Employees are the main key in increasing productivity and the success of agency activities. Employees have an important role in reducing or minimizing the impact of loss or damage caused by a disaster. This study aims to analyse and empirically test the influence of leadership on employee work motivation, organizational culture on employee work motivation, leadership on employee performance, organizational culture on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance, work motivation in mediating the influence of leadership on employees. performance, and work motivation in mediating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. The method in this study using the sampling method, the population in this study is the SAR Department of Semarang City. The research sample was 125 samples. The results show that leadership has a positive effect on work motivation, organizational culture has a positive effect on work motivation, leadership has a positive effect on performance, organizational culture has a positive effect on performance, work motivation has a positive effect on performance, leadership has a positive effect on performance through work motivation, and culture organization has a positive effect on performance through work motivation. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the leadership that has been carried out has a positive impact on employees at the Semarang City Search and Rescue Service

The aims of this research is to study the defining factor of employee performance on RSUD Manokwari, spesifically the impact of leadership, cultural organization, and work motivation to the employee performance. The methods that is used in this research was descriptive methods with interview and obervation. The interview was conducted with the employee of RSUD Manokwari while observing the performance of them. The respondences of this research are 202 people who work in RSUD Manokwari, consisting of ASN staff and the honorary staff. The result shows that leadership take a positive effect on administration staff performance in RSUD Manokwari. Also, the organisation culture and work motivation have a positive impact on the Administration staff in RSUD Manokwari.

Background - Hospitals as a health service organization in order to "survive" must have a good service management system so that the impact on employee performance can meet the demands of the community's needs. Objectives - This study aims to determine the extent of job satisfaction and employee performance at Semen Gresik Hospital which is influenced by organizational culture and work motivation.Design / Methodology / Approach - The object of this study is Semen Gresik Hospital. Sample in this study used a purposive sampling method with the provisions of respondents who worked more than 5 years while through the formula Slovin determined the number of research samples of 219 respondents. Statistical tests use path analysis.Results and Discussion - Based on the results of the analysis prove that organizational culture and motivation directly and indirectly influence employee performance and job satisfaction, the findings of organizational culture have a smaller coefficient on employee performance and job satisfaction compared to work motivation and based on analysis testing The path of organizational culture has a total value smaller than work motivation. So the results of the study concluded that organizational culture and motivation can increase job satisfaction and employee performance.Conclusion - All hypotheses this study are proven and can be accepted. Organizational Culture, work motivation has direct and indirect effects on employee performance and job satisfaction.Research Implications - It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to knowledge and hospital management to pay attention to organizational culture and work motivation to improve employee performance and employee satisfaction at work.

The decline in performance has become a serious problem for many companies; due to the low level of performance is a measure that can be used as an indication of a fundamental problem in the company. This has led to increasingly fierce competition between companies. Leadership is an important aspect that can affect the performance of employees with employee discipline as an intervening variable. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership on the performance of employees with employee discipline as an intervening variable. Samples from this study are as many as 132 people out of a population of 132 employees. The sampling method using Census Sampling. Analysis of data using Simple Linear Regression, Multiple Linear Regression Models and Sobel Test. The results showed leadership and discipline positive impact and significant on employee performance, leadership positive effect and significant on employee discipline and leadership positive effect and significant on employee performance through employee discipline.

The role of human resources is crucial for the realization of the company's goals to find optimal profits. At this time, employees will be motivated if needs are met, if needs are met then job satisfaction will arise which will have a positive impact on the work needs of employees at the company. This study aims to study the work motivation of employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive research type. Respondents in this study were 51 employees of PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office, sampling method Saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of research that shows motivation and performance at PT. Taspen (Persero) Bandung Main Branch Office is included in both categories. The results also showed motivation for employee performance. In addition, contributing motivation in contributing to employee performance by 33.8%. So the higher the motivation provided, the higher the employee's performance.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Citra Harapan Anugrah in Jakarta. This research was conducted with a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling type. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 52 employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Data analysis using Smart PLS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that work motivation and organizational culture significantly influence the performance of employees of PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Citra Harapan Anugrah di Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Peneliti menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 52 karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Smart PLS. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Citra Harapan Anugrah.

The purpose of this study was to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. This research was conducted at the Srinadi Klungkung Market Cooperative. The number of samples taken as many as 50 employees accounting and finance section, with non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that organizational culture, work environment and compensation had a positive effect on employee performance. This shows that with a good organizational culture and environment, and giving compensation to employees, employee performance will increase. The results of this study can provide additional information in empirical studies regarding the influence of organizational culture, work environment and compensation on employee performance. This research was conducted to analyze the impact of leadership style and organizational culture on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior as an interverning variable moderated by work motivation. The data collection method used in this research was a census technique using a Likert scale. The instrument test in this study used the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software with the value of the validity and reliability of the r table sought at a significance of 0.05 with a 2-tailed. Inferential analysis and path analysis in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools, namely variance-based SEM with SmartPLS 3 software. The results showed that hypothesis 1 was accepted, hypothesis 2 was accepted, hypothesis 3 was accepted, hypothesis 4 was rejected, hypothesis 5 was accepted, hypothesis 6 was accepted. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (a). pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI,  (b). kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI, (c). motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI dan  (d) kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 176 orang yang terdistribusipada 3 stasiun LPP TVRI meliputi Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Selatan, dan Sulawesi Barat.   Sampel menggunakan metode sensus dimanaseluruh responden dijadikan sebagai sampel. Alatanalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan program Smart PLS Versi 3.2. Adapun lokasi penelitian adalah TVRI Wilayah sulawesi selatan, Sulawesi Tenggara dan Sulawesi Barat Hasil penelitian bahwa; (a). budaya organisasi berpengaruh postif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI, motivasi berepngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai LPP TVRI dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja pegawai pegawai LPP TVRI. This study aims to determine and analyze (a). the influence of organizational culture on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, (b). leadership on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, (c). work motivation on LPP TVRI employee performance and (d) competence on LPRI TVRI employee performance. The study population was 176 people distributed in 3 LPP TVRI stations covering Southeast Sulawesi, South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. The sample uses the census method where all respondents are used as samples. Alatanalisis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with Smart PLS Version 3.2. The research locations are TVRI in South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi and West Sulawesi. (a). organizational culture does not have a significant positive effect on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of LPP TVRI employees, motivation has positive and significant influence on the performance of LPP TVRI employees and competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance of LPP TVRI employees.
