The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of work discipline andcompetence partially and simultaneously on employee performance. This research usingquantitative research methods with techniques od data collecting through spreading of questionerand supported secondary data. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.With resoult of data processing data using SPSS 24. The sample in this research is a proportionatestratified random sampling. The number of samples is 86 respondents from employees of PusatPenelitian Kebijakan Pendidikan and Kebudayaan (Puslitjakdikbud). The resultsof this researchshow that the variables of work discipline and competence partially and simultaneously have asignificant influence on the performance of employees of Pusat Penelitian Kebijakan Pendidikanand Kebudayaan (Puslitjakdikbud). Employee performance variables can be explained by thevariables work discipline and competence by 61,2%. While the remaining at 33,8% is explained byother variables not included in this research.

<p><em>The Purpose of the research to identify and analyze the effect of Remunerasi and Motivasion Work about Performance ol Civil Servants (PNS) simultaneously and partially on the Performance.</em></p><p><em>The method used is quantitative research that is explanatory, with a population of 191 people, technique sampling used is stratified random sampling with a sample of 66 people who serve as respondents, data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS software ver.16.0.</em></p><em>The results ofthis studyconcludedthat the remunerationandmotivation to worksimultaneously and partiallypositive effect onperformance.Of the threeindepend- entvariable, the highest percentagewas97,8% remuneration(X1) compared with the twoother variables. This study aims to determine the effect of Administrative Sanctions and Forced Letters on Optimizing Disbursement of Tax Arrears at the Pratama Tax Office North Makassar. Data collection uses secondary data obtained from the Pratama Makassar North Tax Service Office. The population is 36 tax payers and the sample is 36. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate that administrative sanctions show a positive and significant. This means that administrative sanctions have a positive effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears. The forced letter shows positive and significant. This means that forced letters have a positive and significant effect on optimizing the disbursement of tax arrears.

This study aims to analyze the effect of cocoa and rubber export imports on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. This study uses secondary data from 2005-2017 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics of Indonesia. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression models. The results partially show that cocoa and rubber export impors do not significantly influence the foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. Simultaneous cocoa and rubber export imports have a positive and significant effect on foreign exchange reserves in Indonesia. The amount of influence is 0,9059 or 90,59% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the model by 09,41%.

This study aims to analyze the influence of interest rates, inflation, exchange rates and economic growth on investment in Indonesia from 1990 to 2017. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from www.bps.go.id and www.bi.go. id. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The results show that interest rates have a negative and significant effect on investment in Indonesia, Inflation has no effect on investment in Indonesia, Exchange rates have a positive and significant effect on investment in Indonesia, Economic growth has a negative and significant effect on investment in Indonesia. Simultaneously, interest rates, inflation, exchange rates and economic growth influence investment in Indonesia.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of promotion and price on purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk, while primary data was obtained from customers of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk in Province of DKI Jakarta through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that promotion and price positively and significant influenced the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta. The conclution of this study is that price was dominant than the promotion in influencing the purchase intention of customers of IndiHome in Province of DKI Jakarta.

The purpose of this study to determine the influence of discipline, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Adi Raya Construction Gresik. The sample used proportionate stratified random sampling technique with 77 employee sampling using krejcie table with error size 5%. Data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression. Results of multiple linear regeresis proves that discipline, compensation and organizational culture is shown to have a partially significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Adi Raya Construction Gresik. These results can be interpreted that the existence, discipline, compensation and organizational culture that has been applied to improve employee performance in PT. This study aims to examine the effect of profitability and leverage on environmental disclosure of companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses secondary data in the form of annual reports during 2016-2018 accessed on www.idx.co.id. The population in this study is 641 companies and the samples are 48 companies selected using the Purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results show that profitability affect environmental disclosure and leverage affect negative environmental disclosure.

This study aims to determine how much influence local taxes, regional levies and profits of regional-owned enterprises on economic growth in North Aceh Regency. The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from the North Aceh Central Bureau of Statistics 2005-2017. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression methods. With the help of Eviews 10 the results of the research partially show that regional taxes have a negative and significant effect on economic growth in North Aceh District. regional retribution does not affect and negatively affect economic growth in North Aceh Regency, and the profits of regionally owned enterprises have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in North Aceh District. The results of the tests carried out jointly are known that Regional Taxes, Regional Levies and profits of Regionally Owned Enterprises have a joint effect on Economic Growth in North Aceh Regency at 0.8133 (8133%).Keyword : Regional Taxes, Regional Levies, Owned Enterprise Profits Regions, Economic Growth.

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of commitment of leaders and work ethic on theemployee performance of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama, Jakarta. Secondary data was obtained from PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama, while primary data was obtained from employee of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, simple random sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that commitment of leadersand work ethicpositively and significant influenced the employee performance of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama. The conclution of this study is that commitment of leaderswas dominant than work ethic in influencing the employee performance of PT. Geraha Kerindo Utama.
