Vocational High School (SMK) is a period of employment. Therefore students are required to understand and master the concept of career maturity. The problem of this study is how the interactive multimedia -based career guidance module is considerably effective in increasing students' career maturity? The aim of this study is to develop an effective interactive multimedia-based counseling career module to increase the SMKN 2 Lamongan students' career maturity. The products have been formulated by the researchers tested and validated by expert judgments and practitioners. The results showed that the ready-to-test product was implemented at school for their effectiveness. Based on the empirical test, it showed different score between before (79.39%) and after (89.62%) the career counseling service which Increased 10.2%. It can be concluded that career counseling through interactive multimedia based modules effectively Increased students' career maturity.

This study aims to determine the level of product validity testing in the form of Interactive Multimedia Learning Media Based on Macromedia Director MX for Class X in SMK-SMAK Padang. This research uses research and development research and development (R&D) methods. Validation is carried out by validators, media experts, material experts and multimedia experts. Evaluation from validator for Learning Media Interactive Multimedia Module Based on Macromedia Director MX in terms of aspects (1) Content worthiness is obtained by an average of 90.4%; (2) the linguistic component is obtained an average of 91.00%; (3) Presentation Components obtained an average of 89.5%; (4) The components of the graphics are 90.3% on average. . Overall validator test assessment of Interactive Multimedia Module Learning Media Based on Macromedia Director MX obtained an overall average of 90.35%, so that the level of validity can be interpreted very validly used so that Learning Media Interactive Multimedia Module Based on Macromedia Director MX for Class X in Padang Vocational High School is interpreted to be very valid in use. Based on the assessment along with expert input and the results of the field testing of learning media Interactive Multimedia Module Based on Macromedia Director MX, it can be concluded that the feasibility has been tested.

Abstract: Adolescence is a crucial phase of life where individuals need to choose a particular career. In choosing a career, many individuals experience problems. This study aims to: (1) create an interactive multimedia product containing career information to improve vocational high school students’ career maturity; (2) reveal the quality of interactive multimedia containing career information in improving vocational high school students’ career; and (3) understand the effectiveness of interactive multimedia containing career information in improving vocational high school students’ career maturity. This research development referred to Borg & Gall’s development research. In the feasibility stage, data collection was conducted by distributing multimedia feasibility test questionnaires to media experts and material experts; assessment questionnaires to students; and career maturity scale. Results indicated that the use of interactive multimedia containing career information effectively increased vocational high school students’ career maturity.Abstrak: Masa remaja merupakan fase kehidupan yang sangat penting dimana individu perlu menetapkan pilihannya pada suatu karier tertentu. Dalam memilih karier, banyak individu mengalami permasalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menghasilkan sebuah produk multimedia interaktif yang berisi informasi karier untuk meningkatkan kematangan karier siswa sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK); (2) mengungkap kualitas kelayakan multimedia interaktif yang berisi informasi karier untuk meningkatkan kematangan karier siswa SMK; dan (3) mengetahui keefektifan multimedia interaktif yang berisi informasi karier untuk meningkatkan kematangan karier siswa SMK. Penelitian pengembangan ini mengacu pada langkah penelitian pengembangan Borg & Gall. Pada tahap uji kelayakan, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar angket uji kelayakan multimedia kepada ahli media; ahli materi; dan angket penilaian untuk siswa serta skala kematangan karier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan multimedia interaktif informasi karier efektif meningkatkan kematangan karier siswa SMK.

This study aims at knowing how the effective teaching reading comprehension by using group work discussion method of the tenth grade students at SMKNPlered.The research design which is used in qualitative descriptive with one group.  The subjects of this research were students from Industrial Automation Engineering 2 (TOI 2) of vocational high school Plered. The instruments used were interview, pre-test and post-test with the material recount text. From the reading skill test, the students’ pre-test mean score was 61.55 increasing to 81,89 in the post-test. So, it can be concluded that teaching reading by using group work discussion method an effective improve the students’ reading skill.

