Enzyme engineering is an important part of modern biotechnology. Due to its high reaction specificity, high efficiency, mild reaction conditions, and low pollution, it is also an important method widely used in the pharmaceutical field. The application of enzymes in medicine is diverse, such as: diagnosis, prevention and treatment of diseases with enzymes, manufacture of various drugs with enzymes, etc., mainly through manual operations, to obtain enzymes required by the pharmaceutical industry, and through various means Enzymes perform their catalytic functions. This article mainly introduces the application of enzyme engineering in the pharmaceutical field, and also prospects the development trend of enzyme engineering in the pharmaceutical field.

In view of the massive transmission lines suffered disaster of ice coating at the beginning of 2008 in south China. In this paper, several typical schemes for the prevention and treatment of ice coating occurred in power networks home and abroad are analyzed. Common melting ice methods can be divided into three kinds: thermal ice-melting, mechanical de-icing and new de-icing. This paper describes a 500 kV transmission line and analyses each of these measures briefly. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of various measures and their applications were summarized. At last, the development trend and the research direction were pointed out.

The advent of the informatization 2.0 era has brought greater vitality and vitality to the reform work in the field of education in my country. In order to achieve a more long-term development of higher education, high-efficiency teachers need to actively break through the restraint of the old education model and follow the development trend of the information age to improve their information teaching ability in order to ensure the orderly progress of teaching activities. New talents that meet the needs of society. This article starts with the specific elements of information- based teaching ability, and looks for specific ways to improve teaching ability, hoping to provide a reference for other educators.

As a kind of artificially structured media, electromagnetic metamaterials (MTMs) have exotic electromagnetic properties that are not found or difficult to achieve in natural materials. This class of metal/dielectric-structured artificial media has attracted great attention during the past two decades and made important breakthroughs. A variety of passive and active devices based on MTMs have been developed rapidly. Especially MTM klystrons, which show very remarkable advantages, including miniaturization, high gain, and high efficiency in the microwave band. MTM extended interaction klystrons creatively combine the advantages of MTMs, extended interaction technology, and klystrons. It provides a new design idea for the development of brand-new klystrons with high performance. In this review paper, we report the recent advances in MTM klystrons including MTM extended interaction oscillator and MTM extended interaction klystron amplifier. Furthermore, the prospects and challenges of MTM klystrons are discussed. Finally, the development trend is concluded.

Colleges are society's human resources training base. Construction of low-carbon colleges comes up with the development trend of global energy conservation and emission reduction. Based on five basic characteristics of low-carbon campus, this essay discussed the construction of four functional modules (low-carbon research institutions, high quality talents, environmental Infrastructure and effective supervision system) in low-carbon campus and management mode among them. This essay provided a research foundation for improving the competitiveness of colleges, guiding graduates’ and undergraduates’ low-carbon environmental awareness, and promoting high efficiency and low-carbon development of our society.

With increasing trend toward automatic manufacture and demands for improved quality, position of ultra-precision machining processes is considered as more and more important. As the main processes of ultra-precision machining, abrasive machining processes can be chiefly divided into free abrasive processes and fixed abrasive processes. Typical techniques such as chemicalmechanical polishing, ELID, Flat Honing and so on have been reviewed and compared with each other in preliminary aspects such as surface quality, finish accuracy and finish efficiency. The development trend of ultra-precision abrasive machining will have great efforts on realizing the integration with high accuracy, high efficiency and low cost.

To study the wake development characteristics of wind farms in complex terrains, two different types of Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) were used to conduct the field measurements in a mountain wind farm in Hebei Province, China. Under two different incoming wake conditions, the influence of wind shear, terrain and incoming wind characteristics on the development trend of wake was analyzed. The results showed that the existence of wind shear effect causes asymmetric distribution of wind speed in the wake region. The relief of the terrain behind the turbine indicated a subsidence of the wake centerline, which had a linear relationship with the topography altitudes. The wake recovery rates were calculated, which comprehensively validated the conclusion that the wake recovery rate is determined by both the incoming wind turbulence intensity in the wake and the magnitude of the wind speed.
