The purpose of this study is to find out relationship between organizational justice and turnover intention of employees at PT. Y. The hypothesis proposed in this research stated there is a relationship between organizational justice and turnover intention of employees at PT. Y. The research data analysis used was multiple regression analysis to know the relationship between organizational justice with turnover intention. The research subjects were all employees of PT. Y consisting of 108 employees. The data were derived from a scale to measure organizational justice and turnover intention. The result of the data analysis reveal F = 24.694 with p = 0.000 (p<0,05), means there is a relationship between organizational justice with turnover intention of employees at PT. Y. The result of the study showed that the contribution (R2) was 47% (Adjusted R Square = 0,470).

<span class="fontstyle0">The objectives of this research is to analyze and provide empirical proves about the influences of dishonesty behavior dan moral competence towards academic fraud of accounting students. The variable used in the research are dishonesty behavior and moral competence. The population of the research is the accounting students from Trisakti University, Bina Nusantara University, and Indonesia Banking School. 242 respondents has been involved as sampels in the research. Data used in the research consist of primary data collected using a questionaire. Multiple regression analysis will be used in the data analysis to test the hypotheses, and the data will be tested using the 20 version of SPSS The result of the test shows us that dishonesty behavior is proven to have an effect on the academic fraud of accounting students. While moral competence has not shown an effect on the academic fraud of accounting students.</span>

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepemimpinan dan integritas terhadap kinerja anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.</p><p>                Sampel penelitian 96anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng yang didapatkan dengan teknik <em>purposive</em> sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah SmartPLS 3.0. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda.</p><p>                Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen (kepemimpinan dan integritas) mempengaruhi kinerja anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng secara langsung. Kepuasan kerja Gaya kepemimpinan mempengaruhi kinerja anggota polri Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng sementara kepuasan kerjaterbukti sebagai variabel mediasi antara kepemimpian dan integritas terhadap kinerja anggota Polri.</p><p> </p><p><em>This study aims to determine the relationship between leadership and integrity to police officer performance at Ditreskrimum Polda Jateng with work satisfaction as intervening variable. </em></p><p><em>The research sample was 96 members of the police officerDitreskrimum Polda Jateng obtained by purposive sampling technique. Measuring instrument used in this study is Smart PLS 3.0. Methods of data analysis used in this study is a multiple regression analysis. </em></p><p><em>                The results showed that all variable independent (leadership and integrity) affent to police officer performance directly. work satisfaction affent to police officer performance and work satisfaction as intervening variable between leadership and integrity to police officer performance.</em></p>

Abstract. This study examined  the relationship between task oriented leadership style and management of non financial rewards to work motivation at PT.XYZ  Surabaya. Variables measured by the scale of the study variables 4 choices. Research subjects were 62 employees were taken random sampling. Data collected were analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of multiple regression analysis showed variable task oriented leadership style and management on non financial   rewards   associated   significantly  with work motivation (F = 20,911; p = 0,000). Both variables contributed 41,50% of the work motivation. Separately, task oriented leadership style has a highly significant correlation with motivation to work at t = 5,565 amd   p=0,000 ( p< 0,01), non financial rewards management while  significantly    correlated   with   motivation  to  work  with t = 3,997  and  p = 0,000 ( p< 0,01 ).Keywords : task oriented leadership style, management of non financial rewards, work motivation

Student who do not have an interest in lessons will find it difficult to achieve optimal success, and the way students learn also affects student learning outcomes. The research aims to determine the effect of interest in learning and how students learn in understanding student concepts. The type of research used is survey research. The  research subjects were 60 students of class X Ar-Rohmah Islamic Boarding School Dau Malang. The research instrument was adapted and developed from previous research.The concept understanding instrument was adapted from the Energy Concept Assessment and Energy and Momentum Conceptual survey questions. Data processing using multiple regression analysis. The data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis. The data analysis results show that the value of Fcount = 46,946 Ftable = 4.001, these results indicate that there is an influence on students' interest in learning with concept understanding. Obtained the results of testing how to learn and understanding the concept of Fcount = 55.364 Ftable = 4.001, it can be concluded that there is an influence on student learning and conceptual understanding. Furthermore, the results of testing the effect of student interest in learning and learning methods on concept understanding were obtained Fcount = 40.153 Ftable = 3.150, so that there was an effect of interest in learning and learning methods on understanding the concept of business and energy theory

The objectives of this research are to test the tax awareness in relation to the tax compliance and to examine Celengan Padjeg Program which acts as a moderating variable to build a relationship between the tax awareness and the tax compliance. This research was conducted using Convenience sampling consisted of 98 respondents from individual taxpayers in Wonosari, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The sample was fundamentally based on 95 questionnaires. The data analysis method of this research was a multiple regression analysis and test interactions. The analysis results showed that the tax awareness affected the tax compliance with a significance level of 0,000 (<0,05). The Celengan Padjeg Program influenced the relationship between the tax awareness and the tax compliance significantly and it moderated the relationship between two variables.

The research aimed to know the impact of job stress and promotion opportunity on turnover intention of CV. Anisa Fadly Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. This research was a sampling research used 49 respondents and sample saturated method. The data of research were collected by questionnaire, while the data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The result showed that job stress variable has positive (10,872 &gt; 1,67655) and significant (0,000 &lt; 0,05) affect to turnover intention. The variable promotion opportunityon has negative (-0,17) &lt; (1,67655) and insignificant (0,986 &gt; 0,05) affect to turnover intention. From this research obtained R value of 0,717, it means that 71,7% turnover intention variable can be explained by independent variable that is job stress and promotion opportunityon and the rest that is equal to 28,3% explained by variables other then equation.

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. Purpose: This research aims to study the relationship between perception of elderly’s health and health behaviors in Nakhon Nayok province, Thailand Methods: This research was a cross-sectional study. The questionnaire was used to collect the data. This research was conducted in Nakhon Nayok province. The sample size was 270 which applied Taro Yamane's formula at a significant level 0.05. The descriptive statistics was implemented to describe the variables by presenting the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. Furthermore, multiple regression analysis was applied to analyze the relationship between perception of elderly’s health and health behaviors. The statistical significance was considered to reject Hypothesis-null at < 0.05. Results: From a total of 270 people, more than 58.22% of the elderly perceived that they had moderate health conditions. Most elderly had congenital diseases (62.2%). The multiple regression analysis results showed that health status perception and health status perception when compared to their cohort related significantly to health behavior. Conclusion: The government should support the elderly on participation, trust, engagement, and cultural concern of the people in the community, which can contribute to promoting the physical, mental and social condition of the elderly.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.
