Background - Hospitals as a health service organization in order to "survive" must have a good service management system so that the impact on employee performance can meet the demands of the community's needs. Objectives - This study aims to determine the extent of job satisfaction and employee performance at Semen Gresik Hospital which is influenced by organizational culture and work motivation.Design / Methodology / Approach - The object of this study is Semen Gresik Hospital. Sample in this study used a purposive sampling method with the provisions of respondents who worked more than 5 years while through the formula Slovin determined the number of research samples of 219 respondents. Statistical tests use path analysis.Results and Discussion - Based on the results of the analysis prove that organizational culture and motivation directly and indirectly influence employee performance and job satisfaction, the findings of organizational culture have a smaller coefficient on employee performance and job satisfaction compared to work motivation and based on analysis testing The path of organizational culture has a total value smaller than work motivation. So the results of the study concluded that organizational culture and motivation can increase job satisfaction and employee performance.Conclusion - All hypotheses this study are proven and can be accepted. Organizational Culture, work motivation has direct and indirect effects on employee performance and job satisfaction.Research Implications - It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to knowledge and hospital management to pay attention to organizational culture and work motivation to improve employee performance and employee satisfaction at work.

Employees are the main key in increasing productivity and the success of agency activities. Employees have an important role in reducing or minimizing the impact of loss or damage caused by a disaster. This study aims to analyse and empirically test the influence of leadership on employee work motivation, organizational culture on employee work motivation, leadership on employee performance, organizational culture on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance, work motivation in mediating the influence of leadership on employees. performance, and work motivation in mediating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The method in this study using the sampling method, the population in this study is the SAR Department of Semarang City. The research sample was 125 samples. The results show that leadership has a positive effect on work motivation, organizational culture has a positive effect on work motivation, leadership has a positive effect on performance, organizational culture has a positive effect on performance, work motivation has a positive effect on performance, leadership has a positive effect on performance through work motivation, and culture organization has a positive effect on performance through work motivation. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the leadership that has been carried out has a positive impact on employees at the Semarang City Search and Rescue Service

<p>The researcher aims to know how the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction with employee performance (Case Study of PT. Hypothesis used in this research: Organizational culture have an effect on to job satisfaction, work motivation influence to<br />job satisfaction, organizational culture influence to employee performance, work motivation influence to employee performance, job satisfaction influence to employee performance. The data were collected by using questionnaires distributed to respondents. The population in this study is 1780 employees, with sampling used in this study is probability sampling, with the technique of sample random sampling from the total of the existing population then the<br />sample of the study of 327 respondents. Instrument calibration was performed to test the validity of grain and product moment and reliability was calculated using the coefficient of<br />cronbach's alpha. The hypothesis used in this research is to use the tenure of Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The results of this study conclude that the organizational<br />culture variables affect the job satisfaction, while organizational culture affects the performance of the rich. It can be concluded that organizational culture and job satisfaction have an influence on employee performance. Motivation of work has an influence on job satisfaction, while work motivation has an influence on employee performance. It can be concluded that the motivation of work more influence on job satisfaction when compared to employee performance. Job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance. Overall, which has the most influence on employee performance is job satisfaction. Based on the results of these studies, in improving employee performance requires an individual attitude that is emotional to the job with job responsibilities.</p>

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Citra Harapan Anugrah in Jakarta. This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 52 employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that work motivation and organizational culture significantly influence the performance of employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Citra Harapan Anugrah di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 52 karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah.

This study examines the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. And then, to examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and to examine the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance is mediated by job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat Office of Regency / City in South Sulawesi. In this study, questionnaires were distributed and documented collection, using descriptive statistical analysis methods, SEM analysis of Amos. The results of this study found that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on employee performance; job satisfaction positively and significantly affects employee performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Employee job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze; (i) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on employee performance; (ii) the influence of work mutation variables and organizational culture on performance through job satisfaction; and (iii) the effect of job satisfaction variables on employee performance. The quantitative approach is used to test and analyze the factors that influence job satisfaction and employee performance. Research location at Hasanuddin University, Makassar. The population in this study were all employees who had been mutation in 2018 by 114 people. Withdrawal the number of samples in this study using saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The measurement scale used is a Likert scale with five components. Data analysis techniques in this study used path analysis. The results showed that the variable of work mutation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work mutation variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on performance through job satisfaction. Job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

This paper aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, work motivation, job satisfaction on the performance of Dispatchers at PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar. The method used in this research is the Descriptive Analysis method using multiple regression. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Makassar, namely Dispatchers, the sample in this study were 34 Dispatchers. Data collection uses observations, questionnaires, and documentation while testing the hypothesis used to use validity analysis techniques, reliability testing, classical assumption tests, partial tests, and simultaneous tests. The results of this study indicate that first, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of dispatchers. Second, work motivation has a positive and significant influence on dispatcher's performance. Third, job satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on dispatcher performance. Fourth, if simultaneously the influence of the work environment, work motivation, and job satisfaction on dispatcher performance together have a significant effect on performance. The most dominant variable in the model is work motivation, 34% explains the relationship to dispatcher employee performance variables.

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work motivation on job satisfaction at PT Planet Selancar Mandiri. This research was conducted with a total sampling method. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 50 employees of PT Planet Selancar Mandiri. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that organizational culture and work motivation significantly influence job satisfaction at PT Planet Selancar Mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di PT Planet Selancar Mandiri. One concept to maintain corporate image is employee performance. A concept that seeks to create a good and reliable Human Resources within the company to achieve the goals of the company itself. When the company has committed to maintain employee performance improvement will encourage companies to pay attention to the level of work discipline experienced by employees and the provision of proper work motivation to see the level of job satisfaction of each employee will make employees feel more eager in completing the work. The population of this study were non-permanent employees of Hotel ASTON Jember and the sample was set by 50 respondents. The variables analyzed in this research are work discipline, work motivation and job satisfaction as independent variable, and employee performance as dependent variable. The sampling method used is simple random Sampling in which all permanent employees have the opportunity to be sampled in this study. This type of research is an explanatory research.Research is a study that tries to explain a subject matter and there is a hypothesis testing and perform  analysis  of  data  obtained.  Methods  of  data  analysis  using  Multiple  Linear Regression Analysis.The results of this study indicate that discipline, motivation and satisfaction simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Hotel ASTON Jember, partially work discipline has a positive and significant impact on employee performance at Hotel ASTON Jember, partially motivation of work has a positive and significant impact on performance Employees at Hotel ASTON Jember and job satisfaction have a negative and insignificant effect on the performance of Hotel ASTON Jember's employees.
