Functional positions or academic positions of lecturers are positions that indicate the duties, responsibilities, authorities and rights of a person in higher education which in its implementation is based on certain independent skills. The collection of lecturers' functional position files before the existence of this system was still done manually, by collecting files or portfolios in hard files and sent to LLDikti 6. This administrative aspect is one of the barriers for lecturers in improving competence. There are also a number of lecturers who do not yet have the ability to implement information technology related to the collection of functional position files. This community service was carried out with a webinar, which discussed the use of information technology called REJAFA (repository jabatan fungsional). The results of the community service were quite interactive and the enthusiasm of the participants was quite good because the main discussion was related to optimizing the REJAFA system to improve document filing for the functional positions of lecturers.

The study investigated the association of orthostatic hypotension (OH) with functional position change and balance in older adults with hypertension. The presence of OH was assessed with intermittent (OH intermittent) and continuous blood pressure (OH continuous) monitoring. The change in functional position was tested with sitting to standing assessment, balance performance using activity specific balance confidence scale (ABC), and timed up and go test (TUG). Testing unilateral and bilateral standing with and without altered sensory inputs was tested using the Humac balance system. ABC, TUG, and standing up time showed no significant association with OH intermittent and OH continuous. A significant association was found between bilateral standing with eyes closed on foam surface for overall stability index and OH intermittent. Older people with hypertension may be routinely examined for OH and appropriate intervention strategies should be included for comprehensive care.

Among the orders in which political discourse is expressed in France, the televised presidential interview of the 14th of July is unique. With a tradition stretching back four decades, these interviews take place in a context of great formality that is intended to give the presidential word institutional rank, albeit subject to the risks associated with an interview. On the one hand, the paradigm of the interview places the president in a functional position of dependence. On the other hand, the political interview has evolved in recent times towards an adversarial style (Clayman&Heritage, 2002) to which those of the 14th of July are not immune. This article focuses upon the presidential interview granted by Emmanuel Macron in 2020, broadcast for the first time on YouTube, to analyze with the tools of Discourse Analysis how it fights the speech acts that threaten the presidential status, now also exposed in the digital environment.

The construct state nominal is a basic, high frequency syntactic construction in Arabic, in which two nominal expressions form a tightly-linked head-dependent construction realising a range of semantic relations. Despite its central importance in the grammar of Arabic, this construction has received very little attention to date in the LFG literature on Arabic, while Falk (2001) and Falk (2007) discuss the corresponding Hebrew construction. Outside of LFG, the majority of accounts posit some sort of movement of the head N to a higher functional position. Within an LFG perspective, a key issue concerns the grammatical function of the dependent nominal, which Sadler argues can be uniformly assigned the POSS function.

Tooth replacement rates of polyphyodont cartilaginous and bony fishes are hard to determine because of a lack of obvious patterning and maintaining specimens long enough to observe replacement. Pulse-chase is a fluorescent technique that differentially colours developing mineralized tissue. We present in situ tooth replacement rate and position data for the oral and pharyngeal detentions of Ophiodon elongatus (Pacific lingcod). We assessed over 10 000 teeth, in 20 fish, and found a daily replacement rate of about two teeth (3.6% of the dentition). The average tooth is in the dental battery for 27 days. The replacement was higher in the lower pharyngeal jaw (LPJ). We found no difference between replacement rates of feeding and non-feeding fish, suggesting feeding was not a driver of tooth replacement. Lingcod teeth have both a size and location fate; smaller teeth at one spot will not grow into larger teeth, even if a large tooth nearby is lost. We also found increased rates of replacement at the posterior of the LPJ relative to the anterior. We propose that lingcod teeth do not migrate in the jaw as they develop; their teeth are fated in size and location, erupting in their functional position.

This article discusses how to design the passing grade of field competency selection (SKB)   for the needs of the recruitment process for prospective Government Employees with a Work Agreement (PPPK) who will fill the formation of Functional Positions at the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP). The absence of government guidelines in designing the passing grade value for PPPK candidates triggers Ministries/Institution to design the passing grade value SKB as a necessity in the recruitment process. Research through empirical studies designed the passing grade value SKB for the KKP Functional Position using the Ebel method approach, the Trial Method, and the Judgment Method. The results of the study reveal that the technique of designing the the passing grade value SKB is very dependent on the technical policy of preparing questions so that it is easier, more precise in considering the standard setting method approach or determining the method approach to designing the passing grade value SKB.The  passing grade value SKB for the Functional Position of the KKP Guiding Agency based on the three methods obtained results that have close values or differences that are not too significant. The range of values between the interval 45 – 55 absolute numbers. This data indicates that between the technical policy of problem formulation and determining the Ebel method as an approach to the standard setting method in designing the passing grade  value is correct and inline.  Keywords: PPPK, Passing Grade  Value, Methods Approach

Starting in 1988, the Indonesian government has authorized the librarian profession to become a functional position. Functional positions are regulated gradually, and finally with the decision of KEMENPAN RB 132/KEP/M.PAN/12/2002 concerning Functional Librarians. As a profession that the state has recognized, librarians must be responsible for all actions both of fellow librarian professions, organizations, and to themselves. Each member of the Indonesian Librarian Association is responsible for implementing the code of ethics in the highest standards for the needs of users, professions, libraries, professional organizations, and the community. Librarians must not only know about the librarian’s code of ethics, but librarians must also implement it. The purpose of this study is to determine the perception of students class of the 2019 library and information science study program on the importance of implementing the librarian code of ethics. Later, it can provide knowledge to libraries, especially in Indonesia about the importance of implementing a librarian code of ethics. The method used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The results showed that students of library and information science study program class of 2019 Indonesian Educational University strongly agreed to implement the librarian code of ethics according to IPI with results above 85%. The implementation of the code of ethics will impact the library and the librarian for the achievement of the shared goals of the library.
