Every human being cannot choose whether he/she will be born normally or not. To be born normally or not is of Allah's decision. Every parent must realize this so that they will not regard their children born as individuals with special needs as disgrace and disaster. Such children deserve education and teaching because they are also given the potential by Allah to understand their needs to survive. How to educate them becomes an interesting issue to be studied. Thus, this study qualitatively addressed teachers� strategies in Islamic education learning for children with special needs in SLBN 1 Kepahiang, Bengkulu. The findings of this study exhibited that the teachers� strategies in Islamic Education learning for children with special needs in SLBN 1 Kepahiang were initiated by taking account of several aspects, namely: 1) service to students focused on the patterns of teachers� behavior in educational interactions at school; 2) curriculum adjustment; and 3) the implementation of learning by applying the methods of demonstration and habituation, especially for the materials of worshiping practices.Keywords: Strategies, Islamic Education Learning, Children with Special Needs

Issues of Liberation Education for children with special needs (Heward), (Wiyani 2014: 2) become a n interesting phenomenon that requires educational innovation. the philosophy of ABK education innovation is liberation both physically and psychologically, as human beings. Bandhie Delphie (2012: 2) revealed that children with special needs have their own learning characteristics and specificities. Likewise, children with special needs at the Leleani PLB school and Pelita Kasih Ambon. They need a pattern of liberation education as a way of humanization. The purpose of this paper is to design liberation education to find patterns of education that free children with special needs. The implication is that every child will accept his existence as a free human being, an independent human being, especially a humanist person. The method used to collect and analyze problems based on research data is qualitative with a descriptive approach whose results are dialogue and communication with love and affection. Apart from that consientization (Freire, 1984: 41) self as a human being. The conclusion of liberation education through dialogue and communication in love and affection and the effort to build self-awareness of children with special needs is the design of liberation education for children with special needs as a way to discover the human nature of themselves as human beings.

Education is the most basic need for every human being, even children with special needs also really need education. Given the importance of education for all, education for children with special needs is facilitated by disability or inclusive-based classes. The inclusive class model as an alternative recommended by the government to serve children with special needs. This study aims to find out the extent of planning, implementation, evaluation, and impact points of learning implementation Islamic education in inclusive schools at Malang city. This research used a qualitative approach, a type of case study with a multi-site study design. The data collected is organized, interpreted, and analyzed in cross-site cases and analyses. research instruments used include interviews, observation, and documentation. The results are Planning standard of islamic education learning in the inclusion class is the same as other schools using the 2013 curriculum which includes syllabus and learning planning. It's just that the special assistant teacher made a design of teaching materials that are appropriate to the situation of each child with special disabilities. Implementation Standard, there are at least many models, including inclusion classes, used regular full inclusion classes with simplified indicators, cluster classes, and pull out using individual learning programs. Evaluation conducted by disability schools is to separate between normal students and those with special disabilities who differ in the description of the indicators. Another model in this school the difference between normal students and those with special needs, the assessment system of students with special needs.

Children with special needs are responsible in playing their role as servant and caliph of Allah. Therefore, Islamic Education teachers are highly accountable in educating and guiding special needs children to be able to know the Quran and perform worship in daily life. The purpose of this study is to explain the roles of Islamic Education teachers as murabbi. This is a qualitative research that uses an approach of literature research. The study had found that Islamic Education teachers play a big role to educate their students especially children with special needs and have responsibility to change muslim people in our country. Therefore, Islamic Education teachers need to be equipped with knowledge in all fields, rabbani thought and good attitude to give their best service as murabbi. Oleh itu, guru-guru Pendidikan Islam memikul tugas dan amanah yang berat dalam mendidik dan membimbing kanak-kanak berkeperluan khas supaya dapat mengenal al-Quran dan melaksanakan ibadat dalam kehidupan seharian. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peranan guru Pendidikan Islam sebagai murabbi. Kajian ini merupakan kajian kualitatif iaitu dengan merujuk kepada bahan-bahan penulisan seperti buku-buku ilmiah, bab dalam buku, dan artikel jurnal yang berkaitan dengan tajuk kajian. Dapatan kajian mendapati guru Pendidikan Islam sebagai murabbi memainkan peranan dan tanggungjawab yang besar dalam mendidik pelajar khususnya kanak-kanak berkeperluan khas dan turut memainkan peranan sebagai agen perubahan negara yang membentuk masyarakat. Oleh itu, guru Pendidikan Islam perlu menyiapkan diri dengan penguasaan ilmu dalam semua bidang, pemikiran rabbani dan sikap yang terpuji bagi meneruskan perkhidmatan yang cemerlang sebagai murabbi. Education plays a very pivotal role for human beings in achieving social welfare, without any discrimination, including children with special needs. The existence of inclusive schools becomes a solution in fulfilling special needs children’s right to education. It is due to the fact that they can learn and socialize with physically and mentally healthy children in inclusive schools. This present study aims to explore the learning concept of Islamic education applied for teaching children with special needs at SD Semai Jepara, one of inclusive schools in Central Java-Indonesia. A qualitative descriptive approach was designed in this research. The findings promote that the implementation of Islamic education at SD Semai Jepara was similar to the one in regular schools. It indicates that the materials taught to the students were just the same. Nonetheless, the teaching methods used in delivering the materials were different. One of the teaching methods employed in teaching Islamic education for the special needs children was parody. Additionally, in certain materials, the children were divided into two learning groups, namely: large and small ones, to enhance the teaching and learning processes. This study also exposes that the teachers are supposed to be as creative as possible in creating appropriate learning atmosphere in teaching Islamic education since there are lots of students with the variety of backgrounds who possess special needs.

