PENGARUH BAURAN PEMASARAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN  DI GRAMEDIA MANADO

This study aims to determine whether the marketing mix (products, prices, promotions, distribution places/channels, people, processes and physical facilities) simultaneously influence purchasing decision at Gramedia Manado. This research was conducted at Gramedia Bookstore, Jl. Sam Ratulangi No. 45, South Wenang, Manado City. This research was conducted from October to November 2020. This research is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach to see causal relationships. This study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data is the result of direct data collection from informants by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who have made at least two purchases at Gramedia Manado. Secondary data is obtained from existing sources (books, journals, websites, etc.) for reference in making reports. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the marketing mix simultaneously had an effect and was significant on purchasing decisions at Gramedia Manado.*eprm*

AbstractThis study aimed to describe the process and “Selayang Pandang” Dance art learning for blind students at PSBN TUAH SAKATO Padang. This type of research used a qualitative descriptive approach. The types of data in this study were primary data and secondary data. The techniques of data collection were by observing 6 people, interviews with instructors and documentation. The main instrument in this study was the researchers themselves and assisted with supporting instruments such as notebooks and digital cameras / mobile phone cameras. Techniques of data analysis were carried out with the following steps: observing, describing data, and concluding the results of the discussion. The results of the “Selayang Pandang” Dance art learning was well shown by the results of evaluations of 6 children who were 4 of them have achieved good category scores, 1 child reaches a very good category, and only 1 child with enough category. However, the process of learning dance art at PSBN TUAH SAKATO is successful, because even though children with disabilities can dance as normal children.Keywords: learning dance Selayang Pandang

Abstract The article of this research is know how to main base into consideration Bank Rakyat Indonesia in doing Agroniaga, Bank acquisitions and ownership as well as knowing the order management after the acquisition of pengambilalhian shares or conducted by the people’s Bank of Indonesia against the Bank Agroniaga of Law Number 10 Of 1998 changes to the Law Number Number 7 Of 1992. This research is socio legal. The research is descriptive. Types of data used include primary data and secondary data, which includes primary legal materials and legal secondary materials. Data collection techniques used with interviews and studies library. Data analysis techniques used in this research was the qualitative analysis. The results of research and discussion of the basic considerations that Rakyat Indonesia Bank in the acquisition of the Agroniaga Bank business expansion, addition of assets as there are similarities in core business, namely in the field of agribusiness, the demand for Indonesia of Bank to Rakyat Indonesia Bank to acquire Agroniaga Bank who are going through a slump. Agroniaga Bank ownership after being acquired belong to the people’s Indonesia of Bank. Management of the Agroniaga Bank chosen unilaterally by the people’s Indonesia of Bank.Keywords : Rakyat Indonesia Bank and Agroniaga Bank, acquisition, basic considerations, ownership and governance.Abstrak Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai dasar utama yang menjadi pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam melakukan akuisisi Bank Agroniaga, dan mengetahui kepemilikan serta susunan kepengurusan sesudah akuisisi atau pengambilalhian saham yang dilakukan oleh Bank Rakyat Indonesia terhadap Bank Agroniaga ditinjau dari Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 1998 perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 1992. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yang bersifat deskriptif. Jenis data yang digunakan meliputi data primer dan data sekunder, yang mencakup bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan bahwa dasar pertimbangan Bank Rakyat Indonesia dalam melakukan akuisisi Bank Agroniaga yaitu ekspansi bisnis, penambahan aset karena terdapat kemiripan pada core bussines yaitu dibidang agribisnis, permintaan Bank Indonesia kepada Bank Rakyat Indonesia untuk mengakuisisi Bank Agroniaga yang sedang mengalami keterpurukan. Kepemilikan Bank Agroniaga setelah diakuisisi menjadi milik Bank Rakyat Indonesia. Kepengurusan Bank Agroniaga dipilih secara sepihak oleh Bank Rakyat Indonesia.Kata kunci: Bank Rakyat Indonesia dan Bank Agroniaga, akuisisi, dasar pertimbangan, kepemilikan dan kepengurusan

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of competency, independence, and auditor ethics on audit quality in Inspectorate Office. Type of this research is a quantitative researh. The population in this study were auditors in inspectorate office West Sumatera province with 35 samples taken. The technique of sample collection is total sampling method. The sources of the data of this research is the primary data. The technique of the data collection is questionnaires. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Data analysis methods used in this study are multiple linier regression analysis, with audit quality as the dependent variabel, competency, independence and auditor ethics as the independent variabel. This result of the reseacrh support the third hypotheses, where the research shows that auditor ethics has an effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspectorate West Sumatera province. The results also show that competency and independence have no effect on audit quality of examiners at the inspecorate West Sumatera provinsi.

This research was carried out to explore the layoff situation among the Airline industry during the COVID-19 pandemic and suggest the alternative strategies that would consider by the Airline company. The method used in this research is an online questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents as the primary data collection and the secondary data analysis from the empirical studies that can obtain from electronic and non-electronic media. The findings of this research indicated that one of the suggested alternative strategies, Furlough, is the most recommended one. However, Attrition and Hiring Freeze strategy has less recommended because of the low effectiveness of this strategy on downsizing companies. The study enables the airline company to consider the alternative strategies on their downsizing policy in order to minimize the employees and company loss.

