The research objective describes an integrated marketing communication strategy in developing Sakura Syariah Hotel to see a comprehensive marketing communication strategy. Hotel Sakura Syariah is a 3-star syariah concept hotel which has 70 rooms. The analytical method uses the 7P (marketing mix) approach. The research results to increase the number of guests staying the strategy consisted of products, which offer a sharia concept with various types of representative rooms. Pricing, using the appropriate price preferences. Place, hotel location that is close to the center of the district capital and easy access. Promotion, with direct selling in accordance with local government and private selling by participating in various marketing events, sales proposals and advertising. People, conduct trainings to improve human resource capabilities. Physical evidence, a physical building that has Sharia characters and is supported by fairly good technology. Process, reservation service is quite fast and excellent. The development of this Sayriah hotel must be supported by related parties, especially the local government in order to increase the number of hotel guests

Penerapan Sistem Informasi (Komputerisasi Kegiatan Pertanahan) Dalam Mencapai Good Governance Pada Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/ Badan Pertanahan Kota Magelang

Management of data and information in an institution can support national development, but some are still less effective and efficient. This study aims to determine the application of information systems to achieve Good Governance in the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning / Land Agency of Magelang City. The method used in this study was interviews with staff at the Magelang City Land Agency. The results find that the development of information technology and supporting infrastructure created opportunities to develop a more reliable, efficient, and timely computerized application for land activities (KKP) within the National Land Agency (BPN). The growing need for more accessible land information demanded by the community (policy recipients) and the government (policymakers) has increased higher than before. However, on the other hand, there are obstacles, such as the unfinished mapping of land parcels. The implication of this research is the Land Office needs to guide operators to better service quality.

Islamic finance and charity in the Muslim world. The role of the Islamic Development Bank in financing aid

The purpose of this paper is to describe the role of Islamic finance in the charitable sector by analysing how Islamic banks and States manage funds for humanitarian and development aid. The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) represents one of the main Islamic actors involved in the development cooperation and humanitarian relief and, in partnership with other donors, it implements programs in its member countries. This research examines the existing literature and data regarding projects financed by the IsDB with the aim to understand the impact of Islamic financial tools on aid. The Lives and Livelihoods Fund (LLF) is an example of a program for poverty alleviation but also a mechanism of blended finance for supporting health, agriculture, and infrastructure projects. Financed by the IsDB, bilateral institutions, and foundations,it uses an innovative financing model aiming to produce sustainable growth in the most vulnerable member countries. It could represent a positive model for financing and implementing aid in a joint effort of Muslim and non-Muslim donors.

Role Of Trusting Beliefs In Predicting Online Purchase Intentions

Consumer behavior in every country, especially developing countries, must be different from consumer behavior in developed countries. This is a challenge faced by online shopping platforms to enter the Indonesian market by developing a new culture in terms of online shopping, as well as fostering trust in consumers in the products offered in order to attract consumer purchases. The success of a company in this case is e-commerce, namely the trust that is felt so that consumers have an interest in buying. Five marketplaces, namely Shopie, Bukalapak, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Blibi.com as providers of online product sales vendors from abroad must build trust that can be trusted for consumers, especially millennial consumers, in making transactions through online which causes consumer purchase interest, especially millennial consumers. Who are close to the development of the internet and receive new information in conducting online transactions.The design of this study uses an explanative analysis method by taking samples and questionnaires as the main tools, with the criteria of millennial consumer respondents, knowing products sold from abroad, and never product transactions from abroad. The data collected in this study were 110 respondents. By using the analysis technique of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).The results showed that Uncertainty Avoidance had a negative and insignificant effect on Trusting Beliefs; Price Fairness had a positive and significant effect on Trusting Beliefs. Firm's Reputation has a positive and significant effect on Trusting Beliefs, and Trusting Beliefs has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention.

Determinan Penangguran Usia Muda di Wilayah Perkotaan Tahun 2016-2019

The economic development of a country can be seen from indicators open unemployment rate that are able to show the state of the population's income distribution and know who benefits from economic development. From 2016-2019, young people have always been the highest contributor to Indonesia's open unemployment rate. This study discusses the factors that influence the open unemployment rate of urban youth in Indonesia in 2016-2019. The factors are population growth rate, expenditure per capita population, average length of schooling, youth working with high school graduates, provincial minimum wages, registered job seekers and foreign investment. This study uses the panel data linear regression method with the Random Effect Model. The results show that the rate of population growth and foreign investment has a significant positive effect, expenditure per capita of the population and registered job seekers has a significant negative effect, youth working based on the highest education completed are Secondary school and provincial minimum wages have a significant positive effect, the average length of schooling has a negative and insignificant effect

