This research aims to analyze (1) supply chain path, and (2) the performance of a supply chain commodity peanut Muna Regency. Sampling method used in this research was simple random sampling and snowball sampling. Supply chain path analyzed in qualitative descriptive. Supply chain performance is analyzed with a model approach to Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR). The results showed that members of the supply chain consists of peanut farmers, village collector (PPD), Sub-district collector (PPK) and inter-insular traders (PAP). There are three pathways of a supply chain that is a path I: farmer → PPD → PAP; path II: farmer → PPK → PAP; and path III: farmer → PAP. Supply chain performance attributes based on shipping and order fulfillment cycle, farmers are in the position and traders are at a good position..Keywords: peanuts; supply chains; traders; SCOR

Melinjo chip is one of the typical foods in Yogyakarta made of melinjo nuts. The production center of melinjo chip is located in Banguntapan and Pajangan Sub Districts, Bantul District. The purpose of this study is to determine the efficiency of the supply chain measured with transportation model analysis. The number of respondents in this research was 50 producers of melinjo chip in Bantul District, taken by simple random sampling method. While the snawball sampling method was used to get 5 (five) collector traders, 5 (five) large traders and 26 (twenty six) melinjo chip retailers that taken by following melinjo chip sales distribution from the producer to Market of Piyungan, Demangan, Kotagede, Sentul, Beringharjo, Bantul, Legi, and Magelang. The supply chain actors of melinjo chip are melinjo farmers, melinjo chip producers, collecting traders, large traders, retailers, consumers, packaging producers, production workers, haulers, and firewood providers. The analysis of transportation model with minimum cost illustrates that Wirokerten Village from Banguntapan Sub District allocate the production of melinjo chip to Market of Beringharjo and Piyungan, while Potorono Village allocates the to Market of Demangan. Sendangsari and Triwidadi Village from Pajangan Sub District allocate the production of melinjo chip to Market of Beringharjo, while Guwosari Village allocates to Market of Beringharjo, Bantul, and Legi.

This study aims to determine the flow of products, finance, information, analyze marketing efficiency in the supply chain of jasminum sambac in Banjar Regency and analyze the differences jasminum sambac marketing efficiency in the supply chain between Martapura District and Banjar District. This research was conducted in November 2020. The research method used was the survey method. The research was carried out in Martapura District and Banjar District because were the largest centers of jasmine production in Banjar Regency. Determination of farmer respondents was carried out using the Simple Random Sampling method using the Slovin formula, namely 26 respondents in Karang Intan District and 31 respondents in Karang Intan District. Determination of off farm respondents using the Snowball Sampling method, namely 31 farmers, 9 collectors, 5 wholesaler respondents and 12 retail respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive method, marketing efficiency analysis method and using a different test independent sample t-test. The supply chain pattern of jasmine flowers in Martapura and Karang Intan Districts is pattern 1, pattern 2 and pattern 3 ,. The largest value of marketing margin and marketing share in Martapura District was Rp 12,462 and 65.87%. The value of the marketing margin and marketing share of Karang Intan District were IDR 13,582 and 69.88%, respectively. Different test results Independent sample t-test on marketing margin, the value of Sig. 2 tailed amounted to 0.246. The results of different test Independent sample t-test on the marketing share obtained the Sig. 2 tailed amounted to 0.221. These results show a number> 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is no significant difference in marketing efficiency between Martapura and Banjar Districts

The poultry industry, especially broilers is the basis of the people's economy which has high potential in increasing inclusive economic growth. In addition, it can also be studied from the product distribution side, from the point of producer to the end consumer. One of the companies engaged in the production of broiler broilers is PT SUJ. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of farmer and company supply chains using the Supply Chain Operational Reference (SCOR) model approach with regard to internal and external attributes. The results showed that PT SUJ has four institutions involved in marketing broiler chickens, namely breeder partners, companies, brokers / agents and consumers. For measuring supply chain performance, the results of measuring the performance of broiler broiler supply chains at the level of partner farmers on the attributes of responsiveness and flexibility have achieved the best performance position (superior). However, for the attributes of reliability and assets are still at the level of advantage. Meanwhile, the value of chicken supply chain performance for the broiler company level on the attributes of reliability, responsiveness and flexibilty has achieved the best performance (superior). However, for attributes the company's assets only achieve a good position (advantage). Generally, the performance of broiler chicken supply chains is good at the farmer and company level.

The study aims to knowing the marketing of potatoes in Makaaruyen Village, Modoinding Sub District. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through a list of qusions that had been provided, while secondary data obtained from BP3K office Modoinding district and village office Makaaruyen Modoinding district. Sampling method is done by simple random sampling for sample of farmers and snowball sampling method for marketing agencies, where the simple is obtained based on information from the first respondent then traced to the next respondent. Data is presented in numerical form and analyzed quantitatively. The consept of measurement of variables used are costs consisting of packing, sortir fees, freight costs, loading and unloading costs, depreciation costs and retribution fees. The research result showed that there was five channel of potatoes in Makaaruyen village, Modoinding Sub District. The marketing institutions involved include village collecting, sub district collecting, sub district traders, out of town merchants and retailers. Marketing activities in the Makaaruyen Village of the Modoinding Sub District is an activity that begins with partners and cooperation between farmers and marketing agencies involved in potato marketing activities.