The problem of this research is to reveal the problems that occur about the efforts of Islamic Education teachers in improving the abilities of children with special needs in reading and writing the Koran through the Iqro 'method. And what are the problems of children with special needs in the ability to read and write the Koran at SLB Bina Sejahtera. This study aims to determine how Islamic Islamic education teachers are trying to improve the ability to read and write the Qur'an through the Iqro 'method, and to find out the problems of the ability to read and write the Qur'an in children with special needs in SLB Bina Sejahtera. In this study, using a qualitative method which has natural characteristics as a  source of direct data. The subject of this research is shown to the Islamic Religious Education Teacher. Researchers in this case applied several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the PAI teacher's efforts in improving the ability to read and write the Qur'an through the Iqro 'method for children with special needs, including; giving enthusiasm and affection, giving gifts, separating seats for each child, being taught one by one to do repetition of readings so that they are easy to remember and understand, as well as adding image media. The existence of this teacher's effort is able to improve the ability of children with special needs in reading and writing the Qur'an. And the problems that occur in children with special needs in reading and writing the Qur'an have different abilities.

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pendidikan yang diperuntukkan bagi semua anak, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus. Anak berkebutuhan khusus memiliki karakter yang berbeda-beda, khususnya slow learner dalam pembelajaran mengalami keterlambatan dalam memahami materi. Oleh karena itulah diperlukan peran orangtua dan guru pembimbing khusus untuk membantu memberikan pendidikan yang lebih baik sesuai dengan karakternya. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana peran orangtua dan guru pembimbing khusus kepada slow learner di SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peran orangtua dan guru pembimbing khusus kepada slow learner di SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat beberapa peran orangtua yaitu meliputi: orangtua sebagai pendamping utama, orangtua sebagai advokat, orangtua sebagai guru, orangtua sebagai diagnostian. Serta peran guru pembimbing khusus yang meliputi: merancang dan melaksanakan program kekhususan, melakukan identifikasi, asesmen dan menyususn program pembelajaran individual, memodifikasi bahan ajar, melakukan evaluasi, dan membuat laporan program dan perkembangan anak berkebutuhan khusus. Dengan peran peran tersebut, maka sebagian besar anak berkebutuhan khusus di SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun dapat memberikan layanan dengan baik. Saran untuk penelitian ini orangtua senantiasa mendorong anaknya untuk belajar bersungguh-sungguh di rumah dan di skolah, serta menyediakan fasilitas belajar yang mendukung perkembangan pendidikan bagi anaknya. Kata Kunci: peran guru pembimbing khusus, peran orangtua, slow learner   ABSTRACT Background of the study was the existence of education aimed at all children, including children with special needs. Children with special needs have different characters, thus affecting their learning achievement. Therefore, the role of parents and special tutors were needed to help them improve learning achievement. The research question of this research was how the role of parents and special guidance teachers towards learning achievement of children with special needs in SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. The focus of this research was the role of parents and special guidance teachers on learning achievement of children with special needs in grades 1, 2 and 3 of SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents and special guidance teachers on the learning achievement of children with special needs in Arcawinangun 5 Public Elementary School. This type of research was qualitative research with a case study approach. Technique of data collection was observation, interviews, documentation and source triangulation. The results of this research indicated that there were several roles of parents, namely: parents as the main companion, parents as advocates, parents as teachers, parents as diagnostics. As well as the role of a special mentor teacher which includes: designing and implementing specific programs, identifying, assessing and arranging individual learning programs, modifying teaching materials, evaluating, and making program reports and development of children with special needs.With this role, most of the children with special needs in SD Negeri 5 Arcawinangun can improve their learning achievement well.Suggestions of this research were parents always encourage their children to study seriously at home and at school, and provide learning facilities that support the development of education for their children.
