Expert system is an aplication that can perform activities. This system can make a diagnosis like humans, foe example diagnosing hardware and software damage on laptops. This system is widely used in the field of science. This system contains the knowledge of the experts which transferred into the aplications. This system is mode to find a solution as an experts. Expert system can also provide  an explanation of steps taken, and provide advice or conclusions on the type or damage to the laptop. This system is developed with purpose  to help the users, from hadware and software damage. The case of damageneeden an expert in the settlement with her or his (expert) knowledge already  transferred into the application. This system using forward chaining search method. This reasoning is used to examine the factors that are incorperated by rules stored in system, so that it can be concluded from factors collected. The  software used to build that is dreamweaver, and  to process the database using apache. The evaluation  of system performance is using quesioner which elistributed to 100 respondents. The functionality criteria, a total is 861 and average is 86,1. The efficiency 843 and average is 84,1. The uasbility 824 and an average is 82,4 and then total portability is 810 with an average is 81,0.

Many pets can be played with, socialize and even live together with humans. Numbers of animal clinics have increased to provide care for pets. This study focuses on Dog as pet. Desease and improper treatment of dog will adversely affect the Dog. In dealing with the problem of Dog disease, Dog owners may experience difficulties due to limited number of clinics and veterinarians, especially in rural areas. As a solution, Artificial Intelligence is used by using expert systems that can help inexperienced medical personnel diagnose early symptoms of Dog disease. The search method used in this research is Forward Chaining and Bayes Theorem method to handle uncertainties that arised. Based on knowledge acquisition, 3 diseases were obtained with 38 simptoms and 60 cases. Based on the tests conducted then obtained the sensitivity value of 80%, the value of accuracy of 88.6% indicates that this expert system is able to diagnose dog diseasesKeywords: Dog, Expert System, Forward Chaining, Bayes Theorem.

Teeth are organs that are very important and very vital. Therefore dental health is very important. Most of the Indonesian people, the appeal for dental examinations every six months is more often considered a breeze then, because they are more concerned with the health of other organs. Though diseases that attack teeth can have a very significant effect such as appearance problems. This research applies computer science in the medical field, especially for dental disease problems at the UPTD Health Center in Bangil using the expert system concept. Expert system is a system in the form of computer software where the computer is made as if - will think like an expert or expert in the field. The search method used is forward chaining, which is a search where facts are known to support conclusions. This expert system makes it easy for patients to conduct consultations, making it easier for the admin to manage symptom data and their illnesses and patient data, judging from the results of the questionnaire which states that it is very useful, can be used as a temporary doctor.

AbstrakBerbagai penyakit pada manusia dapat menimbulkan masalah serius jika tidak cepat ditangani, seperti halnya penyakit THT (Telinga, Hidung, dan Tenggorokan). Penderita penyakit THT di Indonesia cukup tinggi, karena masyarakat sering menganggap remeh penyakit THT dan kurangnya informasi mengenai penyakit tersebut. Perlu adanya sistem yang memberikan informasi mengenai gejala pada penyakit THT dan jenis penyakit apa saja yang diderita, serta solusi apa yang tepat untuk menangani penyakit THT. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem pakar untuk mendiagnosa penyakit THT. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode, yaitu metode ketidakpastian menggunakan Dempster Shafer dan metode penelusuran yaitu Forward Chaining. Langkah pengembangan diawali dari pengumpulan data, lalu pembuatan Rule Based, mengimplementasikan metode, dan melakukan pengujian akurasi pakar. Hasil penelitan ini adalah sistem pakar mendiagnosa penyakit THT sebanyak 7 jenis penyakit dengan gejala sebanyak 24 jenis. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan metode Dempster Shafer untuk mendapatkan nilai kepastian berupa persentase nilai kepastian pada hasil diagnosa penyakitnya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian pakar, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem pakar memiliki tingkat kesamaan dengan pakar sebesar 85% yang berarti bahwa sistem pakar ini layak untuk digunakan.AbstractVarious diseases in humans can cause serious problems if not quickly handled, such as ENT diseases (ear, nose, and throat). People with ENT disease in Indonesia is quite high, because people often consider the condition of ENT disease and lack of information about the disease. There is a system that provides information about the symptoms in ENT diseases and what types of diseases suffered, as well as what is the right solution to handle ENT diseases. The subject in this study is an expert system for diagnosing ENT diseases. The study used two methods, namely the uncertainty method using Putty Shafer and the search method that is Forward Chaining. The development step starts from collecting data, then creating a Rule Based, implementing methods, and conducting expert accuracy testing. The results of this research is a system of experts diagnose ENT diseases as many as 7 types of diseases with the symptoms as much as 24 types. This research also uses the method of putty Shafer to get certainty of the percentage value of certainty in the diagnosis of diseases. Based on expert testing results, it can be concluded that an expert system has a level of similarity with experts at 85% which means that the expert system is worthy of use.

Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan akan adanya alat bantu bagi peternak maupun penyuluh dalam mendiagnosis penyakit pada ayam. Basis pengetahuan sepenuhnya diambil dari pengetahuan pakar yang dapat mendiagnosa dan menentukan nama penyakit yang diderita oleh ayam. Penelitian ini dibuat berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan membandingkan 4 jurnal internasional yang berjudul “Expert system of quail disease diagnosis using forward chaining method, An Expert System for Management of Poultry Diseases, Developling Mobile Expert Web-based System Using Brainstroming Method, Disease Diagnosis System”. Berdasarkan keempat jurnal tersebut dapat dikembangkan inovasi baru berupa Sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit ayam menggunakan metode Certainty Factor. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan wawancara dan studi literature sehigga dapat menggumpulkan data yang lebih lengkap. Sistem Pakar ini akan di implementasikan kedalam sebuah aplikasi mobile berbasis android dengan harapan memudahkan user dalam menggunakan karena dibuat kedalam aplikasi android sehingga bisa di install dalam handphone. Hasil akhir berupa suatu informasi data penyakit dengan nilai Certainty Factor/kepastian.Kata Kunci — Diagnosa Penyakit Ayam, Sistem Pakar, Android, Certainty FectorThis study was conducted based on the need for tools for farmers and extension workers in diagnosingdiseases in chickens. The knowledge base is completely drawn from the expert knowledge that can diagnose and determine the name of the disease suffered by chickens. This study was based on the results of the analysis by comparing four international journals entitled "Expert system of quail disease diagnosis using forward chaining method, An Expert System for Management of Poultry Diseases, Developing Mobile Expert Web-based System Using Brainstroming Method, Disease Diagnosis System". Based on the four journals can be developed a new innovation in the form of expert system of chicken disease diagnosis using Certainty Factor method. The research methodology uses interviews and literature studies so that it can collect more complete data. Expert System will be implemented into an android-based mobile application with the hope of facilitating the user in using because it is made into the android application that can be installed in the mobile phone. ABSTRACT The progress of computer technology has helped many people in various fields of life. Expert systems are computer programs with expert knowledge to solve certain problems such as imitating human thought. Air Conditioner (AC) is a machine made to stabilize the humidity of an area and the temperature of the air. The lack of knowledge of the owner of the AC equipment has resulted in the equipment being damaged and the technical maintenance of the AC, and the amount of costs incurred for maintenance services is one of the obstacles. Based on these problems, the author made an expert system application to detect damage to Android-based air conditioners. . This application is expected to help the community in detecting damage, causes and solutions in Air Conditioning (AC). Interview and literature studies are data collection techniques used by the authors. In making the program the author uses the Forward Forward Chaining method. Lack of public understanding of gastroenteritis, which is often suspected as diarrhea, causes the treatment of the disease to be less effective. An expert system application was developed to help people to detect gastroenteritis easily. The application used forward chaining method and best-first-search search algorithm. Expert knowledge was obtained from two doctors of the Gastroenterohepatology of Internal Medicine. The application runs on Android devices and has been able to detect gastroenteritis disease without dehydration, acute dehydration gastroenteritis mild, moderate and severe.

