Higher education is one of the places to develop competencies, which will prepare students (human resources) to become people who have academic and professional abilities. In universities, lecturers carry out the main task known as the Tri Dharma College, namely education and teaching activities, research and development, and community service, while at Telkom University in addition to the Tri Dharma College there are also supporting tasks and special obligations of the professor. In supporting lecturers for supervisory supervision is still subjective and there is injustice in the verification process, as well as collecting data related to supporting lecturers manually. The lack of supervision and the absence of a system in integrating the supporting data resulted in uneven distribution of support (both assignments and points obtained) and the absence of track records for lecturers. So that it requires a proposed business process design, blueprint document design, and the design of a user interface that is in accordance with the penunjang mechanism based on Tel-U Point in the Telkom Industrial Engineering Faculty with interesting and accessible visualization anywhere. With the design of this website-based information support mechanisms, it is expected that the control holders in each process can be clearly illustrated, supporting data can be well integrated, and data filling and storage can be automated in the system.

Pemeliharaan dan pengambilan data rekam medis merupakan fungsi penting dalam pelayanan disetiap fasilitas asuhan kesehatan. Peningkatan tuntutan akan informasi kesehatan ini mengharuskan fasilitas untuk memelihara sistem informasi yang efektif dan efisien. Mengenai sistem penomoran, penyimpanan dan retensi dari manajemen rekam medis di Indonesia banyak jenisnya. Bentuk sistem penomoran dan penyimpanan yang baik merupakan tahap awal dalam pemberian pelayanan terhadap pasien. Pengambilan dan penyimpanan rekam medis yang tepat merupakan elemen penting dalam pemberian pelayanan. Perlu kehati-hatian dalam merencanakan sistem penomoran dan penyimpanan. Tujuan utama dalam melakukan pemberian penomoran adalah mengidentifikasi data pasien. Penulis berpendapat bahwa dengan menggunakan bentuk pemberian nomor metode apapun rahasia pasien dapat terjaga. Pemberian nomor ini dilakukan pada saat pasien mendaftar atau kontak dengan sarana pelayanan kesehatan. Hal tujuan utama dalam melakukan pemberian penomoran adalah mengidentifikasi data pasien. Pemberian nomor dilakukan pada saat pasien mendaftar atau kontak dengan sarana pelayanan kesehatan. Dalam kegiatan ini kami berusaha untuk mengoptimalkan sistem pelayanan kesehatan  di Klinik Puri Medical melalui penyuluhan tentang sistem penomoran dan penyimpanan data Rekam Medis  yang baik dan memudahkan petugas dalam pengambilan dan penyimpanan data Rekam Medis tersebut. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini kami menguraikan tentang pengelolaan data Rekam medis melalui tatacara sistem penomoran dan penyimpanan data Rekam Medis. Metode yang dilakukan dengan cara memberikan materi dan dipresentasikan serta didiskusikan dengan staf yang hadir dalam Pengabdian tersebut dengan beberapa tahap, antara lain dengan pemaparan materi tentang sistem penomoran dan penyimpanan yang disampaikan kepada staf/petugas bagian Rekam medik yang hadir dalam acara Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, setelah itu dilanjutkan dengan praktik lapangan, jika ada hal yang kurang dipahami dalam pelaksanaan maka akan dilanjutkan dengan tahap bimbingan dan konsultasi antara staf rekam medis dengan tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat,tahap akhir dalam jangka beberapa minggu akan dilakukan monitoring dan evaluasi apakah ilmu yang di berikan telah teraplikasi dengan baik di klinik tersebut. This increasing demand for health information requires facilities to maintain effective and efficient information systems. Regarding the numbering, storage and retention systems of medical record management in Indonesia, there are many types. The form of a good numbering and storage system is the initial stage in providing services to patients. Proper collection and storage of medical records is an important element in the delivery of services. Care needs to be taken in planning the numbering and storage system. The main purpose in numbering is to identify patient data. The author believes that by using any method of giving numbers the patient's secret can be kept. Giving this number is done when the patient registers or contacts with health care facilities. The main goal in making numbering is to identify patient data. The number is given when the patient registers or contacts with health care facilities. In this activity we are trying to optimize the health service system at Puri Medical Clinic through counseling about the numbering system and storing good Medical Record data and facilitate the officers in retrieving and storing the Medical Record data. This Community Service Implementation describes the management of medical record data through the procedure for numbering and storing medical record data. The method is done by providing material and presented and discussed with the staff present at the Service with several stages, including the presentation of material about the numbering and storage system that was delivered to the staff / officers of the Medical Record section who attended the Community Service event, after it is continued with field practice, if there are things that are not understood in the implementation it will be continued with the guidance and consultation phase between the medical record staff and the Community Service Team, the final stage within a period of several weeks will be carried out monitoring and evaluation whether the knowledge provided has been applied well in the clinic. This research aims to help universities that do not have an academic information system and facilitate EPSBED data report to Directorate of Higher Education (DHE). The method used is the three first stages in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which are systems engineering, requirements analysis, and design system. The result is a design of university business process, design of database, and design of user interface. This research finds that DHE has a specific data structure that can represent the basic activities of a study program. Therefore, this system design can be used for reporting of EPSBED data as well as for data collection of study program activities.

The efficiency of economic activity of enterprises largely depends on the proper management of their assets. Whereas, an important type of assets of enterprises is its operating wealth, which serves the processes of production and marketing of products of economic entities. This is a complex process of circulation of operating assets, during which transformation from one species to another is being carried out. The course of such a process may involve different amounts of demand for current assets for a certain volume of production and sales. In other words, these assets are characterized by a certain level of flexibility and the main task of managing them is to establish their rational value. This value should ensure, on the one hand, the continuity of the production process at the enterprise and the timeliness of receipt of funds from the sale of products, and, on the other hand, the absence of excess inventories and other types of operating assets. The solution of this problem requires the introduction of an effective mechanism for managing its current assets. Considering this, the purpose of this article is to develop theoretical principles for managing operating assets of enterprises. It has been shown that the process of such management should be based on the system, created at the enterprises of information support of this process. Under this system is proposed to understand a set of information arrays and formalized algorithms for its processing, with which it is possible to assess the current state of use of operating assets of the company and develop a set of measures aimed at structuring and optimizing its volume. The basic requirements to designing of system of information maintenance of management of operating assets of the enterprises have been presented. The required information for the management of operating assets has been grouped. The areas grouping of operating assets management of the enterprise depending on the stages of its circulation has been carried out. The model of management of debts receivable of the enterprises has been specified. The use of the developed theoretical principles of operating assets management of enterprises in the practice of their activities increases financial results by streamlining the volume and structure of current assets of economic entities.

This chapter explains and describes a detailed framework based on integrating a number of different methodological strands from the literature. A literature review was conducted in three different domains - business process re-design, supply chain re-design and e-business process design-. The literature review revealed potential for integrating elements of a number of different methods and techniques found in different methodological strands into a framework for conducting Business Process Re-design (BPR) to support Supply Chain Integration (SCI).The proposed BPR methodology can be applied in any company or sector; methods and techniques incorporated are not specific to any sector.
