The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%. This study aims to determine the effect of the competence of human resources, communication and infrastructure on the readiness of local governments in implementing “PP No. 12 of 2019” in the local government of Rokan Hulu district. The population and sample in this study amounted to 45 OPD or 180 respondents. Sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling, and the data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the competence of human resources, communication and infrastructure has a significant effect on the readiness of local governments in implementing Government Regulation “No. 12 of 2019”.

The purpose of this reaseach to reveal how the West Pasaman regency’s civil servants’ understanding of Islamic values particularly those associated with; (1) sincerity, (2) patience, (3) piety and trust in working influence their work culture. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data is collected through questionnaire and documentation. Quantitative data analysis was performed through multiple regression analysis and partial. This reaserch indicates that (1) the comprehension of Islamic values including sincerity, patience, piety and trust in work at the same time influence the work culture with 38.9% contribution, which is considered low category. (2) Sincerity in work influences work culture at 11.5%, which is very low category. (3) Patience in work influences work culture at 25%, which is low category. (4) Piety and trust in work influence work culture at 31%, which is low category.

This study aimed to investigate the effect of profitability, financial risk and PER on smoothing earnings (Income Smoothing) on Plantation Industries. The data used is secondary data. The number of companies in this study were four plantation company, PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk (AALI), Gozco Plantations Tbk (GZCO), PT London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk (LSIP), PT Sinar Mas Agro Resources and Techlology, Tbk (SMAR) , with the observation period during the years 2008 to 2014. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The findings in this study indicate that profitability, financial risk, and PER simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on the practice of income smoothing (income smoothing). Profitability is partially has a positive and significant impact on the practice of income smoothing (income smoothing). Financial risk partially has a positive and significant impact on the practice of income smoothing (income smoothing). PER partially have a positive influence and significance of the practice of income smoothing (income smoothing).

The purpose of this research is to identify and understand the variables that can influence to purchasing decision through promotion, brand awareness, and choosing distribution channel on consumers of headache medicine of Paramex in retail stores in Duren Jaya area of Eastern Bekasi district. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 75 respondents of Alfamarts and Indomarets loyal customers. Data analysis method used in this research is using SPSS version 22 which include validity, reliability, multicollinearity, heteroskedasticity, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, multiple regression, F test, and t-test, and  also determination coefficient (R2) analysis. The purpose of this research was to find out why people in the city of Bogor tend to be loyal to ojek online compared to other public transportations. This research conducted in Bogor that used descriptive and verification methods by taking 115 samples of consumers of all fleets motorcycle ojek online in Bogor. The data were taken randomly by using iteration calculation as much as three times. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The result of the research shows that the most significant customer loyalty of sub-variable of service quality is reliability. Of the overall population, sub-service quality variables affect customer loyalty 89,5% and the remaining 10,5% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

The development of the banking system as a financial institution in Indonesia benefits the Indonesian economy. At present such a broad market share provides easy expansion for banking development businesses in Indonesia. This study was designed to examine whether the marketing mix of public interest in credit applications at the Bank of Jatim Main Branch of Surabaya. The sample used was customer of the Bank of Jatim Main Branch of Surabaya, as many as 100 people. The data needed was collected by questionnaire. The data analysis method used was multiple regression analysis able to determine the effect between variables. The results of the study showed that the marketing mix had a significant effect on people's interest in applying for credit at the Bank of Jatim Main Branch of Surabaya.

Clothing is very popular these days. Advertising and Personal Sales are very important for companies to promote and influence people to be interested in buying products. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of advertising on interest, to determine the effect of personal selling on buying interest, and to determine the effect of advertising and personal selling on Dr. Ricks Denim. The research method used is descriptive verification, a population of 19,500 people, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results obtained from advertising affect buying interest in Dr. Ricks Denim. Overall respondents indicated that Dr. Ricks Denim Advertising still needs to be improved because there are still some ranks below the average such as information about product clothing models, clothing sizes according to information. Personal sales affect Dr. buying interest Ricks Denim. Overall respondents are considered quite good, this shows that Personal Selling still needs to be improved because there are still a number of ratings below the average. Advertising and personal selling affect Dr.'s buying interest Denim Ricks simultaneously show that Ho was rejected. Thus Personal Advertising and sales can increase consumer buying interest.

The objectives of this research are to test the tax awareness in relation to the tax compliance and to examine Celengan Padjeg Program which acts as a moderating variable to build a relationship between the tax awareness and the tax compliance. This research was conducted using Convenience sampling consisted of 98 respondents from individual taxpayers in Wonosari, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The sample was fundamentally based on 95 questionnaires. The data analysis method of this research was a multiple regression analysis and test interactions. The analysis results showed that the tax awareness affected the tax compliance with a significance level of 0,000 (<0,05). The Celengan Padjeg Program influenced the relationship between the tax awareness and the tax compliance significantly and it moderated the relationship between two variables.

Zakat institution growth is increasing in Indonesia, but the absorption of zakat potential is not optimal yet. Low of intention to pay zakat on institution is one of factor why it is not optimal. This research aims to know the influence of perception in accountability, transparency, and responsibility of zakat institution to intention for paying zakat on DPU DT Yogyakarta. This is field research with primary data and secondary data. The method used to collect the data using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The technique used for sampling is convinience sampling with 51 respondents and suggested the use of multiple regression analysis techniques using SPSS 16.00 for data analysis. The result of this research indicated that all variables significantly influence intention to pay zakat simultaneously. But, the result of test partial indicated that accountability and transparency significantly positive influence to intention of paying zakat, then there is no influence of responsibility.

Customer satisfaction at PT. GO-JEK does not decrease or increase every year, this is due to strategies that continue to strive to always be able to satisfy their customers. This research was conducted to find empirical evidence of the effect of price and service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. GO-JEK in the area around Tebet.Determination of the results of this sample using the Lemeshow formula, from the formula obtained as many as 74 respondents and taken by area (cluser) sampling (sampling by region). Data analysis techniques in the study using multiple regression analysis with the program used was SPSS version 17.00.The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses can be accepted, 1) there is a positive and significant effect between price on customer satisfaction acceptable. 2) There is a positive and significant effect on service quality on customer satisfaction can be accepted. Price is the most influential variable on customer satisfaction of PT. GO-JEK.
