The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of fund on Cooperatie to assist economicempowerment the Business of Batik Writing. The object of research are batik writing owner atdistrict level in Yogyakarta Indonesia. Batik writing business that are members of Cooperatiesample are Yogyakarta City with 60 respondens. Type of data collected is of primary data andsecondary data. Methods of data analysis used in this research include test validity, reliabilitytest and regression analysis. Based on calculation of regression test to funding of capitalvariable is significant to economic empowerment on the business Batik Writing. Thus it can beconcluded that the more effective use of capital loans made by the authors of batik then theireconomic independence is increasing. This means that the economic welfare of the managedbatik business can be achieved.Keywords: Capital Funding, Cooperatie, Economic Empowerment, Batik Writing.

ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian bantuan langsung masyarakat, pinjaman bergulir, pelatihan dan pendampingan terhadap Peningkatan Mata Pencaharian Keluarga (PMPK) anggota Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) melalui program PNPM pedesaan di Kecamatan Jumantono Karanganyar baik secara pasial maupun secara simultan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah: diduga pemberian bantuan langsung masyarakat, pinjaman bergulir, pelatihan dan pendampingan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Peningkatan Mata Pencaharian Keluarga (PMPK) anggota Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) melalui program PNPM pedesaan di Kecamatan Jumantono Karanganyar baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari jawaban kuesioner. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan sebanyak 84 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitia ini adalah analisis data deskriptif, uji regresi berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi: Y = -4,118 + 0,539X1 + 0,508 X2 + 0,242 X3. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan pemberian bantuan langsung masyarakat, pinjaman bergulir, pelatihan dan pendampingan berpengaruh terhadap Peningkatan Mata Pencaharian Keluarga (PMPK) anggota Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) melalui program PNPM pedesaan di Kecamatan Jumantono Karanganyar baik secara pasial maupun secara simultan. ABSTRACT: This study aims to determine the effect of providing direct community assistance, revolving loans, training and mentoring to increase family livelihoods (PMPK) members of Community Self-help Groups (KSM) through the PNPM rural program in Jumantono Karanganyar District both pasially and simultaneously. The hypothesis in this study is: allegedly providing direct community assistance, revolving loans, training and mentoring has a significant effect on increasing family livelihoods (PMPK) members of Community Self-help Groups (KSM) through the PNPM rural program in Jumantono Karanganyar District, both partially and simultaneously. The data needed in this study are primary data obtained from the answers to the questionnaire. The research sample used was 84 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive data analysis, multiple regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test. Regression analysis results obtained by the regression equation: Y = -4,118 + 0,539X1 + 0,508 X2 + 0,242 X3. Data analysis in this study can be concluded that direct community assistance, revolving loans, training and mentoring have an effect on increasing family livelihoods (PMPK) members of Community Self-help Groups (KSM) through the PNPM rural program in Jumantono Karanganyar District, both pasially and simultaneously.

Abstract: Employee performance is very important for an organization to achieve its goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of work culture, on employee performance, leadership on employee performance, work discipline on employee performance, compensation on employee performance and work culture, leadership, work discipline, compensation on employee performance at PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. The study population is all employees of PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto as many as 623 employees. Determination of sample size with Slovin formula obtained by 86 respondents. The data used is the primary data obtained from the questionnaires distributed to respondents.Tehnik data analysis used is a quantitative approach. The data of the research were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that: Work culture affect the performance of employees means that if the work culture increases then the performance of employees will increase. Leadership affects the performance of employees means that if the existing leadership is conducive to work then the performance of employees will increase, work discipline does not affect the performance of employees means employees who discipline work high and employees who work discipline less have the same performance height, Compensation effect on the performance of meaning if the compensation increases then employee performance will increase, work culture, leadership, work discipline and compensation together affect the employee's performance, meaning that if work culture, leadership, work discipline and compensation together increase the employee performance will increase. Keywords: Working Culture, Leadership, Work Discipline, Compensation, Employee Performance. Abstrak: Kinerja pegawai merupakan hal yang sangat penting bagi organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja, terhadap kinerja pegawai, kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai dan budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto. Populasi penelitian adalah semua karyawan PT. KAI Daop 5 Purwokerto sebanyak 623 orang karyawan. Penentuan ukuran sampel dengan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 86 responden. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada responden.Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya apabila budaya kerja meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya apabila kepemimpinan yang ada sangat kondusif untuk bekerja maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat, Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai artinya pegawai yang disiplin kerjanya tinggi dan pegawai yang disiplin kerjanya kurang memiliki kinerja yang sama tingginya, Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja artinya apabila kompensasi meningkat maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat, Budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, artinya apabila budaya kerja, kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi  secara bersama-sama mengalami peningkatan maka kinerja karyawan akan meningkat. Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the productivity of research lecturers by using the approach of motivation expectancy theory. Primary data was obtained from 185 respondents ie lecturers in private universities in Pekanbaru city. Data analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the lecturer considered the very important thing from the extrinsic motivation that encouraged them to do the research was to get the improvement of functional position, and the lowest level of importance was to obtain the reduction of teaching burden. In view of the importance of intrinsic motivation, lecturers judge that satisfying the need to remain in the field of science today is of paramount importance, and the lowest level of importance as a driver of research is finding better work at other universities.Keywords. Motivation; Expectancy Theory; Research Productivity Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui produktivitas penelitian dosen dengan menggunakan pendekatan motivasi expectancy theory. Data primer diperoleh dari 185responden yaitu dosen yang ada di perguruan tinggi swasta di kota Pekanbaru. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa dosen menganggap hal yang sangat penting dari motivasi ekstrinsik yang menjadi pendorong mereka melakukan penelitian adalah memperoleh peningkatan jabatan fungsional, dan yang paling rendah tingkat kepentingannya adalah memperoleh pengurangan beban mengajar. Dilihat tingkat kepentingan dari  motivasi intrinsic, dosen menilai bahwa memuaskan kebutuhan untuk tetap pada bidang ilmu saat ini adalah yang sangat penting, dan yang paling rendah tingkat kepentingan sebagai pendorong melakukan penelitian adalah  menemukan pekerjaan yang lebih baik pada perguruan tinggi yang lain.Katakunci. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competency, independence, and auditor ethics on audit quality in Inspectorate Office. Type of this research is a quantitative researh. The population in this study were auditors in inspectorate office West Sumatera province with 35 samples taken. The technique of sample collection is total sampling method. The sources of the data of this research is the primary data. The technique of the data collection is questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Data analysis methods used in this study are multiple linier regression analysis, with audit quality as the dependent variabel, competency, independence and auditor ethics as the independent variabel. This result of the reseacrh support the third hypotheses, where the research shows that auditor ethics has an effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspectorate West Sumatera province. The results also show that competency and independence have no effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspecorate West Sumatera provinsi.