AbstractThe lack of knowledge about dental health and the still limited awareness of the community about dental health, makes some of our community set aside in efforts to prevent or treat dental disease. So we need a system or application that can help people to find out about dental diseases, as well as solutions to overcome these problems. This expert system knowledge base is formed by the if-then rules. The inference method used is forward chaining. This dental disease expert system is based on Android so it can be used anytime and anywhere by the community. Based on the acquisition of expert knowledge obtained 12 rules, 12 diseases, 25 symptoms. Blackbox test results show the application features that are made to run with a fairly good level of success. Unit test results indicate that the application has succeeded in making inferences properly and correctly, in accordance with applicable rules.Keywords: Dental disease, forward chaining, android, expert systemAbstrakMinimnya pengetahuan kesehatan gigi dan masih terbatasnya  kesadaran masyarakat tentang kesehatan gigi, membuat sebagian masyarakat kita mengesampingkan dalam upaya mencegah atau mengobati penyakit gigi. Maka diperlukan suatu sistem atau aplikasi yang dapat membantu masyarakat untuk mengetahui tentang penyakit gigi, serta solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Basis pengetahuan sistem pakar ini dibentuk dengan aturan if-then. Metode inferensi yang digunakan adalah forward chaining. Sistem pakar penyakit gigi ini dibuat berbasis android agar bisa digunakan kapan saja dan dimana saja oleh masyarakat. Berdasarkan akusisi pengetahuan pakar didapat 12 aturan, 12 penyakit, 25 gejala. Hasil uji blackbox menunjukan fitur-fitur aplikasi yang dibuat berjalan dengan tingkat berhasilan yang cukup baik. Hasil pengujian unit menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi telah berhasil melakukan inferensi dengan baik dan benar, sesuai kaidah yang berlaku. Kata kunci : Penyakit gigi, forward chaining, android, sistem pakar

Disturbances in the Hepatobiliaris system are health problems that are often encountered, even growing, so to know the diagnosis will be difficult. A better way is to consult an expert or an expert doctor. But there are also weaknesses such as working hours or limited experts. Expert system is one branch of artificial intelligence that learns how to adopt the way an expert thinks in solving a problem and make decisions and conclusions. The problem discussed is how to design a system that can be used to solve the above problems. The purpose and objective of the author in making this expert sisem is to assist the prospective physician in diagnosing disorders of the Hepatobiliaris system like an expert. Expert system using Best First Search method and using Forward Chaining technique. In this system poured knowledge of an expert in the can during research at Permata Ibu Hospital. An expert system developed based on Android on the client side, PHP and MySQL. This expert system displays a selection of symptoms that can be selected by the user, where each choice of symptoms that will lead the user to the next symptom option to get the conclusion.

The choice of contraceptive tools is not an easy thing because the risks or effects will give impact on the body that never using it previously. in the other side, there is no contraception always suit for everybody because the circumstances of each body is different, so the extensive knowledge must be needed to know the advantages and disadvantages of each contraceptive tools then adjusted to the user's body.The expert system for contraceptive tools uses Forward Chaining search method combined with Certainty Factors Method. These method value the patient’s indication. The Expert system gives the output data which define the kind of tool uses of the patient. the results obtained will be able to help people to find indications that lead to appropriate contraceptive tools and advice or suggestions about these tools. The success rate of the contraceptive tools decision experienced by experienced by the user by using forward chaining combined with the CF computation method is also influenced by the number of indication criteria selected by the user. Based on testing that has been done, expert system contraception tools has accuracy level equal to 75%.

The purpose of this paper is to create an expert system to detect oil palm plant diseases in order to help farmers / companies in providing accurate information about the diseases of oil palm plants and how to overcome them and to help reduce the risk of decreasing palm oil production. This system is designed to mimic the expertise of an expert who is able to detect diseases that attack oil palm plants. The method used is forward chaining that is starting from a set of data and proving a fact by describing the level of confidence and uncertainty found in a hypothesis. The results of this study are to diagnose diseases of oil palm plants and their computerization using web programming languages.
