 The purpose of this study was to determine the application of e-taxation systems and the level of understanding of taxation on the level of satisfaction of personal taxpayers in Makassar. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to all taxpayers in Makassar. The population is the taxpayer of individuals registered at the Tax Service Office in the city of Makassar totaling 205,681 taxpayers, while the sample taken amounted to 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression techniques. The results of this study indicate where the proposed hypothesis is accepted because it shows the results of a positive and significant hypothesis test. This means that the effect of applying the e-taxation system and the level of understanding has a significant positive effect on the level of taxpayer satisfaction

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Working Conditions and Work Motivation on the Performance of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)Makassar Employees. Data collection using primary data with Questionnaire Technique whose population was obtained from all PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero)Makassar employees by using the Slovin formula, amounting to 73 employees. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, also tested for classic assumptions in the form of assumptions of Normality, Multicollinearity Assumptions, Heteroscedasticity, and Autocorrelation. The method of data analysis uses multiple regression techniques. Based on the results of the analysis, it turns out that the results of the study indicate that the first hypothesis is accepted because it shows the results of the hypothesis test that there is a significant positive effect. Means Working Conditions contributes significantly to employee performance. The second hypothesis is accepted because it shows a significant positive hypothesis test result. Means Motivation contributes significantly to employee performance. The third hypothesis is accepted because Working Conditions and work motivation have a significant positive effect simultaneously on employee performance.

<p><em>The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the formal knowledge of taxpayers and taxpayer awareness on compliance of vehicle taxpayers in the institution of  Samsat Polda in South Jakarta. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to the Vehicle Taxpayer registered in the Office of South Jakarta Police Samsat. The populations that will be the object of research are all vehicle taxpayers registered in the Office of Samsat Polda in South Jakarta until the period of December 2016. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. This research uses linear regression analysis method. The results of the research showed that the formal knowledge of taxpayers have a significant positive effect on compliance of vehicle taxpayers. The results of this study also concluded that the formal knowledge of taxpayers, and awareness of taxpayers significantly affect the compliance of vehicle taxpayers simultaneously.</em></p>

The bath soap market is constantly changing and competition is getting tougher with the emergence of bath soaps that have a clearer positioning, such as beauty soap, whitening soap, family soap to health soap. Increasing lifestyles of people in Indonesia and changing habits where bathing is no longer just using soap, but by adding fragrance and comfort when wearing it. The higher purchasing power of consumers for a product encourages companies to further improve the quality of their products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Integrated Promotion and Positioning Excellence on Purchasing Decisions in Lux Bath Soap. The population in this study are consumers in the city of Ambon who use Lux bath soap. The sample in this studywere 100 people who bought lux bath soap taken by purposive sampling. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is SPSS version 16.The results of multiple regression analysis namely Y = 0.501 X1 + 0.218 X2 The most influential independent variable on the dependent variable is the integrated Promotion variable (0.501), followed by the Positioning Excellence variable (0.218). T test results show that all independent variables, namely (integrated promotion and positioning superiority) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions) where all independent variables obtain a t value greater than t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained by 0.309 this means that 30.9% of purchasing decisions can be explained by integrated promotion variables and positioning excellence, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The development of business through internet media is increasing, along with the increasing of Internet users in the world especially in Indonesia. Advertising is a factor that is quite important in attracting the Purchace interest of the consumer in this research is Tokopedia in the city of Palembang. Advertising is any form of non-personal communication and promotion of ideas, products or services that are paid for by certain sponsors or that have not yet been identified in order to create consumer buying interest. While buying interest is the tendency of consumers to buy a brand or take actions related to the purchase. In this research, the object of research is Tokopedia consumers in Palembang. The sampling method uses accidental sampling. The data used are primary data by distributing questionnaires directly to Tokopedia application users in the city of Palembang. the number of samples was 349 respondents. The test is carried out in three stages, namely the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test and the hypothesis test The results of this research indicate that advertising has a positive effect on consumer buying interest of Tokedia in Palembang, it can be seen from the regression test results Y = 4,571 + 0.821 + e. If seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) of 80% consumer buying interest can be explained by advertising. While 20% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research such as discounts, brand image, price, availability of goods and others.

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the demand for electrical energy in households in the city of Bengkulu. With the dependent variable (Y) the demand for electrical energy and the independent variable (X) Income, electricity price/tariff, number of family members. In this study using primary data with a total sample of 100 households in the city of Bengkulu. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression.  From the analysis that has been done the results show that the income variable (X1) has a significant and positive effect on the demand for electricity, electricity prices/tariffs (X2) have a significant and negative effect on the demand for electrical energy and the number of family members (X3) has a significant and positive effect on demand for electrical energy.Keywords: Demand for electrical energy, Electricity price/tariff ,Income, Number of family members.

Service quality is an essential aspect in realizing patient satisfaction and behavioral intention in the health service industry. The behavioral intention has been identified as an essential construct in measuring organizational success and affects patient visits. This study aims to determine service quality and patient satisfaction on behavioral intention in the Husada Utama Hospital. This study was quantitative causal research to determine the effect of two or more variables. Primary data collected with a questionnaire include the perceived service quality scale, patient satisfaction scale, and behavioral intention scale. This study's sample was 150 respondents; consist of inpatients room for class 1, 2, and 3 that met inclusion criteria. The sampling method for this study was purposive sampling.  Data analyzed using SEM AMOS to analyze measurement model, structural model, and hypothesis test. This study found that: service quality has a significant positive effect on patient satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on behavioral intention, and there was no positive effect of patient satisfaction on behavioral intention. Service quality has a positive effect on behavioral intention, so patients' increasing behavioral intention can be done by improving the service quality. Further research needs to be conducted to analyze the effect of service quality on the behavioral intention with patient's satisfaction as a mediator; further research also needs to develop a patient's behavioral intention enhancement program.

The results of the study indicate that the first hypothesis is accepted because it shows the results of the hypothesis test that there is a significant positive effect. Means Transformational Leadership contributes significantly to employee performance. The second hypothesis is accepted because it shows a significant positive hypothesis test result. Means Motivation contributes significantly to employee performance. The third hypothesis is accepted because Transformational Leadership is the dominant variable. Means Transformational Leadership has greater contribution than work motivation on employee performance

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on the typical purchasing decisions of Padang City products. This research is a causative descriptive study. The population in this study were people who had used a special embroidery in Padang City using primary data. The sampling technique uses incidental sampling. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is to use path analysis in the SPSS version 23. The results of the study show that: (1) the product has a significant positive effect on the purchase decisions of a typical City of Padang embroidery, (2) the price has a significant positive effect on the purchase purchase of typical City of Padang decisions, (3) the location has a significant positive effect on the purchase decision of Padang, (4) promotion does not have a significant effect on the purchase decision of a typical Padang embroidery.Keywords: products, prices, location, promotion, and purchasing decisions

ABSTRACT This study aims to see "The Influence of Leadership Style and Work Motivation on Employee Election Performance of the City of Bukittinggi". The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression to determine the effect of the independent variables and dependent variables and the hypothesis test using the T test to test the significance level between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results of this study indicate that the Leadership Style variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on employee performance with a calculated t value> from t table (4.504> 2.07) and a significance level of 0.000. While Motivation (X2) has a significant positive effect on employee performance with t count> t table (2.996> 2.07) and a significance value of 0.007. Together, leadership style and work motivation variables contributed 89.3% to employee performance and the remaining 10.7% was explained by other variables not discussed in this study.
