This research was carried out because of the anxiety of researchers seeing islamic boarding school as indigenous increasingly excluded from the competitive arena of modern education. Islamic boarding schools are increasingly not in demand by students because they do not issue diplomas such as formal schools. And the most important thing seen from the islamic boarding school at this time, the fact that students are less interested in Islamic scholarship, especially the yellow book, the legacy of salaf scholars, the students are more interested in science. For researchers, this problem must be studied and find a solution so that the islamic boarding school can return to its line of printing Ulama, ulama who are knowledgeable in Islamic science and science. The Raudlatul Iman Islamic Boarding School in Sumenep which was used as the object of this study experienced the things described above, where there was an imbalance in applying scientific integration of Islamic sciences and science. student are more interested in learning science than Islamic science, especially the yellow book. While the findings of the data of researchers in the field show, to anticipate and prevent the negative implications of the failure of scientific integration at the Raudlatul Iman islamic boarding school, the kiai made a breakthrough by reforming the islamic boarding school curriculum and organizing the islamic boarding school organization. This was done so that the islamic boarding school he managed would become a future islamic boarding school.

The purpose of this study was to find out the role of the Darusaa'dah Islamic Boarding School in the Pangkalan Susu District of Langkat in the Form of Santri Character The approach used is case study. The object of this research is religious Islamic education institutions. Data sources are people who are directly and indirectly involved with pesantren. To collect these data, the author uses several techniques in data collection, namely documentation, observation and interviews. Data analysis in research uses interpretive patterns that aim to achieve a correct understanding of facts, data and symptoms. In this study researchers focused on two curricula, namely the pesantren curriculum and the general education curriculum. used in the Darusa'dah Islamic Boarding School which is related to character formation. The Darusaa'dah Islamic Boarding School curriculum accommodates students who focus on learning two curricula, namely the pesantren curriculum and the general education curriculum. The pesantren curriculum material taught is sourced from the yellow book which includes; religious laws, monotheism, morals and Arabic. The education curriculum of the Darusaa'dah Islamic Boarding School is focused on the teaching of the Koran, hadith and the books written by the previous ulama. Educational material is presented based on class. The pesantren curriculum and general education curriculum are taught in the Darusaa'dah Islamic Boarding School, as well as forming the character of the santri.

Abstract; in the growth of Islamic Boarding School, Islamic Boarding School leadership shall no longer apply single leadership pattern. Islamic Boarding School organization developed in the legal form of institution. Islamic Boarding School Organizational toward impersonal without lessening role of kyai as highest leader, with leadership like that, Islamic Boarding School become one of the modern education institute. Islamic Boarding School leadership shall no longer apply single leadership pattern but in the form of legal form of institution. With leadership like that, Islamic Boarding School become one of the modern education institute. Learning Organization is appliance to develop quality institution or organization. Every organizational member require to develop its ability continually for future. Applying of study organization conducted because organization have core value to improve strategic ability for the process of action repair, improve knowledge and skilled its member. Thereby, Continuity of Islamic Boarding School exist finally shall no longer depend on someone as single leader a kyai, but have rounded into a working team. This matter represent good growth for continuity of Islamic Boarding School. ملخص: طبقا لنموّ المعاهد (البسانترين) فإن الرئاسة فيها ليست رئاسة واحدة. تنظّم منظمة المعهد في شكل المؤسسة ، واتجه إلى الرئاسة الجماعية  لكن دون أن يقلل دور كياهي فيه كالرئيس الأول فيه، فبهذا يصبح المعهد مؤسسة تربوية متقدّمة. و  Learning organization   هو الوسيلة لبناء المنظمة أو المؤسسة المتقدمة. وكل من أعضاء هذه المنظمة لابد أن تنمّى كفاءاته لأجل الإصلاح في المستقبل. ويطبق تنسيق التعليم لأن المنظمة لها القيمة لتنمية الكفاءات الاستيراتيجية لعملية إصلاح العمل، وترقية المعلومات والكفاءات لكل أعضاء المنظمة. بهذا لا يكون وجود المعهد معلق بوجود الرئيس الوحيد (كياهي) لكنه أصبح فرقة العمل. وهذا واقع جميل ومقنع لبقاء المعهد في المستقبل.Keyword: Pembelajaran, organisasi, pesantren dan era global.

