This study aims to examine whether there are differences in stock prices and trading volume before and after the announcement of the Annual Report Award (ARA) at Award-winning companies. The sample of this research was obtained using purposive sampling method. Based on the existing criteria, 32 companies were obtained as the research sample. Hypothesis testing is done by using paired sample t-tests which were previously tested for normality first on each variable. The results of the study showed that there were no significant differences in share prices and trading volume before and after the announcement of the Annual Report Award (ARA) 2009-2016. Able to change investor decisions in investing

This study intends to examine the differences in market reaction around the announcement of the Annual Report Award which is not only measured by abnormal return but is also measured using trading volume activity and stock prices. The data used are quantitative data in the form of a list of companies that received the Annual Report Award for the 2015-2018 period, the daily closing price of the ARA-winning company in the event window, the composite stock price index, the number of shares traded, and the number of shares outstanding. The event window is selected for 11 days because the long window period will blend with the effects of other events or confounding effects. The results of the study concluded that the market reacted around the announcement of the Annual Report Award for the 2015-2018 period measured using abnormal returns, trading volume activity, and stock prices. There is no difference in abnormal returns before and after the announcement of the 2013-2016 Annual Report Award period. Instead there are differences in trading volume activity and stock prices before and after the announcement of the Annual Report Award for the 2015-2018 period.

This study aims to determine the speed of JII stock price reaction on the Indonesia Stock Exchange around the date of the announcement of the Working Cabinet reshuffle and to analyze the difference in average trade volume in the period before and after the announcement of the Working Cabinet reshuffle. This data collection technique uses population techniques taken by 30 companies in the JII Index for the period June - November 2015 with observation period 10 days before and 10 days after the announcement. Analysis tools that are used to determine the reaction of stock prices before and after using one sample t test while the analytical tool to distinguish the average trading volume using paired sample t test using an alpha level (α) of 10%. The results of the analysis of stock price reactions indicate that there is a JII stock price reaction at Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period before and after the announcement of the Working Cabinet reshuffle. Because abnormal returns occur at H-7, H-4, H-1, H0, H + 1, H + 7 and H + 10. And the results of the average volume test that is there is a difference in the average trading volume before and after the announcement of the Working Cabinet reshuffle. This can be seen from the significance value lower than alpha 10% (0.033 <0.0.1).

Many cases of investors who experience losses in investing by buying company shares have led to thoughts about what information is actually needed by investors in reducing the possibility of mistakes. The purpose of this research is to find and create the latest model of information that should be conveyed to reduce the occurrence of multi-interpretation of information. The population used is 540 companies listed on the Stock Exchange with the criteria of having active financial and web reports at the time of the study, then the target population becomes 302 with the sampling method using saturated samples then the entire target population is sampled as many as 302 companies. The analysis used is path analysis using the smart PLS tool, The researcher managed to make a finding that at alpha five percent, profitability directly had a positive and significant effect on general corporate information, and stock prices, but not on foward-looking information. General corporate information directly affects the stock price while foward-looking information does not significantly influence the stock price. Indirectly, profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock prices through general corporate information, but not through foward-looking information.

The purpose of this study were to identify and analyze the rights issue effect to the stock price, the effect of the rights issue on stock trading volume, the correlation between stock prices before and after the right issue, as well as the correlation between volume of trading activity before the right issue and after that event. The objects of the study are the companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (JSX). The hypothesis stated that right issues have a significant effect on stock price on companies listed on the JSX, rights issues have a significant effect on the stock trading volume on companies listed on the JSX, there is a significant correlation between stock price before and after the rights issue on companies listed in JSX, there is a significant correlation between volume of the stock trading before the rights issue and after that event. Data analysis used were descriptive statistics, simple linear regression analysis and paired t-test. Hypothesis testing was performed by using the Pearson correlation test with significance level of 5%. The results show that the right issue has a positive effect but not significant toward stock prices of companies listed in JSX, right issue has a negative effect and not significant toward the trading volume activity (TVA) on companies listed in JSX.

The Covid-19 case in Indonesia was first announced on March 2, 2020. This study aims to determine whether there is a significant difference in share prices and share trading volume before and after the announcement of Covid-19 in Indonesia on LQ-45 shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. . The research data were taken 14 days before and 14 days after the announcement of the first case of Covid-19 in Indonesia. The data analysis was processed with descriptive statistics, the One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test, and the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. From the results of data processing, it shows that there is a significant difference in stock prices before and after the announcement of the first Covid-19 case in Indonesia. This is indicated by a significance value of 0.00 0.05. Where the share price has decreased compared to before the announcement of the Covid-19 case. Meanwhile, the trading volume of shares also shows a significant difference. Where the significance value is 0.00 0.05. The volume of stock trading after the announcement shows an increasing value.

