The bath soap market is constantly changing and competition is getting tougher with the emergence of bath soaps that have a clearer positioning, such as beauty soap, whitening soap, family soap to health soap. Increasing lifestyles of people in Indonesia and changing habits where bathing is no longer just using soap, but by adding fragrance and comfort when wearing it. The higher purchasing power of consumers for a product encourages companies to further improve the quality of their products. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Integrated Promotion and Positioning Excellence on Purchasing Decisions in Lux Bath Soap. The population in this study are consumers in the city of Ambon who use Lux bath soap. The sample in this studywere 100 people who bought lux bath soap taken by purposive sampling. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is SPSS version 16.The results of multiple regression analysis namely Y = 0.501 X1 + 0.218 X2 The most influential independent variable on the dependent variable is the integrated Promotion variable (0.501), followed by the Positioning Excellence variable (0.218). T test results show that all independent variables, namely (integrated promotion and positioning superiority) have a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions) where all independent variables obtain a t value greater than t table with a sig level of less than 0.05. And the coefficient of determination (R Square) obtained by 0.309 this means that 30.9% of purchasing decisions can be explained by integrated promotion variables and positioning excellence, while the remaining 69.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. This study aims to analyze the influence of self-motivation and empowerment of human resources (down line) on the effectiveness of transformational leadership (study at PT.Ratu Nusantara in Ambon City), using the several technical analysis model / tool. There are several techniques / approaches to collecting data, namely through interviews, observations, questionnaires and literature. Indicators used to measure the effect of self motivation and downline empowerment on the effectiveness of transformational leadership are motivation, namely the need for achievement, affiliation needs, power needs. Whereas for empowerment that builds strengths and resources by encouraging, motivating and raising employee awareness of their authority and striving for their development. While the effectiveness of transformational leadership is a leader with integrity according to words and actions, which shows the attitude of trustworthiness / honesty as the foundation of a trusting relationship between leaders and employees. The results showed that the coefficient of determination was 0.563 or 56.3%. This means that the two independent variables (self-motivation variables and empowerment variables) in this study were only able to explain 56.3% of the variation that occurred in the dependent variable (the effectiveness of transformational leadership). While other variations of 100% - 56.3% = 43.7% are explained by other variables not explained in this research model. The term financial literacy is the ability of an individual to make decisions in terms of personal financial knowledge. According to Remund (2010) describes five domains of financial literacy namely knowledge of financial concepts, the ability to communicate about financial concepts, the ability to manage finances, the ability to make financial decisions and the confidence to make future plans. 1) Does financial literacy affect the personal financial management behavior of the UKIM faculty of economics? 2) Does income affect the personal financial management behavior of the UKIM faculty of economics? The output of this study is the publication of the results of studies in the National Scientific Journal (with ISSN). In this study the variables to be examined consist of the independent variable (dependent variable), namely capital ownership, dependents and education level, while the dependent variable (independent variable), namely absolute poverty. Time horizon of one stage research (cross sectional). The analysis in this study is the entire lecturer at the UKIM faculty of economics. The research method used in this research is explanatory survey. The population in this study is the whole faculty of economics at UKIM, amounting to 22 people. While the sample in this study is the entire population. Data analysis techniques used in this study are the validity test, reliability test and Chi Square Test.The results of this study indicate that 1) Demographic factors which include income do not affect the financial behavior of the UKIM faculty of economics. 2) Financial literacy has a significant effect on the financial behavior of the UKIM faculty of economicsKeywords: Financial Literacy, Demographic Factors, Financial Management Behavior.

Research was implemented with objective to know Compensation and Spirit at Work empirically to employee Turnover Intention. Data resources from this research were taken from books references, journal, electronic media and interview. Research was implemented to 44 research subjects of operational employee and used probability sampling technique and distribute questionnaire of Compensation, Spirit at Work and Turnover Intention to Employee of PT. Jaya Samudra Bersama, in Ambon. Data analyses had been used regression analyses technique and used SPSS Statistical 16 for windows program. Results of the research are shows that hypothesis use in this research could be accepted. First hypothesis shows that there is a negative influence between Compensation to Turnover Intention with value of correlation are -0,568; it means that if compensation is more higher, employee Turnover Intention will lower. Second hypothesis shows that there is an influence of loyalty to Turnover Intention with correlation value of -0,345 which means that if loyalty higher then employee Turnover Intention will get lower. Third hypothesis shows that there is an influence between Compensation and Spirit at Work to Turnover Intention with value of r = -0,463 which mean that more higher Employee Compensation and Spirit at Work then will lower employee Turnover Intention. While effective contribution of this research to compensation and Spirit at Work to Turnover Intention of employee in PT. Jaya Samudra Bersama are 46,3%. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, promotion and design on the purchasing decisions of Samsung Smartphones in Ambon City. The population in this study is Samsung Smartphone consumers in Ambon. The sample used was 100 respondents with accidental sampling technique. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, while data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. From the F test results it is known that the regression model is feasible to measure the purchasing decisions of Samsung smartphones to consumers in Ambon City. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis of the t test, the results show that product quality, promotion and design have a significant effect on the purchasing decision of Samsung Ambon City Smartphones. Financial management is a set of behaviors carried out through planning, budgeting, and evaluating which includes cash, credit, investment, insurance and retirement, and inheritance planning activities. Financial management practices in the younger generation have received serious attention from various organizations, such as governments, financial institutions, universities, and others. This is because when they began to enter the world of lectures, most of them did not have a sense of responsibility towards their own personal finances also showed that today's young generation rarely practiced basic financial capabilities, such as budgeting, daily savings planning or planning for long-term needs. To answer the research problem, researchers use the Money Attitude Scale (MAS) developed by Yamauchi & Templer (1982), which is a valid measurement tool in assessing the impact of attitudes on money on personal financial management, namely: (1) power-prestige, showing the use of money as a tool to influence and impress others and as a symbol of success, (2) retention-time, describes the use of money directed to the future, which requires financial planning. People with a retention-time attitude will be careful when using money and are very concerned with the financial situation that occurs. This study aims to determine and examine the financial performance achievements of PT. Arwana Citra Mulia Tbk. The analysis used is a quantitative descriptive analysis method where the analysis of financial ratios is used to detect financial performance achievements which are then interpreted in order to obtain the achievement of the company's financial performance achievements. PT Arwana Citra Mulia Tbk's financial performance has tended to be educational, where in 2014 year 2015 the analysis of the company's financial performance has decreased. 2016 began to move up to the end of the analysis, which is 2017. Which experienced a slight condition is the achievement of working capital turnover in 2014 to 2015, but after that decreased very dramatically. Based on the results of this financial ratio analysis, it was concluded that the financial performance of PT. Arwana Citra Mulia Tbk. Fluctuating with the best performance in 2015 and 2016 alone. Central Maluku is an agrarian area which has an abundance of agricultural commodities, especially the plantation sub-sector which is a trading activity in Maluku. one of the sub-sectors is coconut plantations. Coconut (CocosNucifera) is a plantation crop that is widespread in almost all regions of Indonesia. Generally, coconut plants are produced into copra which will later be used as raw materials in making coconut cooking oil. The great potential of coconut in the Sub-District of TNS (TeonNilaSerua), opens opportunities for its citizens to develop small businesses in the middle of processing virgin coconut oil (VCO). In fact, VCO produced by the community in Layeni village, Jerili village and Yafila village, is able to penetrate the consumer market even though the VCO oil production results are not widely known and known by the people of Maluku as a whole about the benefits and benefits of CVO oil produced by small business groups in TNS area.VCO production results are not too well known by consumers in the area of order. "The results of the VCO production of small businesses are marketed to the cities of Ambon, Masohi and the surrounding cities, even outside the city of Ambon, if there are advance orders to the producers. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between the factors that affect the production of small oil VCO industrinwaipiah coconut. The research was carried out by means of observation and interviews and conducting VCO oil production experiments. The observations are recorded, observed and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results obtained are the multiple regression equation is as follows: Y = 4,936 +, 063X1 +, 005X2 + (-, 522) X3 + (-, 0.49) X4. X1 = 0,000 Sig <0.05 or t arithmetic 9,928> t table 2,365, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, X2 = 0.075> 0.05 or 2,086 <t table 2,365 then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, X3 = 0.028 <0 , 05 or t arithmetic -1.387 <t table 2.365 then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, X4 = 0.409 <0.05 or t arithmetic -0.887> t table 2.365 thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The raw material X1 sig 0,000 <0.05 has an impact on VCO oil production. This study aims to determine the strategy to increase sales of mineral water (gallon water) in the Green Park View apartment of three types of brands that are favored by consumers, Aqua, Cleo, Vit. This research is a qualitative study using a SWOT analysis tool. The data collection method is conducting interviews and observations. Based on the results of the research, the strategy taken is to strengthen the salesman team, strengthen brand identity, door-to-door, and set extreme strategies by raising selling prices and providing leeway for some time in paying off his first order. The retail business in Indonesia is increasingly growing and business competition shows a fairly rapid development, but it is not an obstacle for retail entrepreneurs to increase the number of outlets in various regions, PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya which is the object of research at this writing is engaged in the retail distribution of products consumer. This study aims to analyze performance by using the Du Pont system which is a comprehensive measurement tool covering company operations through owned resources to produce net profits that combine debt, asset turnover and profit margins that interact to determine the profitability of assets owned by the company and the return on equity (ROE) generated. From the results of data analysis obtained that the level of Net Profit Margin during the last three years by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk has increased in 2016, amounting to 0.99% (up 0.03%) from 0.96% in 2015 The results of the calculation of Total Asset Turnover over the last three years by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk from 2015 to 2017 decreased in 2016, amounting to 2.88 times (down 0.3 times) from 3.18 times in 2015. Results the calculation of Return on Investment for the last three years by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk from 2015 to 2017 has decreased. ROI in 2016 decreased by 2.85% (down 0.2%) from 3.05% in 2015. The results of the calculation of Equity Multipier over the last three years by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk have increased in 2016 and in 2017 decreased The results of the calculation of Return on Equity over the past three years by PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk experienced an increase in 2016 of 10.49% (up 0.94%) from 9.55% in 2015.
