ABSTRACT The problem in this study is that more and more internet users in the Bina Insan Lubuklinggau University building specifically the Faculty of Computer internet connection often experience problems, the internet network is still unstable, and ways to divide internet access points in the Computer Faculty. This study uses data collection methods by observing and recording directly at the research site (Observation), conducting question and answer directly to the source (Interview), and documentation by reading literature books. The results showed that the internet is often experiencing constraints and unstable internet networks and ways to divide internet access points at the Computer Faculty of the University of Bina Insan Lubuklinggau by using Policy Base Routing and Failover Implementation using a Mikrotik Router. It can be concluded that the internet network connection is stable and shows the results of the distribution of internet access points at the Faculty of Computer Bina Insan Lubuklinggau. On the internet connection with 2 service ISP (Internet Service Provider) to consider the possibility of interruption on the internet connection. PCC (Per Connection Clasifier) is a method of load balancing in the merge 2 ISP service. Internet network connection is needed by a company or agency that performs each job with depend internet network connection. It is therefore necessary internet network are always standby when the failure occurs the internet connection. At this writing performed a system. First test done with 1 ISP service. Testing both with the use of PCC in the normal state and with the use of PCC occurs when lost connection on one of the links. By using 2 ISP services can be separated between local bandwidth and internasioan done on the second test. On testing the second can be proved that by using the 2 service ISP with load balancing PCC and  much better against the service connection network the internet because there is a  system that is always on standby when it happened lost connection on one of the links. With system blocks the IP automatically can protect the server mikrotik from attack heacker.

<p>This descriptive study determined whether the quality of internet connection at the college unit of the University of the Immaculate Conception in Davao City is significantly related to the academic services availed of by the student internet users. Employing stratified proportional random sampling, 365 students from the various programs of the university measured the levels of quality of internet connection and their availment academic services to assess the relevance of technology to the current curriculum of the university. The survey data generated using the researcher-made questionnaire (α=0.914) and the narrative accounts revealed by the FGD participants resulted in the following findings: internet speed can provide satisfaction or dissatisfaction to the users depending on the activities they intend to do; computer-specification performance level depends on functionality and ease of use; computer-aided academic services maximize student’s learning; computer-aided academic services are influenced by the quality of internet connection, and students, regardless of their academic programs; have the same perception as regards the quality of the internet connection in the university.</p>

Internet is a versatile tool used by the students that draws attention of many researchers. But little research has been found regarding the comparative study of internet usage among university students. For this reason, the study surveyed the internet usage among university students coming from Business Studies, Science & Arts disciplines at University of Dhaka, Bangladesh and the overall perceptions towards the internet usage. So we developed a survey questionnaire and collected data on students’ demographics, internet usage behavior and purposes of internet use. Therefore, we distributed 50 questionnaires to each discipline and a total of 150 questionnaires were returned and all were usable. Then we analyzed the obtained data using SPSS. The results show that the percentage of internet usage among the students coming from Business Studies, Science and Arts disciplines is 100%, 92% and 90% respectively. The study recommends that the students coming from Science and Arts background should enhance the internet usage. And the students from all backgrounds should enhance the frequency of internet access per day and invest more on internet usage. The study also recommends that the universities should provide adequate internet facilities and enabling environment for student. This study provides a theoretical and empirical basis for further studies on internet usage of university students.

According to the user's Internet access log analysis of the characteristics of user behavior on the Internet. In this paper, we classify the statistical analysis of the behavior of Internet users by collecting information and data on urban and rural Internet user behavior. This result may provide a basis for guiding the behavior of Internet software manufacturers or government.

The process of e-learning is the operations that involve humans, computers, the Internet, and instructional material and produce the outputs to learners and the organization. This research aimed to study students' readiness for e-learning of graduate students in IAIN Kendari, Indonesia. The research sample consisted of 168 graduate students who were selected purposively. The questionnaire was adapted from Watkins and interviewing 10% of the sample group was conducted to collect the data. The research findings showed that the students were ready for the e-learning, as shown by the overall mean score is 3.72, which is above Mo = 3.40. Due to the low means of statistical calculation, three important items need to be improved, such as Students' household distraction reduction, students' comfort to be involved in multiple online discussions, and students' ability to take notes during online discussions, should be considered. Based on the interview, some challenges met during online learning that reduced students' readiness were unstable internet connection, lecturer's presence on screen, inconducive learning environment, and inability to be a multitasker. Hence, it is recommended that the university and students discuss to improve students' readiness in motivation and technology access.

PGRI University of Yogyakarta is an educational institution that uses the internet as one of the supporting facilities and infrastructures to manage and organize the data and information used by the student to find references about the lecture. PGRI University Yogyakarta has three buildings on the main campus building A building B and C buildings, where each building using wireless LAN as a means for students to use the internet network, the weakness of the wireless LAN network where poor internet network in the wireless LAN network. Thus the researchers wanted to analyze the Quality of Service wireless LAN networks in building A, building B, and C buildings, in each floor.With the existence of quality of the network at PGRI University of Yogyakarta will be done by interviews and observation methods, problems that occur in wireless LAN networks in each building have been prepared in advance, after which it will do an analysis of wireless LAN networks using quality of service parameters, namely delay, packet loss, bandwidth, throughput and factors that influence the wireless network at the University of PGRI Yogyakarta.The results of the measurement and monitoring of Quality of Service wireless LAN at PGRI University of Yogyakarta in building A, building B, C on each floor of the building can be classified in the category of poor with the average delay for each building to around 150 ms and packet loss = 28%, bandwidth = 173523 bits / s and throughput = 22%, and the factors that occurred in the signal range cannot cover every room in every building. From these results it can be concluded that the quality of the wireless LAN at the University PGRI Yogyakarta according to the TIPHON standards categorized as poor.

Nowadays, smart devices have grown exponentially, so they have become a necessity rather than a luxury, therefore staying connected to the Internet has facilitated people to explore national and international news, make payments for services public, virtual shopping, scheduling medical appointments, among others. Now all this demand increases every day at excessive levels and adding the robust applications that are currently being developed and launched on the market. Regarding this, it is known that currently, the internet service providers of the municipality of Soledad Atlántico do not have the physical infrastructure to maintain the availability of the service. This is where the project design of the Wi-Fi-Offloading solution to extend the coverage and the transmission of data from the cellular network, through the wireless network in the Muvdi park of the Municipality of Soledad Atlántico, is carried out with the aim of providing a solution and alternative so that the internet connection service remains available without import the data network to which you have access. The research methodology used for the development of the project is descriptive. The research design is qualitative, transactional, and non-experimental. At this moment, it is in a descriptive stage, carrying out tests, and then moving on to the applied stage.
