  So that the computer can act as and as good as a human being, then the computer should be given the lack of knowledge that has the ability to catch. One of them is an expert system, is a system that attempted to adopt human knowledge to a computer that is designed to model the ability to resolve problems such as befits an expert. With this expert system, people who have yet to figure it out at all to resolve the problem or just simply looking for an actual information can only be obtained with the help of experts in their field. Knowledge society in Indonesia about pests and diseases of rice plant is still low, including handling is known only to the extent of the knowledge of fellow farmers, pest and disease if there is a new kind of farmers are not aware of it, on the other hand there are some the expert or experts who know about the pests and diseases of rice plant, but the number of experts or experts with a large number of farmers are not balanced. Therefore, due to the application of the method of forward chaining inference on expert system to diagnose plant pests and diseases of rice can be the information and knowledge that will help the community or individuals to know the types of pests and what diseases that attack the rice plant, without having to wait and expect a straight answer from the experts

This will help the consumer to facilitate in consultation on diseases and pests of rice plants. The results obtained from this study are: This system can help facilitate the community in detecting damage to his crops caused by pests and diseases. Able to provide diagnostic results  based  on  the  symptoms  found.  Implementation  of  forward  chaining method is able to answer the problem of society in analyzing the type of disease or pest causing damage to rice plant based on the collected knowledge

<p>Sistem pakar merupakan sistem yang mengadopsi pengetahuan manusia ke komputer yang dirancang untuk memodelkan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah seperti layaknya seorang pakar. Dengan sistem pakar ini, orang awam pun dapat menyelesaikan masalahnya atau hanya sekedar mencari suatu informasi berkualitas yang sebenarnya hanya dapat diperoleh dengan bantuan para ahli di bidangnya. Salah satunya yaitu dibidang medis untuk mendiagnosapenyakit anak. Mengetahui gejala dari suatu penyakit secara dini dapat menjadi bantuan pertama yang dapat dilakukan para orang tua di rumah jika anak mereka terserang penyakit.Basis pengetahuan disusun sedemikian rupa kedalam database dengan beberapa tabel. Penarikan kesimpulan dalam sistem pakar ini menggunakan metode inferensi <em>forward chaining</em>. Sistem pakar akan memberikan pertanyaan-pertanyaan kepada user berupa gejala dari beberapa penyakit dan user akan menjawab pertanyaan tersebut. Hingga <em>user</em> akan mendapatkan solusi dari hasil pertanyaan tadi. </p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em>Expert systems are systems that adopt human knowledge into computers designed to model the ability to resolve problems like an expert. The development of information and communication technology-based smartphones and mobilephone growing rapidly. It is characterized by the number of smartphone users in the community. Utilization of information and communication technology is implemented in the form of knowledge application. One of these applications on the world agricultural expert system based on mobile. Knowledge of this expert system has many sources including research or research and observations that have been practiced by experts and issued either through web resources and other sources such as agricultural books, journals and others. This expert system uses Forward Chaining method using base database organized into a table in a rule that an expert and user can draw conclusions from what has been diagnosed by this expert system. Application of expert system designed and developed as an expert tools and users in diagnosing pests and diseases of rice plants and horticulture of the analysis by an expert and analysis according to the book or internet media. This expert system will show the questions will then be selected by the user to find a solution on the diagnostics program that has been done on this expert system. In addition the expert system is equipped with the paperwork to determine how plant pest management, plant species and type of fertilizer.

Rice (Oryza sativa) is one of the main commodities in Indonesia. One of the inhibitors of rice crop production is disease. Rice plant diseases can be caused by pathogens, host plants or bad environment. The process of diagnosing rice diseases requires expertise, knowledge and experience. This study aims to build an expert system that can diagnose 13 types of rice plant diseases from 43 symptoms based on the knowledge of 3 experts with forward chaining reasoning methods and mobile-based dempster shafer calculation methods. The testing technique used is black box testing, theoretical calculation testing, system accuracy testing and MOS (Mean Opinion Score) testing. The black box test results state that the expert system has 100% compatibility in terms of functionality. The theoretical calculation test results state that the expert system calculations are in accordance with the results of manual calculations. System accuracy testing results from 30 test cases get an accuracy of 81.11%. The results of MOS testing conducted on 30 respondents produced MOS of 4.2 from a scale of 5 categorized into a good system.

The community very much needs the nutritional needs of food during a pandemic. One source of nutrition that can be obtained is rice or rice derived from rice plants. Mayas rice is a rice plant with advantages in terms of high taste quality and components of certain physiological functions that are beneficial to health. However, Mayas rice has quite a lot of pest attacks, thus reducing agricultural production. On the other hand, the knowledge possessed by the community regarding pests in Mayas rice is still very minimal. Hence, people find it difficult to determine the proper pest control method. Bayes theorem applied in an expert system can be a solution to diagnose the types of pests that attack Mayas rice. The research data is a knowledge base that contains 32 symptoms that appear and 10 types of pests that attack Mayas rice. The results showed that the percentage of certainty in the diagnosis of the types of pests that pounded Mayas rice was based on the symptoms given by the user. The level of testing using ten test cases displays the results of an expert system for identifying types of pests that attack Mayas rice which is suitable for use with a percentage of 90%.

