The article deals with the issue of studying the emotional sphere of athletes-swimmers of primary school age. The features of their emotional sphere caused by socialization of the individual and sports are revealed. The features of anxiety and aggressiveness in the conditions of training and interaction with peers are determined. Special attention is paid to the program of psychological support of sports activities of athletes-swimmers of primary school age. A comparative analysis of the indicators of aggressiveness and anxiety after the implementation of the program is presented. The necessity of carrying out this type of work with young athletes is justified.

Objective: study of psychoemotional-volitional sphere and endothelium-dependent factors of cardiovascular risk, the level of performance and recovery time in athletes before and after a 2-month intake of a specialized athlete’s nutrition product (SANP) honey bar-candy “Gold F25 ApiSpeis Light”.Materials and methods: the main group of 58 athletes (under the age of 18) used SANP for 2 months. Control group-1 included 32 schoolchildren and students, not athletes, to assess the age limits of endothelium-dependent vasodilation, blood composition and the presence of risk factors for atherosclerosis in young athletes. The control group-2 included 30 young athletes under 18 years old without the use of SANP to compare the indicators in the main group before and after taking the honey bar. The psycho-emotional sphere was studied using the Spielberger-Hanin scale of anxiety and WAM testing: Well-being, Activity and Mood. In addition, the maximum achieved load, maximum oxygen consumption, time to reach the threshold of anaerobic metabolism, systolic blood pressure, heart rate, neurovegetative stress index and recovery time after exercise were determined. Also, tests with reactive hyperemia (TRH) and hyperventilation (TGV) on the brachial artery were performed to assess endothelium-dependent vasodilation and vasoconstriction, conjunctival biomicroscopy on a slit lamp with calibrometry of arterioles and venules, general and biochemical blood tests. Results: the normalization of situational anxiety, psychoemotional stress and hyperfunction of the sympathoadrenal system was established. There was a decrease in the levels of cortisol, neurovegetative stress index, improvement of well-being, activity and mood against the background of elimination of endothelial dysfunction, improved performance and reduced recovery time after work. The analysis of multiple canonical correlations revealed a close relationship between the psychoemotional state, endothelial dysfunction and microcirculation spasm (R = 0.86; p < 0.0001).Conclusion: it has been proven that a combination of increased situational anxiety, neurovegetative overexertion, hyperfunction of the sympathoadrenal system and endothelial dysfunction can form a spastic type of peripheral circulation and provoke the onset of arterial hypertension. It was found that the course intake of honey ingot has anti-stress, antioxidant, erythropoietic, vasodilating and antispastic effects, improves performance and recovery after stress. Ingot “Gold F25 ApiSpeis Light” is included in the FMBA Formulary as a specialized product for the nutrition of young athletes of the Russian national teams.

Рассматривается сравнение эффективности поиска решения по тексту на основе стандартных средств ИТ-технологий и при помощи нового варианта интеллектуальной электронной книги - элинга. Применяется база знаний на основе молинг для текста, используемого в эксперименте. The article deals with the comparison of the effectiveness of searching for a solution in the text using the standard means of IT technologies and with the help of a new version of an intelligent electronic book - elinga. A knowledge base of molingas is applied to model the text used in the experiment. Higher quality of solutions found and potentially higher speed of search are demonstrated.

In recent years the issue of premenstrual syndrome, with its variety in somatic and psychological manifestations (both psychosomatics and somatopsychology) has been paid to much attention of gynecologists, endocrinologists and psychologists.Nevertheless, there are only few reports on the study of premenstrual syndrome in female athletes of different age groups, this is especially true for Ukrainian sports medicine. This article presents the results of a longitudinal study on the characteristics of somatic and psychological manifestations of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) in female athletes of different age groups and in various sports. The article provides the comparative analysis of the data reported by national and international researchers on this problem; describes the variations in the PMS development in each of the examined age groups. It has been found out based on the analysis of the obtained results, various somatic PMS manifestations are identified in 222 (74.00%) of all athletes, and the psychological PM manifestations are typical for 192 (63.00%) athletes, while combined PMS manifestations with moderately pronounced and significantly pronounced somato-psychological and psycho-somatological manifestations of PMS, were identified in 194 (64.67%) of all female athletes in the three age groups studied. Analysis of the study results has shown the most pronounced PMS manifestations are found in groups of athletes of juvenile and I reproductive age. Thus, among young athletes representing 10 sports, somatic PMS manifestations of PMS were detected in 127 (81.94%) athletes, psychological manifestations were detected in 109 (70.32%) athletes, and combined manifestations – in 111 (71.61%) athletes. 34 (87.18%) athletes of this group demonstrate somatic PMS manifestations, equal shares 29 (74.35%) of athlets have psychological combined PMS manifestations. The data of additional interviewing and the results of the survey directly indicate a significant prevalence of PMS in all types of modern women's sports and in all age groups, being the factor, that significantly decrease in the performance of athletes, both in the competitive and in the training period of their activities.

Coaches influence children’s experiences in sports and have a significant impact on the psychosocial development of young athletes. It is important to understand the coaching-related components of youth sports, including game strategy, motivation, teaching technique, and character building. Coaching efficacy is multidimensional, has a number of sources, and highlights relationships that exist between the coach, athlete, and team. In the present study, parents and coaches’ perceptions of coaching efficacy were examined to see what variables may affect their responses. Coaches’ character-building efficacy was influenced by previous playing experience. Parents’ perceptions of coaches’ efficacy were collectively influenced by parents’ previous playing and coaching experience, attendance at sport-specific educational sessions, and the perceived ability of their child’s team.