This study aims to determine the effect of investigative audit techniques, auditor experience and auditor professionalism on the disclosure of fraud with spiritual intelligence as a moderating variable. The data used in this study are primary data with a questionnaire as an instrument. The number of samples in this study were 60 respondents. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out using the statistical test t. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression analysis and moderation regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) data processing software version 17.0 for windowS. The results of this study indicate that investigative audit techniques have a significant effect on disclosure of fraud. While the auditor's experience and auditor professionalism have no effect on disclosure of fraud. Moderate regression analysis shows that spiritual intelligence can moderate investigative audit techniques, auditor experience and auditor professionalism on disclosure of fraud

Abstract Influence of training and motivation on performance of employees at PT PAM Lyonnase Jaya (PALYJA). 2017. This research aims to find out how the influences between the training and motivation on performance of employees. Data collection using the questionnaire given to the respondents to obtain primary data and secondary data to obtain an libraries. While the method of data analysis using the test validity dan reliability, test the assumptionsof classical, test hypotheses, multiple linier regression analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination of the significance of the T-test, and a test of the significance of f. Result of the research indicate that training has a strong influence on performance of employees and motivation have influence of 66,8% on performance of employees and the remaining 33,2% are influenced by other factors.Keywords: Training, Motivation, Employee Performance.AbstrakPengaruh Pelatihan dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada head office PT PAM Lyonnase Jaya (PALYJA). 2017. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden untuk memperoleh data primer dan studi kepustakaan untuk memperolah data sekunder. Sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien determinasi, uji signifikansi T dan uji signifikansi F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pelatihan memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan dan motivasi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 66,8% terhadap kinerja karyawan dan sisanya 33,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan

<span class="fontstyle0">The objectives of this research is to analyze and provide empirical proves about the influences of dishonesty behavior dan moral competence towards academic fraud of accounting students. The variable used in the research are dishonesty behavior and moral competence. The population of the research is the accounting students from Trisakti University, Bina Nusantara University, and Indonesia Banking School. 242 respondents has been involved as sampels in the research. Data used in the research consist of primary data collected using a questionaire. Multiple regression analysis will be used in the data analysis to test the hypotheses, and the data will be tested using the 20 version of SPSS The result of the test shows us that dishonesty behavior is proven to have an effect on the academic fraud of accounting students. While moral competence has not shown an effect on the academic fraud of accounting students.</span>

This study aims to determine whether the marketing mix (products, prices, promotions, distribution places/channels, people, processes and physical facilities) simultaneously influence purchasing decision at Gramedia Manado. This research was conducted at Gramedia Bookstore, Jl. Sam Ratulangi No. 45, South Wenang, Manado City. This research was conducted from October to November 2020. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach to see causal relationships. This study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data is the result of direct data collection from informants by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have made at least two purchases at Gramedia Manado. Secondary data is obtained from existing sources (books, journals, websites, etc.) for reference in making reports. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the marketing mix simultaneously had an effect and was significant on purchasing decisions at Gramedia Manado.*eprm*

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Market segmentation has a positive significant effect on decision purchase simcard Axis in Padang city. 2) Positioning has a positive significant effect on decision purchase simcard  Axis in Padang city.  Keyword: market segmentation simcard axis, positioning simcard axis, purchase decision simcard axis