This study mainly focuses on customer care management and customer loyalty. Even though there are many experiential studies about customer care management and customer loyalty system, the lack of studies on customers in Karabük and Safranbolu locally, has leaded to focus on this study. Thus, this study mainly focuses on the influence of customer care treatments of banks in Karabük and Safranbolu on customer loyalty. Descriptive research type was used in the study. In this study simple random sampling method was used which is one of the probability sampling method, face to face surwey to all 726 participants was used for the study. As the result of the experiential study, the attendance and influence of customer care management and loyalty systems have been comparatively low, but it has been figured out that customer care management system influences customer loyalty level.

Mount Merapi eruption has occurred several times in Indonesia and the biggest eruption that last occurred in 2010. The community were suffered losses and were affected by eruptions. The purposes of this research are to analyze community resilience, to analyze the level of vulnerability, and to analize the community adaptive capacity. The research using a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data. Simple random sampling technique is used as the sampling method and the informant was taken purposively. The results of this research showed that when the eruption occurred the community has a high vulnerability. The adaptive capacity is also high with innovative learning based on institutional memory and supported by the connectedness. Communities achieve resilience and can adapt to changes with high adaptive capacity.  Keywords: adaptive capacity, community resilience, eruption, vulnerability ABSTRAK Erupsi Gunung Merapi sudah terjadi beberapa kali di Indonesia dan erupsi terbesar yang terjadi terakhir kalinya yaitu pada tahun 2010. Komunitas mengalami berbagai kerugian dan terkena dampak dari erupsi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis resiliensi komunitas, menganalisis tingkat kerentanan komunitas, dan menganalisis kapasitas adaptasi komunitas. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung oleh data kualitatif. Pemilihan responden dilakukan dengan teknik sampel acak sederhana sedangkan pemilihan terhadap informan dilakukan secara sengaja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa saat erupsi terjadi komunitas memiliki kerentanan yang tinggi. Kapasitas adaptasi komunitas tinggi dengan adanya innovative learning yang didasari oleh pengetahuan dan pengalaman dan didukung oleh jaringan yang dimiliki. Komunitas berhasil mencapai resiliensi dan dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan-perubahan dengan kapasitas adaptasi yang tinggi.Kata kunci : kapasitas adaptasi, kerentanan, erupsi, resiliensi komunitas

Background: Assertiveness, which is defined as the way individuals express themselves and as a part of healthy life, is among the prominent features of people who do sports. Assertiveness is an element that increases the quality of people's relationships with their environment. Aim: The aim of this study is to examine the assertiveness scores of the athletes engaged in individual sports in different branches according to independent variables. Methods: The research was designed according to the relational screening model. The sample of the research; The sample consists of 201 participants selected by simple random sampling method among the athletes dealing with different individual sports branches. The branches of the athletes; (Consists of taekwondo and cycling sports) Results: In the study, the personal information form created by the researcher to collect information about the independent variables (gender, age,) that are thought to be effective in the research, and the Rathus Assertiveness Inventory (RAE) were used. It is seen that 1% of the participants are in the avoidant group, 88.6% are in the moderately avoidant group, and 10.6% are in the assertive group. Conclusion: When the assertiveness scale mean scores of the participants by gender are examined, it is seen that the level of assertiveness by gender does not differ statistically significantly. When the assertiveness scale mean scores of the participants according to age are examined, it is seen that the level of assertiveness according to age does not differ statistically significantly. The present study seeks to investigate the level of adjustment and social support of college going adolescents. Sample included 120 (simple random sampling method) randomly selected adolescents i.e. 60 boys and 60 girls college students from various pre-university colleges of Kalaburgi district of Hyderabad Karnataka. For obtaining the data on social support and adjustment, social support scale developed by Vaxu (1986), and adjustment inventory was developed by Sinha and Singh (1984) were used respectively. The statistical technique t-test and spearman rho coefficient of correlation was employed for comparing the two groups. The findings of the study showed that there exists significant difference in adjustment and social support between boys and girls. Whereas there exists no significant difference in respect to domicile between adjustment and social support. It also concludes that there exists positive and significant difference between adjustment and social support.

The purpose of this study is to know and understand the community in the Village Sayati Margahayu District Bandung regency with the development and extension of department store (Convenience Store) "X". The research method is descriptive method using qualitative and quantitative approach as the basis of analysis and interpretation. Sample determination technique used is cluster with simple random sampling method and purposive sampling, which means that the sample used in accordance with the purpose of research. Data which is primary and secondary data. The results showed that people responded positively and variedly about the decision to the extension of the "X" Stores, and only a small portion would be used, but it was only up to the government.

This study aims to determine the effect of auditor professional skepticism and audit experience on audit quality. This study was undertaken through a survey and was grounded based on existing theories which were then developed into a research model in which the model in this study was designed to examine the effect of auditor professional skepticism and the influence of audit experience on audit quality. This research was conducted at a Public Accounting Firm located in DKI Jakarta. The sampling method used was simple random sampling and 97 samples were obtained. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square. The results of this study indicate that professional skepticism has a significant effect on audit quality, while auditor experience has no significant effect on audit quality.
