IBN TAIMIYAH�S VIEW ON GOVERNMENT INTERVENTION IN PRICING

This study is a literature review with the normative approach. To achieve the desired objectives, the authors collected data consisting of primary and secondary data. The data obtained through the previous discussion of some theses, books, websites, supported by guidelines of the Qur�an and Al-Hadith. In gathering the data, the researcher uses the method of a documentary, and with the way the method of indirect observation, by visiting the library in search of data. The result of this research that Ibn Taimiyyah had two views in pricing, the first is valid pricing, second is invalid pricing. And valid pricing can be done by the government to stabilize the economic condition which is called intervention. The goal of intervention is to ensure social justice and prosperity of society. Intervention mechanisms are divided into two, namely direct and indirect. Direct intervention in the form of Al-Hisbah, the character of the institution as a corporate planner, set the market mechanism that is not fair. Besides, in the particular circumstances that required the intervention price, for example when there was war and famine, so all the high-priced goods, or when there was speculation in the market, which requires the seller to sell goods, or when there was speculation in the market, which requires the seller to sell goods with high price levels. While the indirect intervention was implemented in the educational problems and the fulfillment of public facilities such as transport and communication.

Strategi Penguatan Halal Supply Chain Di Indonesia Dalam Menghadapi Global Islamic Economy

Muslim and non-Muslim communities in several countries in the world have taken great opportunities in the halal industry. Countries with a majority Muslim population compete with each other to become the world's halal supply chain. The purpose of writing this article is to find out 1) the KNKS strategy on strengthening the halal supply chain for halal products in Indonesia 2) The strategy of the Ministry of National Development Planning in accelerating the halal supply chain of the halal industry in Indonesia 3) To determine economic conditions of Indonesia in the global Islamic Economy. This article uses secondary data obtained through reports on the GIE 2020/2021 Report, KNKS, and the Ministry of National Development Planning. Data analysis in this article uses four stages, namely data reduction, data categorization, then data verification, and finally with data display. Conclusions are drawn by describing the report in the tables. It can be concluded that, with a large population and a Muslim majority as a destination country for investment in halal products, the strategies undertaken by stakeholders are directed at strengthening Indonesia's halal supply chain towards the world's halal axis.

Pengaruh Sikap, Norma Subjektif Dan Persepsi Kontrol Perilaku Terhadap Niat Beli Produk Makanan Dan Minuman Dalam Kemasan Berlabel Halal Di Supermarket Kabupaten Jember

Perkembangan sektor halal saat ini mulai mendapat perhatian dari banyak negara di dunia. Berdasarkan data dari Global Islamic Economy (2018) menyatakan bahwa jumlah muslim di dunia mencapai 1,8 milyar, dengan estimasi pengeluaran terhadap produk halal oleh muslim dunia pada tahun 2017 sebesar US$ 2,1 triliun. Berdasarkan data dari Badan Pusat Statistik pada tahun 2010, Indonesia merupakan negara dengan penduduk muslim mayoritas sebanyak 207.176.162 jiwa. Dengan banyaknya negara asing yang menjalin kerjasama dengan negara Indonesia dalam sektor perdagangan, menimbulkan masalah pada salah satu sisi, yakni dimana tidak semua produk yang di impor ke Indonesia memiliki jaminan halal. Menjadi hal penting untuk penyantuman label halal pada setiap makanan dan minuman dalam kemasan, guna menjamin konsumen muslim dalam mengonsumsi makanan dan minuman berkemasan. Penelitian yang akan dilakukan ini adalah untuk mengukur niat individu muslim yang ada di Kabupaten Jember dalam membeli produk makanan dan minuman dalam kemasan berlabel halal. Teori yang digunakan dalam mengukur perilaku muslim dalam mengonsumsi produk makanan dan minuman berlabel halal ini adalah dengan menggunakan Theory of Planned Bahavior (TPB). Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, dimana analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel sikap, norma subjektif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat. Sedangkan persepsi kontrol perilaku berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap niat.

