data was obtained from customers of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in Province of DKI Jakarta through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that promotion and price positively and significant influenced the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. The conclution of this study is that price was dominant than the promotion in influencing the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta.

The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of work discipline andcompetence partially and simultaneously on employee performance. This research usingquantitative research methods with techniques od data collecting through spreading of questionerand supported secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.With resoult of data processing data using SPSS 24. The sample in this research is a proportionatestratified random sampling. The number of samples is 86 respondents from employees of PusatPenelitian Kebijakan Pendidikan and Kebudayaan (Puslitjakdikbud). The resultsof this researchshow that the variables of work discipline and competence partially and simultaneously have asignificant influence on the performance of employees of Pusat Penelitian Kebijakan Pendidikanand Kebudayaan (Puslitjakdikbud). Employee performance variables can be explained by thevariables work discipline and competence by 61,2%. While the remaining at 33,8% is explained byother variables not included in this research.

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and leverage on environmental disclosure of companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual reports during 2016-2018 accessed on www.idx.co.id. The population in this study is 641 companies and the samples are 48 companies selected using the Purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results show that profitability affect environmental disclosure and leverage affect negative environmental disclosure.
