Situation during COVID19 pandemic, requires all schools to conduct online learning. This condition is done to prevent the spread of pandemic. The problem is that the infrastructure is not fully supported. Learning in marginal areas is still constrained by the difficulty of the signal or internet connection. This research was conducted to obtain an infrastructure design that can be used in areas with minimal internet connection, or even no internet network connection. Using R&D, the research begins by designing a network device on the school side – Acces Point, also a tool to expand coverage -  repeater. Furthermore, design and testing of signal amplifier antennas that can be used on the client side is carried out. For the client side, several types of amplifier antennas are made that can be used to receive Wifi frequencies. There are three types of antennas that are made and tested, namely Yagi, Yagi Cross, and cantennas. Both are Unidirectional antenna. Connection quality is measured with a Wifi analyzer device to determine network quality. As for mobile phones, it is measured using the Wifi Master Key. The result obtained is a WELAN infrastructure design which is equipped with unidirectional antenna design with a total range of 8 Km.

The purpose and target of this study was to describe the efforts of the principal to improve the professional competence of teachers in Public Elementary School No. 162/I Bukit Sari Village, Maro Sebo District. The aspects studied included the efforts of the principal to improve teacher professional competence, as well as inhibiting factors. The author uses a qualitative approach and chooses the type of case study. The principal is a subject. The principal and teacher are the data sources used as sources of information. Data collection uses interview techniques and documentation studies. Analyzing data is done by reviewing, data reduction, presenting data, and verifying data to then draw conclusions. The technique of checking the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results of this study explain that the efforts of principals to improve teacher professional competencies are by implementing a coaching process and involving teachers in various educational activities and training, seminars, workshops, and Teacher Working Groups. The obstacles are: 1) Teachers and schools have difficulty accessing information because the internet connection or network is very slow. 2) There are still some teachers who do not understand the concept of interrelationship between subjects. Based on the results of the study it is recommended that: 1) The principal must be more active in developing all teaching staff. 2) Immediately resolve the problem of internet network connection and fulfill other supporting facilities. 3) Teachers must be able to use various learning methods.

ABSTRACT The problem in this study is that more and more internet users in the Bina Insan Lubuklinggau University building specifically the Faculty of Computer internet connection often experience problems, the internet network is still unstable, and ways to divide internet access points in the Computer Faculty. This study uses data collection methods by observing and recording directly at the research site (Observation), conducting question and answer directly to the source (Interview), and documentation by reading literature books. The results showed that the internet is often experiencing constraints and unstable internet networks and ways to divide internet access points at the Computer Faculty of the University of Bina Insan Lubuklinggau by using Policy Base Routing and Failover Implementation using a Mikrotik Router. It can be concluded that the internet network connection is stable and shows the results of the distribution of internet access points at the Faculty of Computer Bina Insan Lubuklinggau. Keywords: Mikrotik, Policy Base Routing, Failover

Purpose – In this research paper, the electrical and radiation characteristics of a proposed fractal antenna based on the Koch curve in the second iteration for reception of digital terrestrial television signals are designed and analyzed by laboratory tests. Methodology/approach/design – The design is based on the concepts of fractal geometry and on a previously designed antenna, which is adapted to obtain a different frequency of operation; the designed antenna is constructed in three different ways, finally, they are tested in the lab using vector-network-analyzer, that allows to measure parameters, such as: VSWR, gain and radiation pattern. Findings – The fractal antenna based on the Koch curve has the necessary characteristics to receive digital terrestrial television signals in the UHF band.

The Stabat District Court Office is a legal service office for the community. The Stabat District Court Office handles matters such as entering case files into the SIPP (Case Tracking Information System) and archiving incoming and outgoing mail. However, the obstacles that exist in the district court office are located on the network, where the network is still done manually where the network connection is still using a USB modem and LAN cable so that the performance of offices in communicating with each other and in the process of sending data is hampered . To further optimize the performance of employees in sending and receiving new data, a network that can be used in all rooms in the office is needed. Then an internet connection is needed which can be used in all areas of the office also makes this internet connection more effective and efficient by using Access Point, Mikrotik Router Board and Radio Power Beam

Broadband commonly refers to Internet connection speeds greater than narrowband connection speed of 56kbs. Digital subscriber lines (DSL) and cable modems were the most popular forms of broadband in public use over the last 10 years. In 2004, over 80% of U.S. homes were equipped with cable modems, and up to 66% of U.S. households were able to receive DSL transmissions. It is expected that the impact of broadband technologies will continue to play an important role in the U.S. and the rest of the world. It is predicted that the number of broadband-enabled homes will exceed 90 million worldwide by 2007 (Jones, 2003). Canada and Korea currently are the two countries leading the way in broadband saturation. The following discussion focuses on the Canadian case of broadband development.

The use of mobile phone increases exponentially in our daily activities because it is light, mobile and handy that can be used anytime and anywhere. Checking emails, updating our daily status and diary, reading the latest news and online purchasing requires continuous network connection as well as a battery that can last. But sometimes the performance of internet speed is too weak where users are experiencing some problems and eventually leads to network disruption. Hence, users should be given the option to choose the internet connection or internet service provider that offer better service at that time moreover during an emergency. In this paper, we propose a development of Information Server to provide information to consumers about the available network surrounding within a reasonable time upon requested. This method is applied in the user terminal to allow the user freedom to decode on the best network handover.

AbstractTraffic modelling and simulation is one of the frequent tools used in road infrastructure design. Software tools designed for traffic simulations are an important supportive tool in decision-making and in choosing the optimal solution. The aim of this paper is to introduce the application of the VISSIM program, in the design and testing a model of the traffic-light-controlled intersection. The traffic on the selected congested intersection is modelled and simulated first for the current state, then for two models with modifications that are to increase the throughput of the intersection. The monitored criterion of the intersection throughput is the length of queues. Both adjustments have led to a significant reduction of the number of vehicles waiting in direction of the greatest congestions. In the first model, the average line length was reduced by 75%, and in the second model, the modifications lead to a fluent passage of right-turn vehicles and a significant reduction in vehicle lines for other directions.