Kajian ini orientasi perubahan kurikulum pendidikan pesantren (studi kasus pesantren ummusshabri Kendari. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument penelitian lapangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan sosiologis, sejarah, komparatif. Studi ini membuktikan bahwa oreintasi perubahan kurikulum pesantren dalam perspektif historis telah dilakukan pesantren Ummushabri Kendari dengan membuka MTS dan MA sebagai sistem pendidikan modern. Namun perubahan itu menyebabkan sistem pendidikan tradisional ditinggalkan siswanya, karena itu, pendidikan tradisional pesantren telah kehilangan fungsinya sebagai lembaga pesantren, yang justru medominasi adalah kurikulum madrasah dan sekolah umum. Studi ini juga menemukan tidak semua pesantren melakukan perubahan meninggalkan tradisinya, hal ini terlihat pembaharuan pendidikan pesantren Lirboyo yang berhasil mempertahankan fungsi utama lembaga pesantren  yakni trasnmisi ilmu pengetahuan keislaman, pemeliharaan tradisi Islam serta penciptaan kader-kader ulama, dan menjadikan model pembaharuan pensantren Lirboyo sebagai perbandingan.   Abstract                     This study orientation changes in the pesantren education curriculum (case study of the Islamic boarding school of the Islamic Boarding School in Kendari. This study uses a field research instrument. The method used is descriptive-analytical with a sociological, historical, comparative approach. Ummushabri Kendari by opening MTS and MA as a modern education system.But the change caused the traditional education system abandoned by students, therefore, traditional pesantren education has lost its function as a pesantren institution, which instead is dominated by the madrasa curriculum and public schools. all pesantren make changes leaving their tradition, this can be seen from the renewal of the Lirboyo pesantren education which succeeded in maintaining the main function of the pesantren institution namely the transmission of Islamic science, the maintenance of Islamic traditions the creation of ulama cadres, and made the Lirboyo pesantren renewal model as a comparison.

This study aims to: (1) describe the conception of vocational education by the Islamic boarding school community; (2) describe the education system at SMK Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Magelang. The study was conducted at SMK Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Magelang using qualitative approach of a case study. The data collection used interviews, participant observation, and documents. The research informants consisted of the chairman of the foundation of Syubbanul Wathon, the caretakers, the principal, the vice principal, the teachers, the cleric, and the students. The results of the study were: (1) The conception of vocational education by Islamic Boarding School community is ngluru ngilmu which means sincerity between teachers and students, (2) The system of vocational education based on Islamic boarding school in SMK Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Magelang include: (a) the context: SMK Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Magelang has internalized the dynamics of context into formulation of school vision, mission, goals, and activities; (b) input: SMK Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Magelang applies KTSP and Islamic boarding school curriculum; (c) process, SMK Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Magelang integrates the school and Islamic boarding school system; (d) output, SMK Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Magelang graduates have vocational skills, strong religiosity, independence, discipline and skills in foreign languages; (e) outcome: 44% of SMK Syubbanul Wathon Tegalrejo Magelang graduates worked, 42% went to college, and 14% went to salaf boarding school or entrepreneurship.

