This research aimed at seeing the appropriateness of the instructional media Power Point based.  The early stage conducted was seeing the basic competence that needed the instructional media adapted to the syllabus of Vocational High School of Pharmacy Pekanbaru.  The material was Adsorption material that was on the basic competence of 1.2, it was about understanding the adsorption process.  After adjusting the material, applied research of biosorption of Cd2+ metal ion using Kecombrangtrunk on various pH 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 that was analyzed by AAS was conducted.  The optimum pH obtained was on pH 5 with 80.73% adsorption.  The next step was preparing the instructional media Power Point based that was assessed by material and media experts.  The result of material expert assessment showed their strong agreements and there was no revision with 82% percentage.  The next step was testing 4 Chemistry teachers at Vocational High School of Pharmacy Pekanbaru.  It showed the agreement and no revision with 79.75% percentage.  It meant that the chemistry instructional media Power Point based could be a learning resource.Keywords:      Learning Resources, Instructional Media Power Point Based, Kecombrang,Cadmium, Adsorption.

Based on the research conducted at the Vocational High School (SMKN 2Padang) in Class X of Computer and Network Engineering in the odd semester, the average value of the validity test of the 3 validators was obtained for mobile web-based mobile learning media by 91.04%, so that the validity level can be interpreted very valid is used, and the average practicality assessment of mobile web-based mobile learning media is 87.67%, so the practical level can be interpreted very practically in use, and the average assessment of effectiveness test for mobile web-based mobile learning media is 88 , 57%, so that the level of effectiveness can be interpreted to be very effective to use. So, it can be concluded that the Mobile Web Based Mobile Learning Media for Computer and Basic Network subjects in class X Computer and Network Engineering of SMK Negeri 2 Padang is worthy of being used for the learning process.

<p>The objectives of this study are; (1) designing instructional media Computer Aided Design (CAD) for Pendidikan Teknik Bangunan (PTB) PTK FKIP UNS and Vocational High School (SMK) Building Construction Department, (2) to produce a viable medium of learning CAD, (3) determine whether the CAD design of learning media can improve the competence of students in PTB and vocational students Building Construction Department.<br />The designing of instructional Media is made at Vocational High School (SMKN 5 Surakarta) given in the form of video instructional media learning is needed. The method used in this research is the development of research methods. Criteria for success of this study refers to the successful implementation of product testing. The success include process and outcome indicators: (1) it is compliance with aspects of the substance of learning, aspects of media and instructional aspects, (2) It fits for use as a medium of learning, (3) vocational students receive as an innovative product in the learning, (4) it can help Vocational High School students (SMK) in learning more effective and efficient.<br />The conclusion of this study include: (1) CAD design of instructional media for PTB and SMK is carried out in accordance with the procedures, (2) media products of CAD Learning Media is worth to use in PTB FKIP UNS and SMK Building Construction Department, (3) CAD instructional media products can increase the competence of student at PTB and vocational students Building Construction Department.</p>

As a reflection of teachers’ awareness of the students’ learning styles, teachers are required to have a good understanding of how the learning materials will be delivered to them through the teaching method and media, which are appropriate for their preferences. However, the uniqueness of learners’ learning styles has not become an important consideration for most of teachers. This study was aimed at finding out, to what extent vocational high school teachers were aware of the students’ learning styles. The data were collected through a survey and analyzed with the descriptive quantitative analysis. The results revealed that most of the respondents with the percentage of 65.7% (n=67) do not know the term of learning styles. Most of the respondents with the percentage of 77.6% do not assess the students’ learning styles. Although most of the respondents do not assess the students’ learning styles, the aspects of assessing the learning styles, using the instructional media appropriate with the students’ learning styles, and care about the students’ preferences in learning were categorized as good with the percentage of 43.3%, 71.6%, and 56.7% respectively. The overall of the vocational high school teachers’ awareness level of the students’ learning styles is categorized as good with the percentage of 76.1%.

This research was instigated by student difficulty in comprehending chemistry lesson that was theoretical, recitation and the lack of using instructional media. This research aimed at knowing the feasibility result of Stop Motion video as an instructional media especially on media lesson theoretical and recitation at State Vocational High School through validity test and practicality test. In this research Stop Motion video was designed by using Filmora application to support the learning on Development of Atomic Model Theory lesson. The final product was in the form of a valid tutorial video. It was a research and development (R&D) using model of Borg and Gall modification, and it was carried out at State Vocational High School 7 Pekanbaru. Interview and questionnaire were conducted for the techniques of collecting data. Stop Motion video as an instructional media developed was tested valid with 88.95% percentage (very valid) and practical with 82.75% (very practical). Based on these findings, it could be concluded that Stop Motion video as an instructional media on Development of Atomic Model Theory lesson have been valid and practical, and it got good student responses, so it could be tested in the next phase.

Learning with computer media that has not been multi-direction and lack of activeness of students makes learning less effective. Therefore, this study aims to develop learning media using Adobe Flash CS6, design and implement the development of instructional media on the subject of Communication in the Network, and test the feasibility of learning media. This research is a development research (R&D) with ADDIE model. The results of alpha testing, the assessment of material experts is in the very good category with an average score of 4.28. The assessment of media experts is in a very good category with an average score of 4.86. The results of the beta testing trial, the trial with the teacher, show a very good category with an average score of 5. Trials with students got a very good category with an average score of 4.25