The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of lifestyle and brand image simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency. The research framework used in this research is causal quantitative. The sample used in this research determined through accidental sampling. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The research instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire and the data analysis technique done by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research are: 1) lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, 2) Brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency, and 3) Lifestyle and brand image have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones in Buleleng Regency.

This study aims to analyze the income of potato farming in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Sampling in this study was carried out by simple random sampling, as many as 30 farmers who worked on potatoes. This research uses primary and secondary data. Primary data collection was carried out by direct interview with potato farmers in Sinsingon Village. Secondary data were collected from the Sinsingon Village Office and Passi Timur Sub-district Agriculutural Extension Office. Data analysis uses the formula for income and R / C ratio. The results showed that the average potato farm receipts per farmer was Rp. 18,746,000 and the total average cost per farmer is Rp. 10,891,458.33 and produce an average income per farmer of Rp. 7,854,541.67 so as to obtain an R / C ratio of> 1 which is 1.72, it means that the potato farming in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District is experiencing profit so that this business is worth the effort.*eprm*

AbstrakPermasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kerajinan sulaman kruistik di nagari Embunpagi Kabupaten Agam. Kerajinan sulaman kruistik merupakan salah satu kerajinan di Nagari Embunpagi yang mempunyai nilai keindahan tersendiri yang banyak diminati. Sulaman kruistik adalah sulaman yang memakai jahitan benang yang bersilangan membentuk huruf x diatas kain tenunan sejajar.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk kerajinan sulaman kruistik dilihat dari segi desain dan motif di Nagari Embunpagi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Jenis data yaitu berupa data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari pimpinan dan karyawan usaha dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang dilakukan bersifat induktif berdasarkan fakta- fakta yang ditemukan dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah bentuk desain motif berupa naturalis dengan bentuk bunga dan daun, dan bentuk geometris berupa garis- garis yang disusun.. Kata Kunci: sulaman, kruistik embunpagi.AbstractThe problem in this study was to find out about the crusical embroidery craft in the Embunpagi village of Agam Regency. Crystalline embroidery is one of the handicrafts in Nagari Embunpagi that has its own beauty value that is in great demand. Crewistic embroidery is embroidery that uses cross stitches forming letters x on parallel woven fabrics. The aim of this study is to describe the shape of the crew embroidery craft in terms of design and motif in Nagari Embunagi. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The type of data is in the form of primary data, namely data obtained from business leaders and employees and secondary data obtained from documentation. Data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques performed are inductive based on facts found and conclusions drawn. The results of the research obtained are the form of motif design in the form of naturalists with flower and leaf shapes, and geometric shapes in the form of lines arranged. Learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments is an activity of learning the art of calligraphy in developing the potential of students to foster creativity, instill value, and develop productive abilities by using harmless materials, namely using colored plants. The purpose of this research was to determine the process and to obtain calligraphy work in learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments. The type of method used in this research is field qualitative research. The data sources in this study were divided into two: first, primary data sources consisting of the principal, educators, and students of SDN 8 Kawunglarang Rancah; second, secondary data sources obtained through tracing of various references. Furthermore, the data collection instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation, as well as the data analysis techniques used, namely through three stages including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the process of learning the art of calligraphy based on chemical experiments includes the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. The work of SDN 8 Kawunglarang students is still in the basic stages so there are several mistakes in its making.

The objective of this research is to know rambutan fruit income ratio during holiday and not holiday. This research was conducted in Talawaan Village Talawaan Subdistrict. For three months, ie from June to August 2015, from preparation, data collection to the preparation of research reports. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews to 20 (twenty) respondents of rice farmers and 20 respondents for sellers of Rambutan Fruit and secondary data obtained from the government of Talawaan subdistrict of North Minahasa. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, where the data collected will be presented in tabular form. The results showed that agro-tourism influenced the income of rambutan fruit seller is seen from the day of the holiday increment compared to the day is not a holiday.

This research was conducted to find out and analyze the coverage of junior high school and madrasah tsanawiyah services to the user community in Cepogo District. The research used descriptive geographical research method using map analysis and the data collection methods used were documentation studies and field observations. The data collection technique in this study used a population that includes all junior secondary schools and Islamic elementary schools in Cepogo sub-district with primary data in the form of school locations obtained through field measurements using GPS (Global Potential System) and secondary data obtained from agencies authority and results from previous studies. The data analysis technique used was secondary data analysis techniques and map analysis techniques using buffer analysis. The results showed that there was a difference between supply (number of elementary school graduates) and demand (study group) in which supply was greater than demand. In addition, the coverage of education facilities at the junior high school / MTs level in Cepogo District is in accordance with the minimum standards of the national education minister's regulation no. 24 of 2007 concerning the maximum distance to education facilities, which is no more than 6 km with no hazardous track.
