Sistem Dakwah Pondok Pesantren At-Tawazun dalam Mengatasi Problematika Santri

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan sistem dakwah Pondok Pesantren At-Tawazun ditinjau melalui sistem terbuka mulai dari tahap input, conversion, output, feedback, hingga environment dalam upaya mengatasi problematika santri yang dipengaruhi oleh perkembangan zaman. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan spesifikasi penelitian field research (penelitian lapangan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan pondok pesantren At-Tawazun dirasakan cukup besar manfaatnya oleh orang tua maupun masyarakat. Lembaga dakwah dan pendidikan ini telah ikut berkontribusi dalam menanggulangi masalah sosial dan kenakalan remaja yang semakin rumit, sehingga mampu memberikan lulusan santri yang brakhlak, berbudi luhur dan mampu mengamalkan ilmunya di masyarakat. Lebih dari itu, kehadiran pondok pesantren At-Tawazun diharapkan dapat mengatasi akulturasi budaya yang menyimpang di era sekarang ini. Sehingga semangat generasi muda kita dapat disalurkan terhadak hal-hal positif, untuk kemajuan Agama dan Negara. This da’wah and education institution has contributed to tackling social problems and juvenile delinquency that are increasingly complicated, so as to be able to provide graduates who are morally, virtous and able to practice their knowledge in the community, moreover, the presence of the At-Tawazun Islamic Boarding School is expected to overcome the deviant cultural acculturation in the present era. So that the spirit of our young generation can be channeled suddenly to positive things, for the advancement of Religion and the state.

Pesantren is always be a solution for problems of the nation and state life. Since the era of independence day until today, pesantren becomes the frontline in responding of challenges and changing times. The rise hoaxes make peoples restless, because its presence makes people feel scared, fragmented, mutual hatred between each other. Pesantren as a place to learn religious sciences have a duty and responsibility to straighten and tackle the news hoax, especially the news hoaxes on behalf of Pesantren, or kiai. This study examines the boarding school strategies in tackling a hoax. This research is a field research by using descriptive qualitative approach. There are two strategies undertaken by Darul Ulum boarding Banyuanyar to combat the hoaxes. The first is emphasizing the use of social media, and the second is counter narrative through santries writing which are then can be distributed on  social media. Furthermore, the steps that have been done to overcome the hoaxes are by holding workshop by the term of hoaxes attack and establishing Banyuanyar Media Tim (BM TIM) as the solutions to overcome the hoaxes.

This study aims to determine the application of Islamic consumption by Al Aqobah Boarding School teacher in Diwek Subdistrict, Jombang District.This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive case study method. The population characteristics of this study are the teachers of Al Aqobah Boarding School in Diwek Subdistrict, Jombang District. The teachers of Al Aqobah Boarding School who know and understand the consumption according to Islam are people who implement Islamic consumption in his life, the teacher/ustadz and ustadzah who has been teaching at Al Aqobah boarding school at least 2 years. The number of samples in this study was six informants. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.Based on the results of this study showed that Al Aqobah boarding school teacher in Diwek Subdistrict, Jombang District, has implemented the Islamic consumption legally (halal); they are not extravagant not only in spending wealth but also in living luxury and showing assets. They can also make the balance system between worldly and hereafter consumption.Moreover, the suggestion for all of people in Al Aqobah boarding school and also the teachers are expected to continue teaching the consumption which is true to Islam, apply in everyday life, and provide appropriate examples to the students. For further research, it is expected to examine the same topic with more in depth details about the implementation of Islamic consumption on other aspects that are more specific.

This study attempts to examine and analyze in detail the role of the community in disseminating the Darut Tafsir Islamic Boarding School at the city of  Bogor, West Java. For more details, this study examines in detail on "how to promote community participation in Darut Tafsir Islamic Boarding School?", Which focused on: 1) community participation in boarding school socialization planning, 2) community participation in boarding school socialization leading, 3) community participation in boarding school socialization controlling. This study will use a qualitative approach and methods used in this study is the case study method. It will be discussed in this study are: Firstly, community participation in socialization boarding school planning, consisting of: a) community participation in socialization planning, b) the way to involve the community participation in socialization planning, c) community participation in the process of socialization planning. Secondly, community participation in boarding school socialization leading, consisting of: a) community participation in socialization leading, b) the way to involve the community participation in socialization leading, c) community participation in the process of socialization leading. And thirdly, community participation in boarding school socialization controlling, consisting of: a) community participation in socialization controlling, b) the way to involve the community participation in socialization controlling, c) community participation in the process of socialization controlling.

