This research is aims to reveal hoe store atmosphere affects custumers’ buying interest. Data collection is done through interview, observation, and questionnaire, while data analysis is done through classical assumption test, double linier regression analysis, double coefficient determinant analysis (r2).Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Store Atmosphere Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen.Jenis penelitian yang akan dilakukan bersifat asosiatif kausal (sebab akibat), dan penentuan responden menggunakan sampling insidental terhadap 160 orang responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan angket serta alat pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Untuk menganalisis pengaruh store atmosphere digunakan Uji Asumsi Klasik, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan Koefisien Determinasi Berganda (R2). This research is aims to reveal hoe store atmosphere affects custumers’ buying interest. The lack of leader strategy in communicating well to ASN, the lack of leadership attitude in giving attention and motivating ASN work and the lack of work communication among fellow employees resulted in less than optimal ASN performance. This research was conducted to determine the Effect of Leadership and Work Communication on ASN Performance (Case Studies in 4 Sub-Districts) of Lubuklinggau City. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire method. Using SPSS 17.0 Program assistance. Data analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Coefficient (R2), and Test F. From the results of the Multiple Regression Analysis obtained the equation Ŷ = 0.448 + 0.617 X1 + 0.379 X2. Furthermore, from the determinant analysis obtained R square value (R2) of 0.867 or 86.7%. This value gives the meaning that Leadership (X1) and Work Communication (X2) contributed an influence of 86.7% on ASN (Y) Performance. While the remaining 13.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Based on the Anova calculation (F test), it is seen that the Fcount value is 169,645 with a significant level of 0,000 while Ftable with α = 5% and (nk-1) or (55-2-1) = 52. And the numerator (k-2 ) is 3,175. Fcount (169,645) > Ftable (3,175), meaning Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This shows that there is a significant influence between Leadership and Work Communication on ASN Performance.

The purpose of this research is to determine whether word of mouth which has developed into electronic (eWOM) in the digitalization era can strengthen or weaken the influence of the perceived value received by customers from previous purchases to repurchase or not. This study uses a quantitative approach, whereas the method of data collection was purposive sampling and has determined as many as 116 samples. The population in this research are followers of Shopee Indonesia in Instagram, with the various characteristics that have been determined by researchers to be taken as a sample for this research. The method of data analysis using equations from Cohen et al. (1975) in the journal of Sharma et al. (1981). The regression analysis is based on the researcher's comprehension of the negligibility correlation between moderation and predictor variables. Based on the results, Perceived Value has a significant and positive effect on Repurchase Intention, and the regression model analysis was found that the inclusion of the moderation variable, strengthened the influence of Perceived Value on Repurchase Intention by 61,5% from the previous results (55,8%).

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competency, independence, and auditor ethics on audit quality in Inspectorate Office. Type of this research is a quantitative researh. The population in this study were auditors in inspectorate office West Sumatera province with 35 samples taken. The technique of sample collection is total sampling method. The sources of the data of this research is the primary data. The technique of the data collection is questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Data analysis methods used in this study are multiple linier regression analysis, with audit quality as the dependent variabel, competency, independence and auditor ethics as the independent variabel. This result of the reseacrh support the third hypotheses, where the research shows that auditor ethics has an effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspectorate West Sumatera province. The results also show that competency and independence have no effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspecorate West Sumatera provinsi.

This research aimed to test the understanding of the budgetary participation and budget target clarity have effect to Manajerial Performance. Locus of Control able to moderate the effect of This research also to test the effect of risk preferences which acts as a moderating budgetary participation and budget target clarity to Manajerial Performance. This research took 54 respondents with a sampling technique is Judgement Sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Based on the results of the analysis it can be seen that the participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets has a positive and significant effect on managerial performance, then the Locus of control is not able to moderate the influence of participation in budgeting and the clarity of budget targets on managerial performance.

This research was conducted at the Soppeng Polres Police. The Population is all 200 Police officer, because of the large number, Slovin is used, the result is 67 respondent who are sampled with a margin of error set 10% or 0.10. Data collection methods used are direct interviews with parties involved with the problem being discussed and giving questionnaires to Police in accordance with the research conducted. Data analysis was performed using linear multiple regression analysis, T-test, F-test and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the analysis show that (1) leadership influences performance of the Police in the Soppeng District Police; (2) competence influences performance of the Police in the Soppeng District Police; (3) discipline that supports performance of the Police in Soppeng District Police; (4) leadership, competence, and discipline influence performance of the Police in the Soppeng District Police.?

Friendly service is a key to being able to maintain a retail business in the midst of many emerging retail types. To be able to survive and be able to provide customer-friendly services, the company is required to be able to create employee satisfaction in working through the arrangement of shop layouts and visual merchandising stores in outlets. In line with this, this study aims to determine the effect of shop layout and visual store merchandising on employee satisfaction at the Tiara Dewata Denpasar Supermarket. This research was conducted at the Denpasar Tiara Dewata Supermarket using a sample size of 88 people with a saturated sample method. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires at the Denpasar Tiara Dewata Supermarket using as many as 16 indicators and the indicators were measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple regression analysis and accompanied by classical assumption and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that shop layout and visual store merchandising partially had a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. In addition, shop layout and visual merchandising stores simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction. This result confirms that to improve employee satisfaction the company is expected to be able to create a comfortable and safe atmosphere of the office environment through structuring shop layout and visual merchandising stores. The purpose of this study is to explain the locus of control as a moderating variable that has the influence of role stress on job satisfaction. This research was conducted on Melia Bali Hotel accounting employees. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling using the Likert Summated Ratings (LSR) method. Data collection was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires for Melia Bali Hotel accounting employees. Data analysis in this study uses moderated regression analysis and the model feasibility test. The results of the moderated regression analysis and the model feasibility test indicate that the locus of control variable as a moderating variable influences the role of stress on job satisfaction of accounting employees at Melia Bali Hotels. The results of this study indicate that the higher the role stress felt by Melia Bali Hotel accounting employees, the job satisfaction felt by employees will decrease. This study aims to examine the effect of the application of e-filling, tax socialization, account representative performance and taxation penalty on individual taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar. This research was conducted at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The samples used were 100 respondents to the method of determining the sample was purposive sampling. The data collection techniques questionnaire. data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study showed that the application of e-filling, account representative performance and taxation penalty had a positive effect on WPOP compliance at KPP Pratama Gianyar, while tax socialization did not affect the WPOP at KPP Pratama Gianyar. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of motivation, morality, and the role of village officials on community compliance in paying rural and urban land and building taxes with tax sanctions as a moderating variable. The population in this study is individual taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region Province. The sample in this study is an individual taxpayer who owns land and buildings domiciled in Bantul Regency. The sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling, with criteria (1) taxpayers who live in Bantul Regency, and (2) taxpayers who own land and buildings. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents who met the criteria. Respondents in the study numbered 127 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used simple regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. This study found that community compliance to pay PBB P2 was influenced by the motivation and role of village officials. Meanwhile, morality has no effect on community compliance to pay PBB P2. The study also obtained the results of the taxation sanski variable moderating the influence of motivation on taxpayer compliance, and moderating the effect of the role of village officials on tax compliance. However, tax sanctions do not moderate the effect of morality on taxpayer compliance to pay PBB P2.
