The pattern of  leadership is a style or model of leadership used by leaders to influence subordinates so that organizational goals are achieved or it can also be said that leadership style is a pattern of behavior and strategies that are preferred and often applied by a leader. A leader in an educational institution must have a style or model in order to influence his subordinates in order to achieve goals at the institution. The transactional leadership pattern can be interpreted as the method used by a leader in moving his members by offering rewards/consequences for each contribution made by members to the organization.                 The focus of this research is to find out the leadership pattern of a madrasah principal in his efforts to develop human resources, in this case educators and education staff. Because in reality, madrasas are still seen as educational institutions that are less good than public schools. The progress of an educational institution cannot be separated from the participation of the principal, educators, teaching staff and parents of students. The author sees the leadership pattern of the head of MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng Tanggulangin with a transactional leadership pattern This study uses a descriptive method which is carried out through data collection in the field, which provides an overview of the leadership of the madrasah principal. This research approach uses a qualitative approach. The data of this research are in the form of quotes, words, phrases, and story sentences.  From the research conducted, MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng has not yet fully implemented the pattern of transactional leadership, because the exiting human resources tend to stagnate and do not develop in terms of academic graduates who are generally reluctant tot continue their studie at a higher level.

The value of effective management in educational organizations is increasingly recognized by various stakeholders. The purpose of this study is to find out if the Head of Islamic Religious Education in Ketapang City uses an effective leadership pattern in managing his leadership. The findings of this study show that madrasah Aliyah level principals are effective leaders who understand how to be professional leaders. Professionally, this means that the head of Aliyah madrasa has established himself as an education leader and is committed to maintaining high standards at all times. In some cases, the head of Madrasah Aliyah falls into the category of master school leaders who are able to show quality in areas where others can place the principal. as a school leadership authority. The principal is not only good-looking, but also able to show an understanding of the concept of quality. However, no correlation was observed between the principal's leadership and student achievement levels. This indicates that the principal is an education leader with a professional or even a master's degree, but there is no relationship between leadership level and student learning achievement.

State defense is a concept closely related with National Defense System. Indonesian National Defense System bears following specific characteristics; universal, and involving all citizens, territories and other national resources. Meanwhile, corruption is the opposite of the nation's core values, which is against the national interest and the spirit of the nation, and does not stand in accordance with the noble values of Indonesia. Thus, corruption is a threat to the defense and security of our country. Corrupt behavior is a form of action against efforts to defend the state. The state defense program will emphasize the dissemination of the values of nationalism and love for the country. It is expected that the values instilled in the state defense program can prevent a culture of corruption from spreading to all members of society. Leadership is a series of leadership activities that cannot be separated from the position, style and behavior of the leader, as well as the interactions between the leader and their followers, in regards with the situation. UPN Veteran, which is a State Defense university, has met the aspects of consideration to become a PTN (public university) announced by the Ministry of Education and Culture. This study describes the political dynamics of Muhammadiyah and its relevance to the constitutional concept from Islamic political perspective. This research uses descriptive, and historical approach. The results of the study finds out: First, the characteristics of an Islamic state are applying God's law, adopting a form of leadership, being universal, not totalitarian, and applying a humane leadership pattern. This character is supported by a leadership system based on basic principles in the Islamic state (al-mabda 'al-asāsī fi dawlah al-Islamiyyah) which includes: trustworthiness (al-amānah), deliberation (al-syūrā), equality (al- musāwā), justice (al-'adālah), and plurality (al-ta 'addudiyya). Second, the Muhammadiyah doctrine originates from the al-Qur'an and al-Hadith and contains a system of beliefs, thoughts, and actions which, as a whole,  is accumulated into the ideology and values of the Muhammadiyah movement. This doctrine is then outlined in Muhammadiyah's statute and Bylaws (AD/ART) and covers all steps and strategies for the struggle, personality, beliefs and way of life of Muhammadiyah. Third, political theology and universal and fundamental religious understanding serve as guidelines, and at the same time, as the blueprint for Muhammadiyah's political midset which is implemented through political and cultural channels in the realm of high, allocative politics.