<p><em>Coelogyne Pandurata or better known by the general name of black orchid, this orchid species only grows on the island of Borneo. Coelogyne Pandurata is an epiphytic orchid attached to other plants but not harmful. This orchid is one endemic of Borneo that requires human intervention to maintain its sustainability. Orchid plants are very susceptible to various pests and diseases. Because many orchid species are cultivated, the disease is difficult to recognize, because the symptoms of disease on orchids vary depending on the variety. The methods applied in this calculation are used Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor methods. This expert system allows users to diagnose pests that attack the Orchid Coelogyne Pandurata plant (Black Orchid Borneo) from various literature and initial observations. The result of application of Forward Chaining and Certainty Factor Method can give pest diagnosis on Orchid Coelogyne Pandurata based on the symptoms given Based on the calculation, the description of confidence level based on the interpretation table of the expert and the final percentage of 93.0736% is Very Probably both methods are applied To solve existing problems.</em></p><p><em><strong>Keywords</strong></em><em>: Coelogyne Pandurata</em><em>,</em><em> </em><em>C</em><em>ertainty </em><em>F</em><em>actor, Expert system, </em><em>Forward Chaining</em></p><p><em>Coelogyne Pandurata atau lebih dikenal dengan nama umum anggrek hitam, spesies anggrek ini hanya tumbuh di pulau kalimantan. Chicken disease is a condition in which the body organs of chickens cannot function normally. Diagnosing a disease requires symptoms that appear on the chicken's body. To conduct a disease diagnosis, further examination is needed by specialists (experts). An expert system is a system that uses human knowledge that is entered into a computer to solve problems that are usually resolved by experts. The system created in solving problems uses the Bayes Theorem method in which the inference process uses Forward Chaining. The application was developed using the visual basic 2010 programming language and MySQL database.

Abstrak Artikel ini mencoba mengeksplorasi konsepsi kepemimpinan kiai di pondok pesantren dalam konteks kekuasaan (power) dan otoritas (authority) dalam lingkungan yang multikultural (multicultural environment). Kepemimpinan merupakan seni memengaruhi (the art of influence) agar orang melakukan sesuai dengan tujuan yang diinginkan. Kekuasaan (power) adalah kesempatan bagi manusia atau sekelompok manusia untuk menyadarkan individu atau kelompokindividulainnya terhadap kemauan yang diinginkan. Kekuasaan menjelma dalam ragam bentuk, seperti: pengaruh, persuasi, manipulasi, kekuatan (force), dan koersi. Sedangkan otoritas merupakan wewenang yang diberikan kepada seseorang atau kelompok atau instansi secara sah agar patuh terhadapnya karena didukung oleh norma dan peraturan yang dibuat. Jadi, kekuasaan terkait erat dengan kemampuan; sedangkan otoritas merupakan hak untuk mengambil tindakan yang diperlukan agar tugas dan tanggungjawab dapat dilaksanakan secara efektif dan efisien. Produktivitas kekuasaan dan otoritas selalu berjalan dinamis di dalam lingkungan multikultural. Konsepsi kepemimpinan dalam konteks lingkungan multikultural inilah yang dipraktekkan oleh founding fathers bangsa kita dulu. Kata Kunci: kekuasaan, kepemimpinan kiai, lingkungan multikultural, otoritas, pondok pesantren   Abstract The article is trying to explore the concept of leadership of kiai in pesantren (Islamic boarding school) in the context of power and authority on multicultural environment. Leadership is the art of influence in order to be acted by others in accordance with what he or she wants others do. Power is an opportunity for human being or community to make individual or others aware to the willingness of what he wants. Power incarnates to various forms, for instance: influence, persuasion, manipulation, force as well as coercion. On the other hand, the authority is a right given to someone or community or institution legally in order to obey because of the rules and norms as well that made. So, power is related to capability; the authority is a right to make decision as needed so that the task or assignment as well as responsibility can be carried out effectively and efficiently. The productivity of power and authority is on the tract dynamically in the context of multicultural environment. This concept of leadership in the context of multicultural environment had been practiced by our founding fathers. One of the factors causing rice production disturbance in Indonesia is the lack of knowledge of farmers on early symptoms of rice plant diseases. These diseases are increasingly rampant because of the lack of experts. This study aimed to overcome this problem by providing an Expert System that helps farmers to make early diagnosis of rice plant diseases. Data of rice plant pests and diseases in 2016 were taken from Samarinda, East Kalimantan, Indonesia using an in-depth survey, and rice experts from the Department of Food Crops and Horticulture of East Kalimantan Province were recruited for the project. The Expert System for Rice Plant Disease Diagnosis, ESforRPD2, was developed based on the pest and disease experiences of the rice experts, and uses a Waterfall Paradigm and Unified Modelling Language. This Expert System can detect 48 symptoms and 8 types of diseases of rice plants from 16 data tests with an accuracy of 87.5%.