Dilema Hukum Keluarga Di Indonesia (Studi Analisis Kasus Perceraian di Indonesia)

Dalam perundang-undangan perkawinan di Indonesia, perceraian dinyatakan sah jika dilakukan di depan hakim Pengadilan Agama. Karena ketidaktahuan tentang hukum, proses dan biaya yang tinggi, beberapa kasus membuktikan perceraian hanya dilakukan oleh suami isteri tanpa melakukan proses perceraian di Pengadilan Agama. Sehingga secara hukum formal, status pernikahan mereka masih sah, walaupun pada kenyataannya mereka sudah bercerai. Hal ini berpengaruh juga kepada masa Iddah yang harus dijalani oleh sang mantan isteri dan kapan sang mantan isteri bisa menikah lagi dengan laki-laki lain. Secara kenyataan, setelah terucapnya sighot cerai, maka secara otomatis sang mantan istri melaksnakan kewajiban Iddahnya. Tetapi secara hukum formal, Iddah baru akan dijalani setelah jatuhnya putusan cerai oleh hakim Pengadilan Agama. Kondisi semacam ini bias berakibat pada adanya ketidakpastian hukum pada umat Islam di Indonesia.

This research summarizes the opinions of thinkers in the world of Islamic state administration so that analyzing the capability or competence of DPR members is the main cause that causes a number of problems that occur. Furthermore, the concept of Islamic constitutionality answers that the professionalism and expertise aspects are the main priorities of those who fill positions in the legislature. So that there is a need to reconstruct the conditions of people who will fill the positions of DPR members needed by people who have capabilities and expertise in both the legislative, budgetary and supervisory functions. The estuary is the maximum performance of legislative members who are the presentations of all Indonesian people.

Tinjauan Wisata Halal Prespektif Maqosidus Syariah Terkait Fatwa Dsn Mui Dsn-Mui No. 08 Tahun 2016

Wisata halal dalam pengembangan industri perbankan syariah di Indonesia harus kita dukung bersama, demi menegakkan eksistensi ekonomi syariah di Indonesia.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji tentang wisata halal prespektif maqasidus syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah deskriptif. Dengan hasil kajian bahwa konsep wisata halal prespektif maqasidus syariah digolongkan menjadi tigan diantaranya Dzaruriyah, Hajiyah, Tahsiniyah. Para pelaku wisata halal memiliki tantangan dalam pengambangan usahanya. Diantaranya terdapat pengembangan usaha di sektor pariwisata yang dipandang prospektif ke depan, namun di sisi lain mereka berkomitmen untuk memfasilitasi kebutuhan wisatawan untuk tidak meninggalkan kewajibannya untuk beribadah kepada Tuhan dan mengabaikan ajaran-ajarannya. Inilah adalah gambaran yang akan menunjukkan bahwa untuk membangun sebuah industri pariwisata halal bagaimanapun harus mengedepankan karakter spesifiknya yang paling asasi, antara lain memberi perlindungan terhadap agama wisatawan sebagaimana yang diajarkan dalam maqashid al-syariah yang akan diulas lebih jauh dalam kajian berikutnya. Dalam kaitan dengan maqashid al-syariah. Serta dalam kajian ini akan dipaparkan tentang pandangan wisata halal dalam DSN-MUI No. 08 Tahun 2016.

Hak Pekerja Peyandang Disabilitas Di Jawa Timur Perspektif Maslahah Mursalah

Human Rights as basic rights that are inherently inherent in human beings with universal nature, need to be protected, respected, and maintained, so that the protection and human rights of vulnerable groups, especially persons with disabilities. Persons with disabilities also have the same right in employment opportunities to obtain welfare through equal employment opportunities without discrimination. Although the Government has paid attention to the rights of workers with disabilities at work including protection of accessibility, but unfortunately in reality these regulations do not work properly. People with disabilities are not unable to work but are not given the opportunity so they cannot work, persons with disabilities are not because of their will but it is God's will and does not mean they cannot do anything when there are disabilities who cannot see but they can walk, can hear , and so forth. Basically in the world of employment already has a legal umbrella, namely Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, which in it regulates, all matters relating to labor in the time before, during, and after the work period. The law also regulates the rights and obligations of business actors, the State and workers / laborers. So in this case concerning the rights of persons with disabilities who have equality and equality with other humans, especially in terms of work. The author would like to further analyze the rights of persons with disabilities to obtain employment in terms of their benefit, namely using the Islamic legal method Maslahah Mursalah.