AbstractThe influence of augmented feedback and self-estimation of errors on the welding skill learning of vocational high school students was the focus of this study. A quasi-experimental research design was utilized by randomly assigning two classes of car repair students to an experimental group and a control group. Each participant had 9 practice trials, took 3 tests (pre, post, and delayed), and received augmented feedback 3 times during the skill acquisition phase. The experimental group was additionally requested to self-estimate their errors by reviewing their work in comparison to a benchmark piece, assessing the differences, and completing a checklist of criteria, while the control group did not undergo this process. The performance of participants improved through the practice period with the experimental group showing significantly greater changes than those in the control condition. For the delayed-test, both groups declined to some extent from the post-test, but the experimental subjects did better comparatively. Augmented feedback with self-estimation of errors appeared beneficial for vocational high school students’ motor skill learning.

This study aims is to determine the results of the development of interactive multimedia-based anecdotal text learning modules by students State of Vocational High School 1 of Batang Toru. The module developed is in the form of a digital module. This type of research is development research based on the 4-D development model. With the subject of the trial consisting of design experts, material experts, Indonesian language teachers, and class X students of State of Vocational High School 1 Batang Toru. The results showed that (1) the validation of the material experts included the content eligibility is 88.0% in the good category, the feasibility of presenting is 93.7% learning module Very good category, Interactive Mutimedia aspects is 95.8% very good category, language assessment aspects 92, 5% category is very good, and aspects of project based learning is 83.3% Good category (2) validation of design experts includes initial design is 89.2% with good category, content design is 83.9% good category, digital module typography is 83.3 category good, and 87.5% illustration in good category. (3) limited trials obtained a score is 82.79% with good criteria. (4) Expanded trials obtained a score is 80.04% in the good category. The difference obtained was 13 from before and after using a digital module. This research has implications, namely the module developed will contribute to the practice , especially in the implementation of the learning process for teachers as additional teaching materials to provide convenience to the material being taught can be independent or classical.

The study attempted to design reading materials for Medical Science at one of Vocational High Schools Medical Science in Serang. To produce satisfactory teaching materials, the researchers did the following steps: doing needs analysis, reviewing the principles of materials design and reading in a foreign language, designing course framework, designing syllabus, designing the reading materials, and implementing the sample lessons. The researchers employed qualitative methods in gathering the data. The instruments used were questionnaire and interview. The questionnaire was addressed to students, alumni, teachers and institution. The interview was collected from the companies or users that have ever recruited the graduated students. The needs analysis was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The results were then analyzed. The result of needs analysis, became the basis for the researchers to design course framework. The course framework was then developed into a syllabus. Finally the syllabus became the basis for designing reading materials. The reading materials for Vocational High School Husada Pratama applied a topical syllabus. Each lesson or unit had different topics, greeting and introduction. Introduction about nurse, health, dioalogue conversation nurse and patient, eat healthy food, profile a nurse, tools, disease, nutrition, the healthy diet pyramid. Each lesson also adopted various reading skills or strategies. They were skimming, scanning, and guessing meaning from context. When the materials had been designed, the researchers implemented six out of ten lessons of the coursebook. The results were satisfactory. Most students mentioned that the coursebook was related to their field of study. The majority of the students also said that the materials were understandable and interesting. This research aims to find out the use of interactive multimedia archiving based on android and its effect on the learning independence of vocational learners. Research is a type of research and development (R & D). Research methods using experiments are pretend experiments (Quaisy experiment). The research was conducted at Vocational High School Surakarta City in April-June 2021. The population in this study is all students of class X Vocational High School Surakarta school year 2020/2021. The sample used was 1 control class and 1 randomly selected experimental class. All treatment will be given to the same control class and experimental class except on the use of interactive multimedia archival based on android. Interactive multimedia android-based archival was successfully applied in the learning of class X OTKP. There is a significant difference in the increase in learning independence between experimental classes that use interactive multimedia android-based archival and control classes that do not use interactive multimedia android-based archival in the archival learning class X OTKP in Vocational High School Surakarta City school year 2020/2021. Interactive multimedia android-based archiving can be used as one of the alternative learning media that can be used to increase the independence of learning learners.
