In the article the author studied the process of planning production capacities at textile enterprises. The author considers the production capacity as a reflection of the maximum possible release of the ready-to-sell products of the relevant nomenclature within the established timeframe while effectively using the production potential of the enterprise. This implies the full use of all economic resources based on the use of advanced technology, advanced forms and methods of organizing labor and production. An important task for enterprises in the use of production capacity is to plan production capacity. Since in the case of not matching the production capacity to the parameters of the market environment, the enterprise has the risk of losing its target market due to the expectation of manufacturing an order or the capture of a larger market share by competitors. Otherwise, excess capacity will cause problems in the formation of market demand, which will inevitably lead to loss of income due to excessive costs to maintain the production system in an optimal state, such as: inventory, depreciation, staff salaries. Founded that solving the problem of planning production capacity lays the foundation for ensuring rhythmicity. The concept of strategic capacity planning relies on achieving economies of scale and development curves, focusing the capacity and flexibility of production. At the end of the article has been visually presented the process of capacity planning and suggests the decision tree, balance models, breakeven analysis and sensitivity analysis as evaluation methods for solving the design problem of production capacity.

Capacity planning in a company's production process needs to be considered so that the products produced meet consumer demand. PT X, is a manufacturing company that focuses on tire production. One type of large-sized tire product that has the highest demand is the ABC type with a sTabel production amount per month and demand that goes up every year. In terms of fulfilling customer demand, especially requests for large tires with type ABC, PT X often has difficulty in meeting consumer demand, this happens because the capacity of the machine is not available. Therefore, the existing production capacity must be evaluated to find out whether the available capacity is sufficient with the required capacity. To analyze this problem, the Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) method, this method is to analyze and test the determination of capacity in the master production schedule. Calculation of available capacity and capacity required in a year is carried out for the process carried out, namely: Building, Spreading and venting, curing, and Trimming. For the building and trimming process, it is found that the decision of the acupacity is fulfilled, while the Spreading and venting process is required to add 1 machine, and the curing process is required to add the machine according to the number of requests per month. From these results it can be given a proposal that needs to be considered in meeting the capacity to meet consumer needs while still paying attention to production costs.

P.T. Arwina Triguna Sejahtera is a company engaged in the production of molding. Common issues in each company include P.T. Arwina Triguna Sejahtera, is experiencing constraints in planning the production amount according to production capacity. So planned to be created master production schedule so that the cost is not too high. Steps that are done is to start by doing data processing of the past by using demand aggregation, then do the forecasting in accordance with the characteristics of demand. Aggregate procurement planning is carried out for the next 1 (years) period using a permanent employment strategy. Then proceed at the disaggregation stage by using the proportion method, calculating the Master Production Schedule to find out how much quantity of product to produce, and when to start the production. Finally perform the calculation of Rought Cut Capacity Planning to know the balance between the available capacity and the required capacity. Production master schedule obtained, production will be smooth and able to meet the actual demand of 20,000 pcs by adding overtime hours and produce end items as much as 2.368 pcs for deabetamil scoop products, while for featherlock brown plastic products actual demand can be fulfilled. The feasibility of the master production schedule is calculated based on the suitability between Regular Man Hour on production plans, with the amount of time available in the calculated capacity capacity of 17,1360 hours to meet the demand for this year. Telomeres i.e., termini of the eukaryotic chromosomes protect chromosomes during DNA replication. Shortening of telomeres, either due to stress or ageing is related to replicative cellular senescence. There is little information on the effect of biotechnological methods, such as tissue culture via somatic embryogenesis (SE) or cryopreservation on plant telomeres, even if these techniques are widely applied. The aim of the present study was to examine telomeres of Norway spruce (Picea abies (L.) Karst.) during SE initiation, proliferation, embryo maturation, and cryopreservation to reveal potential ageing or stress-related effects that could explain variation observed at SE process. Altogether, 33 genotypes from 25 families were studied. SE initiation containing several stress factors cause telomere shortening in Norway spruce. Following initiation, the telomere length of the embryogenic tissues (ETs) and embryos produced remains unchanged up to one year of culture, with remarkable genotypic variation. Being prolonged in vitro culture can, however, shorten the telomeres and should be avoided. This is achieved by successful cryopreservation treatment preserving telomere length. Somatic embryo production capacity of the ETs was observed to vary a lot not only among the genotypes, but also from one timepoint to another. No connection between embryo production and telomere length was found, so this variation remains unexplained.
