Commission of Supervisor I: Dr. I Gede Riana, SE., MM, Commission of Supervisor II: Dr. Augusto Da C. Soares, SE., MM. This study aims to analysis (1) influence of the work environment on employee performance, (2) influence of the work environment on employee involvement, (3) influence of teamwork on employee performance, (4) influence of teamwork on employee involvement, (5) the effect of employee involvement on employees performance, (6) the role of employee involvement mediates the working environment relationship on employee performance, (7) the role of employee involvement mediates teamwork relationship to employee performance. The population in this study was 680 of all MAP employees at the Dili, the sample using the slovin formula so as to get 156. Data were analyzed using the Smart-PLS The research findings the work environment, teamwork, influence positive not significantly to employee performance. This research shows that work environment, teamwork is not able to improve employee performance. The effect of work involvement on employee performance found that involvement had a positive significant effect on employee performance. The role of employee involvement mediates the working environment relationship, teamwork is full mediation. Keywords: Work Environment, Teamwork, Employee Engagement, Employee Performance.

This study aims to analyze and explain: (1) To know and explain what factors influence consumer-purchasing decisions; (2) To find out and explain what factors are dominant in influencing consumer purchasing decisions; (3) to find out and explain what factors need to be improved in consumer purchasing decisions.The samples in this study were 80 of all customers or consumers of Alola Esperansa who had shopped Tais Timor at the Alola Esperansa Shop. Questionnaires were distributed to Alola Esperansa 80 consumers and all returned. The findings of this study indicate that the quality factor has the highest eigenvalue value of 5.218 and is able to explain the total variance of 32.612%. The most dominant factor that consumers consider in buying Tais Timor at Alola Esperansa is the Quality Factor. Keywords: Quality Factor, consumer, purchasing decisions

This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of motivation on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees of the Entrepreneurship Training Agency, Dili, Timor-Leste. (2) The Effect of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees of the Entrepreneurship Training Agency, Dili Timor-Leste. (3) The Effect of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees of the Entrepreneurship Training Agency, Dili, Timor-Leste. The population in this study amounted to 33 employees who work at the Head Office of the Entrepreneurship Training Agency, Dili, Timor-Leste by determining the saturated sample of the sample with the highest to lowest respondent rates. The findings of this study are to obtain the highest average value is 42.4%. Then the lowest value obtained a value of 0.001%. This study aims to analyze and explain; (1) The effect of entrepreneurial orientation on the development of small businesses of members of Lanamona; (2) The effect of creativity on the development of small businesses of members of Lanamona. The population in this study was 130 members of CU Lanamona engaged in small business, in the municipality of Bobonaro. Of this total collected all questionnaires distributed. The data analysis method uses SPSS. The findings of this study are that the entrepreneurial orientation variable has a positive and partially significant effect on the development of small businesses. This is evidenced by the value of t-count 2.775 greater than t-table 1.97810. These results suggest that entrepreneurial orientation is a factor that plays an important role in determining the level of improvement of small business development. The higher entrepreneurial orientation, will encourage the higher development of small businesses. Conversely, if entrepreneurship orientation is low, business development will also experience a decline. The variable of creativity has a positive and partially significant effect on the development of small businesses. Therefore, the higher the creativity that is carried out by entrepreneurs, the business development will increase. This is evidenced by the value of t-count (3.857) is greater than t-table (1.97810). Entrepreneurial orientation and creativity variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the development of small businesses. This is evidenced by the calculated F-count (32,746) greater than F-table (3.07). So that it can be said that the higher or better the entrepreneurial orientation and creativity of an entrepreneur, the more business development will increase. Small and medium-size businesses (SMEs) have a strategic role in national economic development, and are proven to contribute greatly towards the economic growth and employment opportunity to many local woman and girls particularly in rural and remote areas around the country. The scheme of empowering SMEs with resilience and competitiveness approaches is one of the strategic efforts needed to prioritize the ability of SMEs, based on the application of entrepreneurial and innovation characteristics plan and approach accordingly. This study aims to analyze and describe the effect of entrepreneurial and innovation characteristics around Tais weaving business performance in Timor-Leste. The results showed positive outcome with the influence of entrepreneurship and innovation characteristics, which significantly portraits positive performance of weaving Tais's business in Timor-Leste, the increasing ability to manage their businesses activities and empowering creative innovation abilities within and around their productivity efforts, promising values and achievement outcome in the future. The analysis Determination of (R2), determines the extent to which the independent variable (X) effects of the ups and downs, the dependent variable (Y), then all data calculations and analyses later details the performances using the computer program of "SPSS" (Statistic Product for Service Solution) 21". The objective of this thesis is to analyze and explain: 1) The effect of product innovation to customers’ satisfaction, 2) The effect of services quality to customers’ satisfaction, 3) The effect of products’ innovation to customers’ loyalty. 