The introductory part emphasizes that since 2004, Ukrainian agriculture has gradually begun to crank up production. This is largely associated with the growth of crop production, including sunflower. During 2004–2020, gross sunflower yield increased by 3.1 times, and yield capacity – more than double. Research methods involve grouping a complex of agricultural enterprises following the cost value per 1 ha of the sown area and sunflower yield. To classify the enterprises according to the level of innovative production, the authors have put forward a method for determining the coefficient of innovation. The object of the study comprises the agricultural enterprises of Kharkiv region. The results of grouping following yield rate have made it possible to establish a direct dependence between the cost value and sunflower yield. In a group of enterprises with an average yield of up to 15 centners/ha, costs amounted to 9653 UAH / ha; in a group with a yield of 25.1–30 centners/ha – 14860 UAH/ha; with a yield of more than 45 centners/ha – 27518 UAH/ha. It has also been found that an increase in the rate of sunflower yield by 1 centner leads to an average profit increase of 307.9 UAH/ha. The grouping of enterprises by the level of costs per 1 sown area of sunflower has made it possible to assume that the nature of the relationship of a grouping indicator with profit margin is characterized by a nonlinear function. It has been determined that this function has a maximum when the cost increases by 16960 UAH/ha and the amount of profit – by 6199 UAH/ha. The paper has also marked that under such cost value, the value of sunflower yield should be equal to 29.8 centners/ha. The practical approval of the methodological approach to determining the coefficient of innovative development of sunflower production has shown that this indicator objectively conveys the rate of use of innovations in the manufacturing process. Enterprises that had a coefficient of innovative development above 1 were characterized by a much higher level of yield, profitability, and production intensity.

The purpose of the article is to develop a new methodological approach to the analysis of innovative activity of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex in order to ensure their sustainable economic development, taking into account the factors of economic growth. Research methods. The scientific provisions on planning innovation activities and analysis of innovative processes (the essence and content of innovation activity of enterprises are justified), modeling and organization of innovation activity, forecasting its results in economic systems (modern trends in the development of methods for analyzing and assessing innovation activity of enterprises in the system activity), as well as general scientific methods of cognition: systemic (formulated the problems of assessing the innovative activity of enterprises from the standpoint of ensuring their sustainable development and determining potential ways to solve them), complex (analysis of the parameters of the innovative activity of domestic enterprises), abstract-logical (the influence of environmental factors on the innovative activity of the enterprise is analyzed), functional and structural-level research methods (the relationship of internal factors of the enterprise's innovative activity is considered), methods of analysis and synthesis (the relationship of the internal factors of the enterprise's innovative activity is analyzed), evolutionary and historical approaches (the relationship of the factors of the enterprise's innovative activity with the parameters of its sustainable development is considered). Research results. The methodological foundations of the innovative activity of agro-industrial complex enterprises have been theoretically substantiated as the degree of intensity of their actions on the creation and development (practical implementation) of innovations in the context of rapidly changing external conditions and tough market competition. Despite the high cost of mistakes in the innovative development of agricultural enterprises, the analysis of the innovative activity of an enterprise is an important tool for ensuring their sustainable economic development. Scientific novelty. The elements of scientific novelty lie in the theoretical substantiation and experimental confirmation of a new methodological approach to the analysis of the innovative activity of agricultural enterprises in order to ensure their sustainable economic development. This makes it possible to determine the tools for intensifying the activities of enterprises through building up and productive use of intellectual potential. The concept of “innovative activity of enterprises” is clarified and it is shown that this is one of the main characteristics of their innovative activity. The composition of the parameters of innovative activity of enterprises has been improved and a set of factors stimulating and restraining the innovative activity of agricultural enterprises has been determined. On the basis of the conducted analytical studies, the interrelation and power of the mutual influence of factors of innovative activity of enterprises, as well as the relationship of these factors with the parameters of sustainable economic development, were revealed. Practical significance of the article lies in the possibility of using its provisions and conclusions when analysing the relationship of internal factors of innovative activity of an enterprise, as well as when analysing the relationship between factors of innovative activity of agricultural enterprises with an assessment of the sustainability of their market development. The proposed set of methodological recommendations makes it possible to assess the innovative activity of an enterprise in the interests of its sustainable economic development. Tabl.: 2. Compared to 1990, the Chuvash Republic's acreage decreased by 25 percent. The gross production of agricultural products is also reduced accordingly. One of the most important ways to maintain the efficiency of the machine and tractor fleet is the modernization of existing equipment. (Research purpose) The research purpose is in reequipment of the cultivator into a sowing unit for scattered sowing on stubble, testing it in the field, organizing mass production and applying a patent for its design. (Materials and methods) The article shows the possibility of converting the cultivator into a sowing unit for grain crops of scattered sowing on stubble without tillage from decommissioned agricultural machines in the conditions of agricultural enterprises. (Results and discussion) The main reserve for reducing the cost of crop production is the use of combined tillage and sowing machines, which allow several operations to be performed in one pass of the unit. the standard cultivator paw was upgraded with a stand from the cultivator-deep cultivator KFG-3,6 for scattered seeding. It was proved that the cost of modernization is minimal; a patent was applied. (Conclusions) With the intra-soil spread method of sowing grain crops, one can get the optimal area of plant nutrition by placing them evenly in the soil. Since 22 percent of the sown area in the Middle Volga region is subject to wind and water erosion, the use of resource-saving seeding technologies becomes even more relevant. The method of reequipping the cultivator for sowing grain crops will make it possible to sow acreage that is empty due to a lack of agricultural machinery.

