This was a quantitative research aiming to find out the effect of every variable studied namely advertisement on television, brand equity, attraction of celebrity endorser towards the decision of buying Wardah cosmetic product. The sampling technique used in this research was non probability technique in a form of purposive sampling method that determines samples based on certain criteria. The population of this research was all students in University of Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, and the samples of this research involved 125 respondents. The methods of data analysis used in were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regressions analysis, coeffiecient of determination, and hypothesis test. The result of analysis showed that advertisement on television partially affected positively towards the decision of buying, and the hypotesis was accepted with tobtained 3,582 > ttable 1,979, equity affected positively towards the decision of buying, and the hypothesis was accepted with tobtained 6,317 > ttable 1,979, celebrity endorser affected towards the decision of buying with tobtained 2,841 > ttable 1,979. Furthermore, the independent variables (advertisement on television, brand equity, and celebrity endorser) simultaneously affected the dependent variable (decision of buying) . This research was conducted in the District of Kanigaran, Probolinggo City with the aim to determine the effect of Segmenting, Targetting, Posisioning (STP) on the purchase decision of automatic motorcycles in the District of Kanigaran, Probolinggo, both simultaneously and partially, and to find out which variable between segmentation, targeting and positioning had the dominant influence on decision to buy an automatic motorcycle.This type of research is quantitative research with causal associative relationships. The variables used consist of independent variables namely STP and the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used was 97 respondents. Data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, F test, t test and dominant.The results of this study indicate that segmentation, targeting and positioning have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of automatic motorbikes.,with the results of the hypothesis testing simultaneously which proves that there is a significant simultaneous effect between  on the purchase decision of automatic motorcycles in KanigaranSubdistrict, Probolinggo City. This study aims to determine the effect of job stress on job satisfaction sales at PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk. This research is a quantitative research. The sample of this study amounted to 120 sales Indihome. The study used a non-probability sampling method with a cluster sampling technique. The method of data analysis using linear regression analysis test, before the hypothesis test is tested assumption of normality and linearity. The results showed that there is no significant relationship between job stress on job satisfaction.

The rise of trade in this era makes the market tougher competition to make companies have to take appropriate steps and strategies in order to win competition with competitors in the market. This was also experienced by motorcycles, one of which was a Yamaha motorcycle which experienced a decline in sales in 2019 from month to month. Many factors affect it. In this study the variables used are product quality, after sales service, and customer satisfaction. This research uses a descriptive approach, and verification. Samples obtained were 383 respondents who were consumers of PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang by using purposive sampling technique, data analysis used in this study was the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate the quality of products and after-sales services have a strong enough relationship, which is equal to 50.3%. then partially product quality has an effect of 39.3 then partially after sales service has an effect of 15.3% on customer satisfaction. Together the quality of products and after sales service has an effect of 50.3% which is the contribution of other variables not examined. Then it can be seen that product quality is more dominant in influencing customer satisfaction. PT Ramarayo Perdana Karawang is advised to pay more attention to Product Quality and After Sales Service for customer satisfaction.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work stress and the environment on turnover attention of employees of Oppo Kota Bima. The type of research used is associative, with a sample of 35 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, simple correlation, determination test and t test (two parties). The results of this study conclude that the workload has an influence on the work environment of the Bima City oppo employees, where the t value of 8.325 is greater than the t table value of 2.036 (8.325 2.036) with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 ( 0,000,0,05).

The purpose of this research was to determine The Effect of Product Quality and Promotion to Decision Purchase The Tri Card. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive methods. Data sources used are data Primary and data Secondary. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The study population were the student of STIE HAS Bukittinggi department of management reguler morning, afternoon, and Saturday Sunday year 2016, 2017, and 2018 and the sample will be taken as many as 74 people who took the technique sampling based on the slovin formula. The data analysis method used is instrument test namely a Test Validity and test Reliability, Test of Regression Model and Descriptive Variable Analysis (TCR). Data were analyzed using logistic binary regression. The results showed (1) The product positively affects and significance to decision purchase the Tri card. (2) Promotion positively affect and significance to decision purchase the Tri card.