4) The effect of services quality to customers’ Loyalty. And 5) The Effect of customers’ satisfaction to customers’ loyalty. The data collection in this research through distribution of questioner to customers of BNCTL Bank in Dili. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, total of 80 respondents were chosen. The data is analyzed by using descriptive statistic and inferential in path analysis With SMARTPLS. The result of the research shows that innovation product and service quality have positive and significant influence to customer satisfaction and customer’s loyalty of Bank BCNTL in Dili. In addition, customer satisfaction have positive and significant influences to customer’s loyalty. Therefore, the more BNCTL banks sold their innovating products according to the needs and desires of customers by paying attention to the three indicators, the customer satisfaction and loyalty will also increase.  In addition, the better quality of service received by the customer, it will further increase the satisfaction and loyalty of customers of the BNCTL bank in Dili. Therefore, it is hoped that the bank will always pay attention to product innovations that are in accordance with the needs and desires of customers So that satisfaction and loyalty are also increases. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of SOP, reward system, training and work environment on employee work productivity at PT. BPR Willis Jember. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from respondents' responses  to  the  questionnaire.  Samples  taken  as many  as  40  respondents  with sampling techniques using probability sampling, namely by purposive sampling method. The data obtained is then processed using the SPSS analysis tool, this analysis includes validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, and statistical test through t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study show that the factors of the application of SOP, reward systems, training and work environment simultaneously affect work productivity, whereas if partially the factors for the application of SOP and training have no significant effect on work productivity, but for reward system factors and work environments have a significant towards work productivity. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect earnings persistence with accrual reliability as an intervening variable at industrial companies that listed on the Stock Exchange Thailand in 2015-2019. The data that used in this research is secondary data. The research method that reseacher used is path analysis with SPSS version 24. Based on data analysis, the conclusion of this study are there is no significant effect of the independent variables (sales volatility, cash flow volatility, good corporate governance, debt level and company size) on accrual reliability. While the independent variable that affects earnings persistence are sales volatility and company size. The results of the path analysis are the accrual reliability variable can be used as an intervening variable of cash flow volatility, good corporate governance, and debt level on earnings persistence. While sales volatility and company size, accrual realibility can not used as intervening variable to earning persistence. To achieve organizational goals requires a good performance from its employees. Employee performance factors are strongly influenced by the work environment, work facilities and employee motivation. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the Work Environment, Work facilities and Work Motivation on Employee Performance in the Secretariat of the Bondowoso Regency DPRD either partially or simultaneously. Respondents in this study were 65 civil servants with civil servant status in the Secretariat of the DPRD Bondowoso Regency as many as 65 people who were determined using saturated sampling techniques, where all populations were sampled. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the level of influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable with the help of the SPSS for Windows program. The partial test results for the influence of work environment variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant influence of work environment on employee performance. For the influence of work facilities variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant effect of work facilities on employee performance. And for the influence of work motivation variables on employee performance, it is known that there is a significant effect of work motivation on employee performance. Simultaneous testing results, it can be concluded that the work environment, work facilities, and work motivation are proven to have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance in the Secretariat of the DPRD Bondowoso Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, motivation and work environment on teacher performance with work communication as moderation at SMK PGRI 1 Giri Banyuwangi. The data analyzed came from 35 teacher respondents in SMK PGRI 1 Giri Banyuwangi. Data analysis tools with multiple linear regression and multiple linear regression moderation variables with the interaction test method (MRA). The results of linear regression indicate that partially Emotional Intelligence has no significant effect on Teacher Performance, Motivation has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and the Work Environment has a significant effect on Teacher Performance. Line 2 linear regression with the addition of the independent variable Work Communication shows that partially Emotional Intelligence has no significant effect on Teacher Performance, Motivation has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, Work Environment has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Work Communication has no significant effect on Teacher Performance. The results of the moderation regression show that work communication partially moderates the effect of Emotional Intelligence on Teacher Performance, Work Communication moderates the effect of motivation on Teacher Performance and Work Communication moderates weakens the influence of the Work Environment on Teacher Performance.