The purpose of this research is analyzing factors affect the performance education gap in vocational school occurring in jakarta regional. Data processing respondents were with the structural equation modeling (SEM) using all the tools of statistical product and service solution (SPSS) linear and that structural (LISREL). The data using the spread of the respondents in as many as 222 teacher vocational schools in jakarta. The information can be taken by direct observation several schools. The result showed that career development significant impact on citizenship as the organizational behavior t-hitung t-tabel (4,26 1,96). Significant impact on career development performance of teachers because the value of t-hitung t-tabel (2,88 1,96). A style of leadership significant impact on citizenship as the organizational behavior t-hitung t-tabel. Reaksi Investor Saham Syariah dan Konvensional terhadap Pengumuman Pembentukan Kabinet Indonesia Maju 2019

Ketidakpastian politik sering menjadi peristiwa khusus yang berpengaruh terhadap return portofolio saham. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh pengumuman pembentukan kabinet Indonesia Maju 2019-2024 terhadap harga saham yang terdaftar pada Indeks Syariah (ISSI) dan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode event study untuk melihat adanya reaksi pasar yang dapat dilihat dari adanya abnormal return pada saham. Indikator yang digunakan adalah nilai average abnormal return (AAR) dan cumulative average abnormal return (CAAR). Hasil pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat nilai AAR yang negatif dan signifikan pada sehari sebelum (t-1) dan setelah (t+1) pengumuman menteri pada indeks syariah dan pasar. Selain itu, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan nilai cumulative average abnormal return (CAAR) sebelum dan sesudah pengumuman menteri pada t (-7,7) untuk portofolio ISSI dan t (-10,10) untuk portofolio IHSG. Adanya reaksi negatif invetor mengindikasikan terdapat kebingungan investor saham syariah terhadap menteri yang terpilih pada kabinet Indonesia Maju. Peristiwa ini diharapkan dapat membantu investor atau manajer investasi dalam menentukan strategi investasi pada saat terjadi ketidakpastian politik.

Transparansi Pengungkapan Penghindaran Pajak Berdasarkan Perspektif Teori Pemangku Kepentingan

Adanya disclosure initiative (inisiatif pengungkapan) pada perencanaan pajak merupakan solusi yang cukup kontributif, dan sudah diterapkan di beberapa negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat praktik pengungkapan penghindaran (perencanaan) pajak dari perspektif teori pemangku kepentingan. Walaupun sudah ada peraturan anti tax avoidance, hasil statistika deskriptif menunjukan bahwa tren penghindaran pajak di Indonesia sejak tahun 2001-2017 terus berjalan. Hal ini juga didukung dengan adanya fakta bahwa realisasi target penerimaan pajak Indonesia yang belum tercapai sejak tahun 2008. Telaah literatur pada penelitian ini mencapai kesimpulan bahwa praktik pengungkapan perencanaan perpajakan seharusnya dapat dipraktikan untuk mendukung sistem perpajakan yang sudah ada. Selain itu, praktik pengungkapan yang selaras dengan nilai transparansi ini, merupakan bentuk aplikasi dari teori pemangku kepentingan. Tulisan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dukungan pada pemerintah Indonesia dalam mengurangi permasalahan penghindaran pajak agresif melalui transparansi perencanaan pajak. Selain itu, hasil dari kajian ini diharapkan dapat memperkaya wawasan intelektual dalam ilmu perpajakan

Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Tahun 2014-2017)

Kinerja suatu perusahaan sangat dipengaruhi oleh bagaimana pengelolaan suatu perusahaan berjalan dengan baik. Semakin besar suatu perusahaan semakin banyak pula permasalahan dan juga aspek yang harus diperhatikan oleh manajemen apabila ingin mencapai kinerja laba yang maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan. Good Corporate Governance menggunakan proksi Komisaris Independen, Kepemilikan Asing, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Kepemilikan Institusional, Independensi Komite Audit, dan Kualitas Audit. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2014-2017. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 143 perusahaan. Menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 14 perusahaan selama 4 tahun. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa variabel komisaris independen, kepemilikan asing, kepemilikan manajerial dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan, kepemilikan institusional dan independensi komite audit berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja perusahaan, dan kualitas audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja perusahaan

Pengaruh Kinerja Keuangan dan BI Rate terhadap Return Saham Sektor Otomotif Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan profitabilitas (return on equity-ROE dan net profit margin-NPM), solvabilitas (debt to equity ratio-DER) dan proxy macro-risk (BI rate) terhadap return saham otomotif di Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan laporan keuangan triwulan perusahaan otomotif di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penyampelan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel ROE berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return, NPM tidak memengaruhi return, DER dan BI rate berpengaruh negatif terhadap return. Konklusi: profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap return menunjukkan apresiasi investor terhadap kinerja manajemen; sedangkan solvabilitas memberikan efek negatif karena struktur modal sudah melebihi target optimalnya; dan BI rate juga berpengaruh negatif karena meningkatkan beban bunga perusahaan
