With the development of social economy, English is still the main language of global communication, and China’s demand for English translators is also higher and higher. In college education, English translation is a very popular and important subject. Although the teaching mode is constantly changing, it still lags behind the speed of social and economic development. Traditional English translation teaching has many disadvantages in teaching theory and methods. This paper discusses the problems existing in translation teaching for English majors and then puts forward a new teaching mode of educational multiattitude resources, to really improve the quality of translation teaching for English majors. The resource pool of cloud computing is composed of a large number of resource nodes with different performances, but as the number of users gradually grows, the demand also increases. How to efficiently allocate large-scale cloud tasks to limited resource nodes and to achieve load balancing is an important issue that needs to be studied in cloud computing. This paper first uses the literature method, in-depth study of the theoretical development, and application bottleneck of education multiposture teaching mode at the same time to understand the problems existing in the current English translation teaching and design a new teaching mode for experimental application research and finally analyzes the comparison of the English translation ability of the control group and the experimental group without teaching method. After a period of experiment, the average score of the control group is 70.53, and the average score of the experimental group is 75.89. It can be seen that the average score of the experimental group is about 5 points higher than that of the control group; this shows that the intelligent optimization algorithm of cloud computing is combined with translation teaching that can improve the students’ overall English translation level to a certain extent and is more conducive to the students’ comprehensive mastery of knowledge.

Information technology has become an important carrier for the implementation of flipped classrooms, giving full play to the role of modern education technology and transforming the traditional classroom teaching form into an important form in today’s education reform. This article mainly studies the simulation of the flipped classroom model of listening and speaking teaching for English majors based on artificial intelligence. A total of 31 English majors were selected for the experiment, including 7 boys and 24 girls. After obtaining the consent of school leaders and teachers, 16 weeks of experimental teaching were carried out in the class. The experimental subjects had not been exposed to the flipped classroom teaching mode before the start of the experiment, and they were willing to participate in this experiment. After the phased flipped classroom teaching mode was carried out in the experimental class, the teaching objects in the experimental class were selected in the form of interview questionnaires to understand students’ attitudes and acceptance of the flipped classroom teaching mode in English listening and speaking classes. Adjust and improve the poststage flipped classroom teaching model to provide reference. During the experiment, the control class adopted the multimedia courseware-assisted oral teaching method and, in the experimental class, flipped the classroom oral teaching mode. Teachers integrate resources when preparing lessons to design flip-flop classroom oral English teaching, and teachers guide students to use the internet to search for resources and preview independently. The average value of the English self-management learning ability of the students of this major was 27.48 points before the experiment started. After passing the experiment, the score increased to 38.90 points, and the average value increased significantly (t = −20.189, P < 0.01 ). A comparatively complete comparison of English listening and speaking teaching results was carried out. Before the implementation of the flipped classroom, the students’ average professional English score was 76.23 points, and the average score after the launch was 84.39 points. The overall average score increased by 8.16 points. With regard to students’ English learning scores, there has been some improvement. The results show that, through the implementation of flipped classrooms, students have exercised their ability to self-manage their learning and strengthened their ability to make learning plans, implement them, and reflect on the effectiveness of learning.

This paper mainly uses the methods of questionnaire and qualitative analysis. A questionnaire survey was conducted among the last and current English majors. Mainly to understand their translation practice in school, including their attitude towards translation practice, the teaching mode of translation course, the time spent in translation practice after class and the main fields involved, and whether the school has provided translation practice platform and its practicability. The survey of 240 English majors reflects the present situation of English Majors in translation practice: 1) Strong willingness to translate; 2) Lack of practice in class; 3) Lack of extracurricular practice; 4) Lack of translation practice platform. To solve the problems in the translation practice of English majors analyzed by the survey results, this paper puts forward some countermeasures: including establishing a translation practice platform within the University, encouraging translation volunteer activities and building a cooperative translation mechanism between the University and the enterprise.

In order to explore the effect of PBL teaching mode on the cultivation of critical thinking ability for non-English majors, this paper uses case analysis method to explain the process of applying PBL teaching mode to non-English Majors’ College English course teaching, namely, preparation questions stage before class, classroom activity stage and classroom reflection section. Result: before teaching, there was no statistical difference between the two groups of students’ CTDI-CV score and the scores of each item (P > 0.05). After teaching, the total scores of CTDI-CV items in the test group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The experiment shows that the PBL teaching mode is superior to the LBL teaching mode, which is conducive to improving students’ critical thinking ability.

The existing LBL (lecture-based learning) and CBL (case-based learning) teaching modes of English majors in colleges and universities do not contribute to cultivating students’ inquisitive thinking and independent learning ability, whereas the problem-centered PBL (problem-based learning) teaching mode can precisely make up for these shortcomings. This study firstly constructed a PBL “four-step” teaching mode and then realized the innovative application of PBL teaching model in the teaching of English majors in new universities. Then, we designed a method of English classroom resource optimization based on IMOCS-BP neural network, and then, the classroom resource optimization reconstructs the teaching process with unique connotation essence. The experiments show that the BL “four-step” teaching model is designed to achieve the four key elements of “flexible English learning environment, transformed learning the culture, customized content and professional educators”; the designed neural network has optimized the English classroom resources.

English is one of the most common languages in the world, and it has become one of the most important subjects in various countries. The native languages of China and Thailand are not English, and both countries are located in Asia and have many similarities in geographical location and cultural background. The Ministries of Education of the two countries have successively put forward relevant policies to promote the development of English education in the country. The implementation of these policies has promoted the development of college English course teaching in the country. These factors determine that the two countries have similarities in college English course teaching for Non-English majors. However, there are differences in teaching mode and teaching staff in the two countries because of their different national conditions, which make many differences, exist in college English course teaching for non-English majors in the two countries.During the author’s career as an exchange student in Chiang Mai University, she experienced the difference of college English course teaching for non-English majors in Thai universities, so the author did some researches on the basis of the understanding of English course teaching in Thai universities. Therefore, this thesis takes Sino-Thai college English course teaching for non-English majors as the research object—takes Jiujiang University and Chiang Mai University as example, and analyses their present situation from the aspects of the development and evolution, the teaching mode, and teaching staff of college English course teaching for non-English majors. On this basis, the author make a comparative analysis of the English course teaching for non-English majors in two selected universities, then find their respective advantages and disadvantages, and put forward some suggestions on the development of Sino-Thai college English course teaching.
