Knowing the performance of a company is needed in order to be able to determine the extent to which goals have been achieved. The final objective of this research was to analyze the performance of Al-Ittifaq vegetable supply chain for each of its members in order to achieve a common goal, by maximizing the resources they have with their best practices. The analytical method used in this research was the Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) model by considering the internal and external attributes of the foodSCOR card. The four attributes used in this study were reliability, responsiveness, agility ,and assets. The results of measuring internal performance in the supply chain at all levels in the responsiveness and agility attributes had achieved superior performance positions on the foods card. The value of Al-Ittifaq vegetable supply chain performance on reliability attributes in conformity performance with the standards was still in the advantage position, while the delivery performance and order fulfillment were already in a superior position. The internal performance of the Al-Ittifaq vegetable supply chain in each section for the cash to cash cycle time attribute had reached a superior position. The daily inventory performance was still in the advantage position, therefore Al-Ittifaq it still needs improvement in performance by not doing a daily inventory to reduce storage costs and to always provide fresh vegetables.

<p><em>The rapid development of the industrial world has resulted in increasingly tight competition among companies. This condition shows the importance of improving performance, not only in a company but also other parties in the related supply chain, in order to compete with other companies or supply chains. The good performance of a supply chain will certainly increase the customers satisfaction. Therefore, performance measurement needs to be carried out so that a supply chain can find out how well it currently performing is and keep improving it. This study will discuss about the application of the supply chain operations reference (SCOR) model and the pairwise comparison method for the supply chain performance measurement of a product packaging company</em> </p><p><strong><em>Keywords: supply chain, performance measurement, SCOR, </em></strong><strong><em>pairwise comparison</em></strong></p><strong><em><br /></em></strong>

This study aims to determine how much value the supply chain performance at PT. XYZ when measured using the green scor model. PT. XYZ is a company that produces chemical active ingredients for agriculture and plantations. The problem experienced by the company is that the company began to develop not only environmentally friendly products but also environmentally friendly management and supply chains that will start with Guela products. After verification of the 18 proposed indicators, through the interview session 14 indicators were verified and could be used as KPIs. Weighting for each KPI is done using the AHP method. Furthermore, performance measurement or scoring is performed using the Green Supply Chain Operation Reference (GSCOR) method and evaluating using the traffic light system (TLS) method. Based on table 4.67 it can be seen that of the 14 KPIs, 3 KPIs are included in the yellow category, 1 KPIs are included in the red category and 10 KPIs are included in the green category. The total value of the measurement of the performance of the green supply chain at PT. XYZ obtained 72.64 (Good). From these figures it can be seen that the performance of the green supply chain at PT. XYZ is in green, which means that supply chain performance is good but corrective action needs to be taken to improve the performance of PT. XYZ.

PurposeThe purpose of this paper is to identify the key performance indicators (KPIs) of vaccine supply chain of Universal Immunization Program (UIP) India, and measure their impact on vaccine supply chain performance improvement, so that results of this study can help the decision makers manage the activity and effectiveness of their resources in order to improve vaccine delivery performance and child immunization coverage.Design/methodology/approachThe 41 KPIs in terms of four dimension of the balanced scorecard (BSC), i.e. financial, customer, internal process and learning and growth have been identified and validated from the literature and expert’s opinions. Further, the impact of internal process and learning and growth performance indicators on the vaccine supply chain performance improvement have been evaluated using two-way assessment. The rankings obtained using two-way assessment are then compared to DEMATEL approach to validate the results.FindingsThe results from the analysis reveal that “Enhancement in employee work satisfaction” (LG3=10.08 percent), “Enhancement in professional vaccine supply chain managers and leaders” (LG2 = 6.70 percent) “Improvement in planning and coordination in the supply chain” (LG9 = 6.57 percent) are the three critical performance indicators having maximum impact on vaccine supply chain performance improvement. The decision makers should give priority to these performance indicators to improve delivery performance and immunization coverage.Social implicationsThis study focuses on the improvement in vaccine delivery performance, therefore, analysis and findings can be useful to government immunization programs of India to other developing nations to improve child immunization coverage.Originality/valueTo our knowledge, this paper is first to attempt to provide a direction to improve immunization coverage through vaccine supply chain performance indicators.

Purpose – The purpose of the paper is to explore the applicability of the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model and to identify the key performance indicators (KPIs) for the service-oriented sector – namely a third-party logistics (3PL) service provider. Design/methodology/approach – The performance attributes of SCOR model (reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost measures and asset management efficiency) are used as the basis for defining the KPIs. A questionnaire was sent to relevant decision makers. Findings – This paper illustrates the use of the integrated approach of SCOR, fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) for measuring the supply chain performance (SCP) in the light of a real life case study company. Research limitations/implications – This method forms the basis for performance measurement using the SCOR model to evaluate strategy. In this work, the performance of the company has been compared with its own previous performance. The work can be extended to external benchmarking and also to other sectors. Practical implications – The paper attempts to overcome the conflict between the top-down strategy and bottom-up implementation process. The paper links the strategic objective with operations which would aid managers at different levels of an organization with decision making. The KPIs, when implemented in a business intelligence (BI) tool, would result in real time performance measurement. Originality/value – The paper focusses on 3PLs. It provides a base for measuring the SCP using SCOR model. The paper also identified KPIs for three domains of 3PL, namely freight forwarding, customs and warehousing.

Simulation is a very useful tool for predicting supply chain performance. Because there are no standard simulation elements that represent accurately the activities in a supply chain, there exist a variety of approaches for developing supply chain simulation models. To improve this situation, this paper describes a novel supply chain simulation framework that follows the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model. This framework has been used for building powerful simulation models that integrate discrete event simulation and spreadsheets. The simulation models are hierarchical and use submodels that capture activities specific to supply chains. The SCOR framework provides a basis for defining the level of detail in a way as to include as many features as possible, while not making them industry specific. This approach enables the reuse of submodels, which reduces development time. The paper describes the implementation of the simulation models and how the submodels interact during execution.