This study aims at determining the contribution of the independence Sharia Supervisory Board and Good Corporate Governance individually and simultaneously to the performance of the BMT  in  Sukoharjo  and  Karanganyar.  This  study  was  a  survey  research  with  a  quantitative approach. The populations in this study were the manager and supervisor of BMT. The sampling technique was a convenience sampling method possible. Samples taken as many as 30 data were spread at 9 BMT in Sukoharjo, and 6 BMT in Karanganyar. Data were taken by using a questionnaire and the analysis of the balance sheet and profit and loss. Testing of instruments used validity test, reliability test, test of sub-structures I, II, and III and then are analyzed by Path Analysis. The results in this study are: (1) the independency of the Sharia Supervisory Board affects significantly positive on the Good Corporate Governance of 65.4%. (2) the independence of the Sharia Supervisory Board affects significantly negative on the performance of 0,244, (3) Good Corporate Governance affects significantly positive on the performance of 1,125. (4) The independency of the Sharia Supervisory Board and Good Corporate Governance affect significantly positive on the performance of 88.1%.

This study is to study the effect of internal control and individual morality on fraudulent transportation orders based online at PT. Go-Jek, City of Padang. This research is quantitative research with primary data from questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population of this research is a car and motorcycle driver, PT. Go-Jek in Padang City. The purposive sampling technique of sampling and a sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis technique is data quality test, classic assumption test and hypothesis test consisting of multiple linear regression tests using SPSS 23.0 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that internal control and individual morality have a negative and significant influence on order fraud

This research aim to determine the effect of brand image, advertising and word of mouth on Wardah cosmetic purchasing decisions in UNIBA surakarta. This research uses quantitative research type. Population of this research is UNIBA female students majoring in economics and taken 100 people as samples. Sampling technique using purposive sampling method. Data were obtained by giving questionnaires to student who use or ever use Wardah cosmetic at least once. Data analysis technique using multiple linier regression. The result of data analysis found that brand image, advertising and Word of mouth have effect to purchasing decision simultaneously or partially. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence leaders, satisfaction, and organizational environment both partially and together towards the loyalty of the management of the Faculty Student Organization Economics of Ahmad Dahlan University Yogyakarta 2014/2015 period. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection with using a questionnaire method (questionnaire) that has been tested for validity and reliability, while data analysis is done using analysis multiple linear regression. The subjects of this research are all organizational management there are 153 students of the Faculty of Economics with engineering sampling using purposive sampling method, so the amount the sample used was 106 administrators. The results showed that: 1) Emotional intelligence of leaders no significant effect on the loyalty of the board. 2) Satisfaction no significant effect on the loyalty of the board. 3) Organizational environment positive and significant effect on the loyalty of the board shown from the results of the t test of 2.163 with a significance of 0.033. 4) Intelligence emotional leaders, satisfaction, and organizational environment together significant effect on the loyalty of the board, this is indicated from the results F test count of 12.273 with a significance of 0,000 and can be written with regression equation Y = -1,431 + 0,126𝑋1 + 0,181𝑋2 + 0,276𝑋 3. With big influence of 26.5%, while the remaining 73.5% is influenced by other independent variables are not observed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency. This research is a quantitative research. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The population in this study were employees at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency, amounting to 40 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where the number of samples used is the same as the total population of 40 people. The instrument test in this study consisted of a validity test and a reliability test. The data analysis techniques used in this study are: 1) classical assumption test consisting of normality test and heteroscedasticity test; 2) hypothesis testing using simple linear regression. The results showed that there was a significant influence of employee competence on archive management at the Library and Archives Service of Bojonegoro Regency as evidenced by the sig value 0.000 <0.05 and tcount 5,619 > ttable 2,021 so it can be concluded that employee competence has a significant influence on archive management.
