ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of brand image and brand trust on customer loyalty in the Camel brand Active Shoes at Sogo Tunjungan Plaza IV Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. Population and sample based on questionnaire distribution to consumers who have made a repeat purchase, have had it before, and visited the Camel brand Active Shoes product site at Sogo Tunjungan Plaza IV Surabaya many as 160 respondents. Furthermore, there are three variables used in this study, namely : brand image (X1), brand trust (X2), and customer loyalty (Y). The results show that the variable brand image (X1) has a significant effect partially on customer loyalty, while the variable brand trust (X2) has a significant effect partially on customer loyalty. Research the results variables brand image and brand trust have a significant effect simultaneously on customer loyalty in the Camel brand Active Shoes at Sogo Tunjungan Plaza IV Surabaya. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis test and hypothesis test.

This study aims to analyze the influence of celebrity endorser, brand image, and brand trust on consumer purchasing decisions for Nike Brand Sports Shoes in Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. Population and sample based on questionnaire distribution to consumers who have already bought and used Nike brand sports shoes in Surabaya were taken as many as 180 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis test and hypothesis test. Research results of variable celebrity endorser, brand image and brand trust have a significant simultaneous effect partially on the purchase decision of Nike brand sports shoes in Surabaya where a significant value is smaller than 0.05.

This study aims to determine the influence of incentives and motivation on the performance of employee of PT. Tozy Santosa Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. Population and sample based on questionnaire distribution to the employees of PT. Tozy Sentosa Surabaya was taken 63 respondents. Data collection techniques used interviews, observation and questionnaires. The data analysis used reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results of the study, incentives and motivations simultaneously and partially significantly influence the employee performance of PT. Tozy Santosa Surabaya with significance value <0.005.

This study aims to determine the relationship between intrinsic motivation and communication on improving the performance of cashier employees at Transmart Ngagel Surabaya. This research is quantitative research. With a population of 98 respondents. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test and multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the influence of intrinsic motivation and communication on the performance of the cashier employees at Transmart Ngagel Surabaya showed positive and significant results. The result of the F test is 69,428> F table 3.09 simultaneously. Partially intrinsic motivation of 6.464> t table 1.985 has a significant influence on employee performance, communication 4.066> t table 1.985 has a significant influence on employee performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and compensation on the performance of PT. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana Surabaya. This study used  a quantitative approach and data collection through questionnaires and observations. With a population of 76 respondents. Analysis of the data used  the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the effect of work motivation and compensation on the performance of PT. Delami Brands Khasrisma Busana Surabaya showed positive and significant results. The F test results are 70,878> F table = 2,92 simultaneously. Partially work motivation of 8.433> t table 1.993 has a significant effect on employee performance, compensation of 4.564> 1.993 has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Delami Brands Kharisma Busana Surabaya.

The population and samples were distributed by 60 respondents. Technique of answering data using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is Convergence Validity, Discriminant Validity, used and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). Based on the results of the study, the brand image variable and brand trust simultaneously or partially significant towards customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in Ara Shop, Sidoarjo.

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the work environment and intrinsic motivation significantly simultaneously on the performance of Sushi Tei Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya employees. With a population of 85 respondents. This research is quantitative and data collection is through questionnaires and observations. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis test. The results showed that the analysis of the influence of the work environment and intrinsic motivation on the performance of employees at Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya Sushi Tei on the results of the t test of the work environment wascalculated as -4.971 <Ttable 1.666 and intrinsic motivation of Tcount 13.189> Ttable 1.666. For the results of the F test it is known that Fcount 110,267> Ftable 3.11, it can be concluded that environmental variables and intrinsic motivation have ainfluence simultaneouson employee performance

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, trust and loyalty.. The methodology of data collection is conducted through a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The population is the customer of Bank Negara Indonesia and the samples are taken from 84 respondents. The analysis includes validity test, reliability test, statistical test, classic assumption test and SPSS test. The findings from SPSS 20 statistic program tool show the independent variable test which is service quality and trust (X) is 0.750 or 75%. The results of multiple linear equations show that there is a positive and significant impact between service quality on customer loyalty, t count of 12,331 which means t count>t table (12,331>1,66365) with a significance of 0,000<0,05. The trust variable of t count is 11,147 which means t count>t table (11,147>1,66364) with a significance of 0.000<0,05. Individually, the service quality and trust have positive and significant impact on customer’s loyalty. It means the impact of independent variable (X) on dependent variable which is customer’s loyalty (Y) is 75%, while the rest 25% (100-75=25) is explained by another variable outside this research.

This was a quantitative research aiming to find out the effect of every variable studied namely advertisement on television, brand equity, attraction of celebrity endorser towards the decision of buying Wardah cosmetic product. The sampling technique used in this research was non probability technique in a form of purposive sampling method that determines samples based on certain criteria. The population of this research was all students in University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, and the samples of this research involved 125 respondents. The methods of data analysis used in were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regressions analysis, coeffiecient of determination, and hypothesis test. The result of analysis showed that advertisement on television partially affected positively towards the decision of buying, and the hypotesis was accepted with tobtained 3,582 > ttable 1,979, equity affected positively towards the decision of buying, and the hypothesis was accepted with tobtained 6,317 > ttable 1,979, celebrity endorser affected towards the decision of buying with tobtained 2,841 > ttable 1,979. Furthermore, the independent variables (advertisement on television, brand equity, and celebrity endorser) simultaneously affected the dependent variable (decision of buying) .