Frequent public uproar over forms of data science that rely on information about people demonstrates the challenges of defining and demonstrating trustworthy digital data research practices. This paper reviews problems of trustworthiness in what we term pervasive data research: scholarship that relies on the rich information generated about people through digital interaction. We highlight the entwined problems of participant unawareness of such research and the relationship of pervasive data research to corporate datafication and surveillance. We suggest a way forward by drawing from the history of a different methodological approach in which researchers have struggled with trustworthy practice: ethnography. To grapple with the colonial legacy of their methods, ethnographers have developed analytic lenses and researcher practices that foreground relations of awareness and power. These lenses are inspiring but also challenging for pervasive data research, given the flattening of contexts inherent in digital data collection. We propose ways that pervasive data researchers can incorporate reflection on awareness and power within their research to support the development of trustworthy data science.

In a service-oriented networked manufacturing (SONM) environment, geographically distributed manufacturing resources are encapsulated as various manufacturing services. These manufacturing services release via the Internet and can provide services on the demand of manufacturing tasks. Usually one manufacturing task needs several different services belonged to different organizers to work together. Hence, effective cooperation among services is the foundation of the efficient operation of SONM. In this paper, a bipartite network model is presented to describe the relationship of two different kinds of nodes in SONM, and also is projected as a weighed network for further exploring the behaviors of service nodes. Furthermore, an agent-based model is built for modeling the interactive behaviors of service nodes in a cooperative network and an agent-based simulating system is developed with Repast. The simulation results show that the emergence of cooperative behaviors among service nodes is related to both the cost of cooperation and initial trust of services in the SONM environment.

This study is majorly concentrated on the various agricultural subsectors in Nigeria, how the subsectors has influenced the economic growth of Nigeria using econometric procedure to estimate the parameters of the model, and also the various shortcomings encountered by the agricultural subsectors in Nigeria and possible solutions. It also emphasize on the sector that has been abandoned, whereas, the growing recognition is directed toward the major resources (crude oil) which generated diminishing returns in agriculture contributions in regards to the economic growth in Nigeria. Moreover, the paper emphasized on the relationship of agricultural sub-sectors with Gross Domestic Product (GDP) which the sub-sectors entails crop production, fishery, livestock and forestry. The Intention of this research presents the conclusion that the agricultural part is a concrete sector of the economy and cannot be underrated or trivialized seeing that agricultural sector output is important to economic activities in Nigeria. Therefore, the general growth of the country’s economy depends on the progress of agriculture. If there’s availability of credit facility to the agricultural sector, it will enhance the boosting of the country’s GDP and thereby causing growth in the economy. An additional objective of this paper attempts to carry maximum value for public officials and legislators

the main issue of the study is the problem of improving the efficiency of the housing sector. The current state system does not ensure the proper efficiency of the housing stock, which is increasingly manifested in the growing gap between the cost of operation of apartment buildings, aimed at ensuring the quality of their functioning and the real state of this quality. In recent years, numerous regulatory documents have been adopted to ensure the normal maintenance of buildings, but a comprehensive understanding of the relationship of various activities with technical and economic solutions, in most cases, has an empirical nature, not confirmed by a strict analytical justification. The purpose of the study is a systematic integrated approach to solving problems to improve the efficiency of maintenance of housing using the proposed mathematical apparatus, which allows you to objectively, fully and accurately assess the relationship of economic and technical indicators. All total socially significant economic indicators of operational measures can be the basis of legislative regulation in the industry. Conclusions: criteria for assessing the effective and safe operation of buildings, optimal for residents of apartment buildings and management companies serving these houses.