Kontribusi Marketing Syariah dan Citra Lembaga Dalam Mempengaruhi Keputusan Nasabah Menabung

The purpose of this study 1) Knowing the influence of sharia marketing (X1) on customer decisions (Y) saving; 2) Determine the magnitude of the influence of the image of the institution (X2) on the customer's decision (Y) to save; 3) Knowing the simultaneous influence between sharia marketing (X1) and institutional image (X2) on Customer Decision (Y) saving. In this study using a quantitative approach to the type of survey research. Determination of the research sample using simple random sampling technique with 30 respondents. Research conclusions 1) Sharia marketing Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Genteng Banyuwangi Regency is one of the factors that influence customers' decision to save. The better the marketing of sharia is carried out, the more interested the public will be in saving at Syariah Syariah Bank KC Genteng Banyuwangi Regency; 2) the image of the institution of Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Genteng Banyuwangi Regency is one of the factors that influence the interests of customers to save. The better the image in the minds of the public, the more interested people will be saving at the Syariah Mandiri Bank KC Genteng Banyuwangi Regency; 3) sharia marketing (X1) and institutional image (X2) are the dominant variables on customer decisions (Y) saving at Bank Syariah Mandiri KC Genteng Banyuwangi Regency.

The influence of emotional dissonance, emotional intelligence and organizational commitment on job satisfaction of employees of Bank BUMN in Indonesia

This study aims to determine emotional dissonance, emotional intelligence as well as organizational commitment and their influences on job satisfaction of employees of Bank BUMN (state-owned banks) in Indonesia. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The research population is 283 front office employees from 7 state-owned banks in Indonesia consisting of tellers, customer services staff, and marketing staff. All the 283 populations studied entirely. The methods of data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of test and analysis show that emotional dissonance has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of Bank BUMN in Indonesia, emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction and commitment have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction of employees of Bank BUMN in Indonesia.

Peningkatan Ekonomi Pesantren Melalui Budidaya Vanili Dengan Sistem Agrikultur Di Kabupaten Bondowoso

Pesantren di Indonesia yang jumlahnya Mencapai ribuan sebenarnya mempunyai potensi yang sangat besar dalam bidang ekonomi. Namun potensi yang dimiliki oleh pesantren belum banyak diperhatikan, baik oleh pemerintah maupun oleh internal pesantren itu sendiri. Pemerintah selama ini kurang optimal melihat potensi ekonomi yang dimiliki oleh pesantren. Karena pesantren dianggap lembaga pendidikan tradisional yang tidak memiliki nilai strategis dalam bidang ekonomi. Sedangkan sebagian besar pesantren menganggap bahwa persoalan ekonomi bukanlah urusan pesantren karena urusan ekonomi merupakan persoalan duniawi, sehingga tidak perlu diperhatikan secara serius. Perspektif para pakar tentang pesantren secara mayoritas mengatakan demikian bahwa pesantren masih bergerak dalam bidang pendidikan tradisional yang masih mempertahankan pembelajaran kitab-kitab klasik.[1] Padahal jika kita melihat potensi dan perkembangan pesantren seperti yang dikemukakan oleh Azzumardi Azra, pesantren sekarang harus diharapkan tidak lagi sekedar memainkan fungsi tradisionalnya[2] yaitu: Tranmissi dan Tranfer ilmu-ilmu agama (Islam), pemeliharaan tradisi Islam, menciptakan Ulama, tetapi juga menjadi pusat penyuluhan kesehatan, pusat pengembangan tekhnologi tepat guna bagi masyarakat pedesaan, pusat usaha-usaha penyelamatan pelestarian dan lingkungan hidup dan lebih penting lagi menjadi pusat pemberdayaan masyarakat dan sekitarnya. Dengan konsep pemberdayaan ekonomi pesantren ini dan melihat peluang tanaman Vanili (emas hijau), maka pesantren akan lebih mudah dalam mengatasi permasalahan ekonomi pesantren untuk operasional pendidikan.
