The monograph presents an approach to solving the problem of increasing the throughput and processing capacity of seaports in conditions of limiting their territorial dislocation and increasing the unevenness of external and internal cargo flows. The basis of the approach is the proposed system of the main parameters of the dry port and the methodology of simulation modeling of the functioning of the system "seaport - dry port". The material is illustrated with examples of the implementation of the developed approach, including model scenarios of multi-agent optimization of the parameters of the system under study. The proposed approach and the developed methodology can be used to justify management decisions on the balanced development of transport and logistics infrastructure of the regions hosting sea and dry ports. It is intended for specialists of transport and logistics companies, engineering and technical workers engaged in solving problems in the field of logistics, supply chain management and transport infrastructure design. Abstract Indonesia is located at the meeting point of three tectonic plates, making it at-risk to geological disasters such as volcanic eruptions and earthquakes. Earthquake disaster can cause a variety of crucial dangers, such as earthquakes, landslides, liquefaction, tsunamis, and other natural disasters, as one took place in Palu City in 2018. This study aims to identify key parameters that could increase Palu resilience in the face of calamity in the future. This study start with a literature review to determine the concept, parameters, and variables of resilience Palu City against disasters. These parameters and variables were then compared to the current condition. The findings of the literature review generated four main parameters for disaster-resilience cities: disaster risk reduction (improvement of infrastructure design and multi disasters-based land use planning), community recovery, efficient program implementation, and monitoring-evaluation. Furthermore, the comparison of these four parameters to reconstruction activities reveals that Palu city’s post-disaster reconstruction has not fully resulted in efforts to achieve the concept of a disaster-resilience city. This is because post-disaster management efforts in Indonesia are in accordance with applicable regulations, emphasizing recovery rather than mitigation in the following catastrophic events.

The growing share of global energy consumption by cities (currently over 65%) raises the requirements for a systematic holistic approach for designing urban energy infrastructure in order to ensure its sustainability. A literature review of state-of-the-art modeling of urban energy infrastructure design emphasized the incomprehensive sustainability of the performed evaluations, as they accounted for several aspects of sustainability but missed others. Omitting important aspects can have significant implications which can put the sustainability of the energy infrastructure at risk. In this study, we attempted to develop a comprehensive model for designing sustainable energy infrastructure for urban districts, which accounts for the four aspects of sustainability: social, technical, environmental, and economic. The model is based on a four-step methodology: district characterization, a technological survey for distributed generation and energy storage, selecting suitable technologies according to social and technical criteria, and simulations of different energy infrastructure configurations to find the most suitable configurations basing on economic and environmental criteria. The research includes a case study in which the model was implemented for the Technion campus in Haifa. The developed model proved to be a comprehensive, efficient, and versatile tool for designing urban energy infrastructure.

The first one we saw was LEONOV in Kemerovo. And we saw it not online, but live, when we arrived at the Festival “Zodchestvo in Siberia”.The object of the issue is not a frequent section in PB. This issue contains several significant infrastructure facilities by Moscow authors. Airport terminals in three Russian regional capitals (41) and the Nizhegorodskaya transport hub in Moscow (63).The main Siberian festival of this autumn is a regular festival “Zodchestvo in Siberia” held in the first decade of September in Kemerovo (15-36). It is noteworthy that the main focus of the work of the key speakers of this festival, Nikolay Shumakov and Timur Bashkaev, is on transport infrastructure facilities. So the stars are aligned for us to talk about it, about INFRASTRUCTURE.The infrastructural crisis has hit fully half of the inhabited world. The gigantic transport, energy and information systems created in the middle of the last century have exhausted their resources. Mikhail Mishustin's government is adopting an ambitious plan to invest tens of trillions of rubles into the country's infrastructures. Joe Biden's government is discussing a similar plan that costs trillions of dollars. Meanwhile, it turns out that both the philosophy and methodology of infrastructure design have fundamentally changed and now require a deep rethinking. Global awareness towards sustainability are putting pressure on industries worldwide to implement procedures to manage the elements of sustainability for an industrial development. This study aims to assess the readiness of Pasuruan Industrial Estate Rembang (PIER) towards sustainable industrial estate. This research was conducted using qualitative methods with the type of research in the form of case studies. Six parameters are assessed based on the concept formulated by Ernest Lowe (2001) that include natural system integration with environmental capacity-bearing capability, sustainable energy and water use, integration of output and waste material flows, efficient industrial estate management, environmentally friendly infrastructure design and integration between industrial estates and social communities, contributing to local economic development. Using a Likert scale of 1 to 3 to assess the level of application of EIP principles in the PIER industrial estate, the results obtained are that two EIP principles have not been applied at all and four principles have not been fully implemented.
