Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Studi pada Puskesmas Kalibawang, Kabupaten Kulon Progo)

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance at Puskesmas Kalibawang, Kulon Progo. This research is a causal associative with quantitative approach. The data obtained by primary data using questionnaire method. Hypothesis testing in this reasearch are multiple linear regression analysis, F-test and T-test used to examined research model and determine the effect of independent variables to the dependent variable. The results showed a positive and significant effect of transformational leadership, organizationalcommitment, and job satisfaction on employee performance (sig. 0,000 < 0.05). T-test showed no effect of transformational leadership on employee performance (sig. 0,844 > 0,05). Organizational commitment has positive and significant effect on employee performance (sig. 0,011 < 0,05) and job satisfaction also havepositive and significant effect to employee performance (sig. 0,032 < 0,05).

The main objective of this research is to examine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work involvement on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) in Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data used in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to BSM employees totaling 60 questionnaires as respondents (according to the number of BSM employees in Surakarta). The sampling method in this study is to use a total sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, and R2 test. The results showed that partially job satisfaction variables, organizational commitment variables, and work engagement variables significantly influence employee performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Surakarta.   Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. This study aims to determine whether emotional intelligence partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Does work discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Jaya Teknik Indonesia. Companies in general will have all sorts of ways to improve employee job satisfaction. Factors that can improve employee job satisfaction are transformational leadership and organizational commitment of employees. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City. The population of this research is all employees of Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City which amounted to 34 people, with sample determination technique used is saturated or census sampling, hence all member of population become respondent in research. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that transformational leadership and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City. This has the meaning that the better the application of leadership style, and the higher organizational commitment that employees have, the more the level of employee job satisfaction at the Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of work motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance with satisfaction as intervening variable Satpol PP Kota Surakarta. The result of t test that is Motivation have positive and significant effect to Job Satisfaction, Transformational Leadership Style have positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction. Transformational Leadership Style, Motivation and Job Satisfaction have positive and significant effect on Performance Value of R2 square total is 0,7225 which means employee performance variable explained by transformational leadership style and motivation with satisfaction as interverning variable equal to 72,25% and the rest equal to 27,75% Described other factors outside the research model. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, organizational justice and job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of Keraton Jimbaran Resort employees. The research design that will be used in this study is quantitative research. In this study, the population amounted to 148 employees with a sample of 108 employees. The method of determining the sample in this study was carried out with the Slovin approach. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results in this study are transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment, organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. The title raised in this study is the Effect of Job Motivation and Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Education Office of West Tanjung Jabung Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the Tanjung Jabung Barat District Education Office. Testing is done using multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing is done by using t test and F test. The magnitude of the effect is known through testing the coefficient of determination. Based on the discussion it can be concluded that the effect of Motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) together on Performance (Y) is 13.275%. In the t test, the effect of Motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) has a partial effect on Performance (Y). in the F test, Motivation (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) have a simultaneous influence on performance (Y).

Purpose. Formulations of the problem in this research is there any influence leadership style and discipline to employee performance. Design/methodology.  This research was associative. The location of this study addressed at Jalan Sudirman No. 01 KM. 10 Village Cambai District of Cambai Prabumulih zip code 31141. The sample in this study as many as 50 people, with saturated Sampling analysis techniques. The data used are primary data. Data were collected through questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is the qualitative and quantitative analysis. Techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial). Finding. Results of the testing that has been done from this study indicate that the multiple linear regression calculation results obtained Y = 1.881 + 0,391X1 + 0,354X2, for the F test obtained Fhitung (9.175)> F table (3.20), meaning that there is influence leadership style and discipline work on employee performance SDOs Cambai Prabumulih, for the t test of leadership style variable (X1) obtained t (4.333)> t table (2.011), meaning that the leadership style partially influence on employee performance. T test variable work discipline (X2) obtained t (2.545)> t table (2.011), meaning that the work discipline partially influence on employee performance.

The samples of this study was 65 employees who work as financial affair of corporative in lubuk linggau. The data obtained wers analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis.