Pesantren and social value system is the result of constructing kiai's thoughts and social actions as an inseparable entity. This study aims to interpret the role and social action of kiai Moh Hasan, both as a fighter (al-haiah al-jihaadi li'izzi al-Islaami wal muslimin) in the community as well as guidance and guidance for the community (al-haiah al ta 'awuny wa al takafuly wal al ittijaahi) and teaching in educational institutions (al-haiah al ta'lim wa al-tarbiyah), significantly contributes greatly to the social realities of society in Indonesia. Portrait of central figure kiai Moh Hasan can not be separated from the depth of his field of Islamic science, simplicity, kezuhudan, struggle, sincerity and generosity. This view, not only recognized among the people around the boarding school, students and colleagues, but also spread in some areas in Indonesia. The fame of kiai Moh Hasan among scholars, habaib and society has many karamah and some other privileges, not even a few from the social recognition of kiai Moh Hasan Genggong, because the kiai are believed to have closeness with God, thus perceived as auliya'Allah. Thus the role and social actions of the kiai above, gave birth to the value system, so as to influence and move the social action of other individuals. The internalization of the aforementioned values becomes social capital in building a spiritual-based transformative leadership, as a strong leadership model and conducts various changes in the social field, by transforming the value of the ethical values.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sistem dakwah Pondok Pesantren At-Tawazun ditinjau melalui sistem terbuka mulai dari tahap input, conversion, output, feedback, hingga environment dalam upaya mengatasi problematika santri yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan spesifikasi penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan pondok pesantren At-Tawazun dirasakan cukup besar manfaatnya oleh orang tua maupun masyarakat. Lembaga dakwah dan pendidikan ini telah ikut berkontribusi dalam menanggulangi masalah sosial dan kenakalan remaja yang semakin rumit, sehingga mampu memberikan lulusan santri yang brakhlak, berbudi luhur dan mampu mengamalkan ilmunya di masyarakat. Lebih dari itu, kehadiran pondok pesantren At-Tawazun diharapkan dapat mengatasi akulturasi budaya yang menyimpang di era sekarang ini. Sehingga semangat generasi muda kita dapat disalurkan terhadak hal-hal positif, untuk kemajuan Agama dan Negara. This paper aims to describe the da’wah system of At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School through an open system starting from the input, conversion, output, feedback, and environment stages in an effort to overcome the problems of santri that are influenced by the times. This research uses case study method with qualitative approach and field research specification (field research). The results of this study indicate that the existence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding Scool was felt to be of considerable benefit by parent and community. This da’wah and education institution has contributed to tackling social problems and juvenile delinquency that are increasingly complicated, so as to be able to provide graduates who are morally, virtous and able to practice their knowledge in the community, moreover, the presence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School is expected to overcome the deviant cultural acculturation in the present era. So that the spirit of our young generation can be channeled suddenly to positive things, for the advancement of Religion and the state.

Abstract: One of national education aim is to developing student’s potentials in order to become a faithful man. It is based on Republic of Indonesia’s Law Number 20 of 2003 on National Education System, Chapter II Article 3. Islamic Religious Education is one of education that done to create a faithful man. Prayer is one of Islamic Religious Education’s matter should be learned by all Moslem’s students, include students with special needs. Research of prayer practice guidance is an important thing to be done. The important thing should be researched is about prayer practice that taught in the inclusion school. Inclusion school have regular (common) students and special needs students. How the teacher can teach prayer practice for students with special needs in the inclusion school. Once of inclusion school is Junior High Boarding School Putra Harapan. The goal of this research is to explore and to describe about how teacher guides prayer practice for students with special needs in Junior High Boarding School Putra Harapan Purwokerto Banyumas. This research belongs to field research on qualitative descriptive form. The methods of collecting data used by the author are interview, observation and documentation. Meanwhile to analyze of data, it’s done by collecting data, reducing, presenting and verifying data to be valid and reliable report. The findings of this research show that guidance of prayer practice for students with special needs in Junior High Boarding School Putra Harapan done through some ways namely dividing students into two class that regular and inclusion class, establishing guidance of prayer practice program, using musyafahah and demonstration methods. This interdisciplinary case study explores information literacy policy in Ontario’s public education system. Using interviews with policy makers and a rhetorical analysis of information literacy policy documents, it finds Ontario’s current information literacy policy inadequate to the task of providing equitable student access to opportunities for information literacy development.Une étude cas interdisciplinaire explore la politique de littératie informationnelle du système d’éducation publique de l’Ontario. En utilisant des entrevues avec les décideurs et une analyse rhétorique des documents sur la politique de littératie informationnelle, il est démontré que la politique de littératie informationnelle actuelle de l’Ontario est inappropriée pour la mission qui vise à offrir aux étudiants un accès équitable aux possibilités de développement de la littératie informationnelle.