Participation in the Annual Report Award 2014 is a manifestation of Good Corporate Governance and can be a means for companies to obtain input from various sources on how well the annual report and at the same time strengthen the company's presence in the industrial communities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the volume of stock trading on stock return on the award-winning Annual Report Award (ARA) companies in 2014. It also determined empirically whether there were differences in the volume of stock trading and stock returns before and after the announcement of the Annual Report Award ( ARA) in 2014. The approach and type of this research was quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were the companies that became the winner of the award Annual Report Award (ARA) year 2014. The sample was the company went public listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) award recipient Annual Report Award (ARA) in 2014, as many as 11 companies. Data used by the author was secondary data, where the data was taken in the form of the annual closing price of those companies. As the announcement of ARA held on October 16, 2014, the period of this study conducted over 10 days, five days before the announcement (D - 5), and 5 days after the announcement (D + 5). The results showed that the t test for variable stock trading volume on stock returns had t count of -1.229 with a significant level of 0.222 where the sig value is greater than 0.05 (0.222> 0.05), it can be concluded that there is no significant effect on the correlation between the volume of stock trading on stock returns of the companies. The average mean trading volume of shares of the companies prior to the announcement was 0.0003782 compared to 0.0003703, after the announcement. It showed a decreasing of 0.00000795. It can be concluded that there were differences in the volume of stock trading company's award-winning Annual Report Award (ARA) in 2014 before and after the date announcement. The average stock return prior to the announcement was 0.0006284 and the average stock return after the announcement was 0.0044502. It increased by 0.0038218. This study aims to determine the effect of stock prices, trading volume and trading frequency on the bid-ask spread of companies listed in the LQ-45 Index. This type of research is descriptive verification research. The population of this study is all companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange (BEI). The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method in order to obtain 10 sample companies. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the stock price had no effect on the bid-ask spread, while the volume and frequency of trading had an effect on the bid-ask spread. In addition, if the independent variable simultaneously affects the dependent variable. The implication of this research is that companies really need to pay attention to the level of trading volume and trading frequency because these ratios are very influential on investors' perceptions.

This research is conducted on all acquisition companies that conduct acquisitions listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2016 period. Sampling method using purposive sampling. The number of samples of this research is 50 companies. The market reaction in this study used abnormal return and trading volume activity. The testing of information content will be done by looking at differences in cumulative abnormal return and the average trading volume of shares five days before and five days after the announcement of the acquisition. Data analysis technique used is paired sample t-test. Based on the test results, found there are significant differences in the abnormal return of the acquirer company before and after the announcement of the acquisition. The problem in this research is the need for fast and accurate information in the format of the presentation of financial statements resulting in the distribution of information, and data management can be problematic. Therefore, a format for financial reporting systems, namely Extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL), was formed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of XBRL technology, stock prices, Return on Assets (ROA), and institutional ownership on market efficiency (information asymmetry and stock trading volume). The population and sample of this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2015-2016. The sampling method using a purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 42 companies. Data collection techniques are carried out by taking data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website (www.idx.co.id) and the site http://finance.yahoo.com. Data were analyzed with multiple regression tests after being declared normal with the normality test and though using SPSS 20. The results of this study simultaneously stated that XBRL technology, stock prices, ROA, and institutional ownership together have an influence on information asymmetry and stock trading volume. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that XBRL technology, stock prices, ROA, and institutional ownership cause a decrease in the level of information asymmetry and trading volume. This result also states that the company is in excellent condition when the value of information asymmetry decreases, but it is not good when the trading volume of its shares also decreases. Keywords: XBRL Technology; Stock Prices; Market Efficiency; Information Asymmetry; Stock Trading Volume.

For companies that collect funds from the public through capital from capital market, it can be used to meet capital needs and finance the company’s operation. So that company is expected not to rely on commercial debt financing both from within the country and abroad. With stock split, it is hoped that it will increase investors’ interest in buying affordable shares. This study aims to determine whether the stock split has an effect on stock prices, trading volume, and stock return. The method used by the researcher uses quantitative secondary data methods by using descriptive statistical data test, then use the kolgomorov smirnov normality test, and using theaverage paired sample test. The results of this research is that: 1) stock price have a significant effect after the stock split occurs, 2) while the trading volume has no significant effect after the stock split occours, 3)  then stock return has a siginificant impact before and after the stock split because it is expected to have a positive impact for issuers and investors.
