This study aims to determine emotional dissonance, emotional intelligence as well as organizational commitment and their influences on job satisfaction of employees of Bank BUMN (state-owned banks) in Indonesia. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The research population is 283 front office employees from 7 state-owned banks in Indonesia consisting of tellers, customer services staff, and marketing staff. All the 283 populations studied entirely. The methods of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of test and analysis show that emotional dissonance has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank BUMN in Indonesia, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction and commitment have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees of Bank BUMN in Indonesia.

This research aims to learn further regarding the impact caused by Organizational Commitment, Career Development and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The research population amounted to 140 respondents with a sample filtered of 95 respondents who were employees at Head Office and Site Office of PT. Map Surveillances. The quantitative descriptive research method used multiple linear regression analysis through the version 22 SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social) application program. The results showed that Organizational Commitment, Career Development and Work Environment had a positive and significant impact on Job Satisfaction both partially and simultaneously.

Research with the title The Effect of Employment Status on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment takes the object of non-educational employees at UWKS Surabaya where this research was conducted to see whether employees with contract employee status and employees with permanent employee status have differences in job satisfaction and organizational commitment and to see whether job satisfaction influences organizational commitment. The population in this study were all non-educational employees at Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya. Sampling in this study was carried out using the convenience sampling method. In this study, the researcher distributed questionnaires to 70 respondents, and 60 have returned. To test hypotheses 1 and 2 using the independent sample t-test and hypothesis 3 using multiple linear regression analysis. After testing, the results showed that the work decision between Contract employees with employees were still no different, likewise, for organizational commitment, there was also no difference, whereas, for the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, the results showed that job satisfaction affected organizational commitment, where if job satisfaction increases, organizational commitment will also increase or it was said that between job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a positive effect.

Organizations hold a very important key in helping employees to build organizational commitment. The purpose of the study was to analyze, to determine the effect of work family conflict and job satisfaction on organizational commitment at PT. Pacific Express Garment Denpasar. The sample was determined by 45 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to employees of PT. Pacific Express Garment Denpasar and analyzed using descriptive statistics on average counts and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that work-family conflict variables had a negative and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Pacific Denpasar Garment Garment and Job Satisfaction variables have a positive effect on Organizational Commitment of employees of PT. Pacific Express Garment Denpasar. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work motivation of organizational citizenship behavior in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The population in this research is all employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa which amounted to 32 people. The sample used in this study is the entire population of 32 people with the participation of leaders. By the method of determining saturated sampling is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population used as a sample. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation to OCB in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The results showed that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on OCB employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa. That is, the higher job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation owned by employees, it will increase the OCB LPD employees Tanjung Benoa.

The purpose of this study is to find out how organizational commitment, job stress, and job satisfaction affect turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT Satya Ardhia Angkasa (Outsourcing PT Angkasa Pura II Persero) in Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 of Soekarno–Hatta Airport. This type of research is included in quantitative research with a total population of all employees working at PT Satya Ardhia Angkasa located in Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 of Soekarno–Hatta Airport with a Sample of 100 employees. This research data collection technician uses interviews and questioners. The analysis method uses classic assumption testing, data validity, and reality testing as well as hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed using SPSS 23.0 for windows. Based on the results of determination coefficient tests resulting in an Adjusted R Square value of 0.433 or 43.3%, this shows the effect of Organizational Commitment, Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intentions. The remaining 56.7% influenced the results found in this study of Organizational Commitment, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction have a simultaneous and significant effect on turnover intentions

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational justice, and organizational commitment to employee turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga Denpasar. The total population in this study is 45 employees, and obtained the target population which is a sample of 34 employees with probability sampling method. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that job satisfaction has a negative effect and significant employee turnover intention. These results prove that if the higher job satisfaction perceived by employees, the lower turnover intention employees. Organizational justice has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. These results prove that the higher the employees feel the fairness of the organization the lower turnover intention employees. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. These results prove that the higher the commitment in the company, it will be able to reduce employee turnover intention.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational justice, on OCB, to determine the effect of organizational commitment on OCB and to determine the effect of job satisfaction on OCB on Dash Hotel Seminyak. The method of determining the sample in this study was conducted by Slovin approach so that the number of respondents was 91 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results obtained in this study are organizational justice that has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows that the better organizational justice given to Dash Hotel Seminyak, the OCB of employees will also increase. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows the higher organizational commitment of Dash Hotel Seminyak employees, the OCB level for employees will also increase. And job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This shows that the higher job satisfaction of Dash Hotel Seminyak employees, the higher the OCB level for employees. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Puskesmas Kalibawang, Kulon Progo. This research is a causal associative with quantitative approach. The data obtained by primary data using questionnaire method. Hypothesis testing in this reasearch are multiple linear regression analysis, F-test and T-test used to examined research model and determine the effect of independent variables to the dependent variable. The results showed a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership, organizationalcommitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance (sig. 0,000 < 0.05). T-test showed no effect of transformational leadership on employee performance (sig. 0,844 > 0,05). Organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance (sig. 0,011 < 0,05) and job satisfaction also havepositive and significant effect to employee performance (sig. 0,032 < 0,05).

This research was conducted at the Toya Devasya Natural Hot Spring & Camping Resort, located in puri bening road (STA), toya bungkah, kintamani, Bangli, Bali. The number of respondents in this study were 102 contract employees. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 16 indicators. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Turnover intention is the desire of employees to withdraw from where they work. A high turnover intention will have a bad impact on the organization, therefore it must be considered several variables that affect turnover intention. This study aims to 1. This study aims to find the results of analyzing the phenomena encountered in Elresas Hotel employees regarding job satisfaction, job stress, and organizational commitment as independent variables on turnover intention as the dependent variable on Elresas Hotel employees. The research is quantitative, with variables measured using a Likert scale. Data collection use questionnaires and direct observation. This study uses the entire population of Hotel Elresas Lamongan, amounting to 40 people, as a sample. The data obtained were processed using SPSS Vs 18 software in descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. To test the significance level, simultaneous F-test and t-test were carried out. The research conducted concluded that job satisfaction had a partially insignificant effect on turnover intention, job stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment partially had an insignificant effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously both the variables of job satisfaction, job stress and organizational commitment influence turnover intention. This study is intended to find out the factors that cause turnover intention at Hotel Elresas Lamongan and can also be used as a suggestion so that employees do not have thoughts of leaving their jobs.