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesejahteraan guru atau ustadz di Pondok Pesantren Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas dalam Perspektif Maqashid Syari'ah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ustadz yang bekerja sebagai guru di Pondok Pesantren Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas sudah sejahtera, karena indikator-indikator dalam maqasid syariah seperti agama, jiwa, budi, keturunan, dan kekayaan sudah terpenuhi. Syukur adalah kunci bagi para ustadz yang bekerja di pondok pesantren Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas. Kesejahteraan yang diberikan pondok kepada ustadz sudah sangat mencukupi yaitu dengan memberikan bantuan kepada ustadz meskipun pondok Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas juga memiliki keterbatasan dalam berbagai hal, namun selalu berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk mencapai kesejahteraan para ustadz.Kata Kunci: Kesejahteraan Islam, Pondok Pesantren, Maqashid Syariah. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the welfare of teachers or ustadz at the Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas Islamic boarding school in the perspective of maqashid syari'ah. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach using the case study method. The results of this study indicate that the ustadz who works as a teacher at the Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas Islamic boarding school has been prosperous, because the indicators in the maqasid of sharia such as religion, soul, mind, descent and wealth have been fulfilled. Gratitude is the key for the ustadz who work at the Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas Islamic boarding school. The welfare provided by the lodge to the ustadz has been very sufficient, namely by providing assistance to the ustadz even though the Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas cottage also has limitations in various ways, but always tries its best to achieve the welfare of the ustadz.Keywords: Islamic Welfare, Pondok Pesantren, Maqashid Syariah.

The purpose of the study was to find out the title role of Pesantren believer Cooperative Mandiri Sidoarjo towards economic empowerment and independence employee boarding schools. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach to the case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviews and direct observation to informants, namely those in charge of pesantren, cooperative and cooperative employees (santri). And secondary data collection comes from journals, text books and other literature. The result of this study is the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative plays a major role in enhancing the empowerment of cooperative employees (santri) and playing an optimal role in supporting the independence of the cottage. The economic empowerment of pesantren employees conducted by the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative is by making the Cooperative a work field, a place to apply knowledge and a place to increase income. As for the independence of the cottage, that is to become the main source of funding for Islamic boarding schools in carrying out operations and the sustainability of Islamic boarding schools. Pondok Pesantren Darul Islah Kertek Wonosobo is a boarding school that holds the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program for students. This program aims to give birth to a young generation of Muslims who have expertise in a field of knowledge and are able to lead community life and entrepreneurship, based on the Qur'an. This research was conducted to determine how the impact of the Tahfidz al-Qur'an program was felt by the students at Darul Islah Kertek Wonosobo Islamic Boarding School. The type of research that researchers do is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach that is descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of research on the impact of the Tahfidz al-Quran program carried out by the Darul Islah Kertek Wonosobo Islamic Boarding School on the values ​​of character education for students, they feel a change in themselves in their daily lives in ethics based on the spirit of carrying out Islamic teachings.

Character education is the focus of Indonesian education nowadays as people in Indonesia is experiencing a negative character shifting. In order to change negative character, character education should be taught to the young generation through the integration of the character education at school. This study aims to determine the ways of integrating the value of character education in the lesson plan and the process of Indonesian language learning in the high school. This study employed a case study method by implementing a qualitative approach. This research was carried out in State Senior High School (SMAN) 1 Surakarta, Indonesia. The technique of data collection comprised of observation, interviews, and documentation. The result of this study shows that SMAN 1 Surakarta infuses character education in Indonesian language learning. The character values, which are integrated to the lesson plan, are respect, discipline, care, courage, responsibility, justice, honesty, helping each other, and cooperation. In the learning process, the character values that are infused to the lesson plan had been successfully integrated except for three values, namely justice, helping each other, and cooperation. Those three values should be integrated during group discussion activities, unfortunately, group discussion activities were not carried out.

The purpose of this study was to compile a model of empowerment and a form of economic independence conducted at Mamba'us Sholihin Gresik Islamic Boarding School. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviewing boarding school leaders, koppontren leaders, and leaders of pesantren social institutions, santri, surrounding communities, observation, and documentation. Secondary data collection came from journals, text books, boarding schools and literature. The results of this study are Islamic Boarding School Mamba'us Sholihin using a Muslim model in empowering santri through practice, training and becoming employees in the business units owned by Islamic boarding. Whereas in the empowerment of the surrounding community it is carried out through Islamic boarding social institutions, namely in the form of basic food assistance, routine studies, Ramadhan guidance, free medical assistance, and assistance in the event of a natural disaster. The manifestation of Islamic boarding’s economic independence is being able to meet the operational needs of Islamic boarding from the profit of the business units owned by the Islamic boarding.Keywords: Islamic Boarding School, Empowerment, Economic Independence

Currently, the absorption power of students is still good because most students are under 17 years. Moreover, their memory is still very good because the students still imitate the styles and behavior patterns of older people. This happens because they are still unstable depending on the person who brought them. The existence of pesantren in an era that has begun to advance and is starting to put aside traditional practices is a new challenge for a boarding school. With the entry of the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, digitization of various elements is feared by students for imitatating negative influences. Therefore, researchers are interested in further researching to find out the strategy of Islamic boarding schools in shaping the character of students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0., how is the strategy of the pesantren in shaping the character of students in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.
