The lack of information needed to fulfill the claim requirements of Indonesia Case-Based Group (INA-CBGs) for Coronavirus Diseases (Covid-19) outpatients caused claim disputes, thus hampering the claim process for Covid-19 patients at Hospital. The existence of an electronic medical resume is believed to be a solution and make the claim process more effective. This study aimed to produce an electronic-based outpatient medical resume that fits the needs of Hospital X. The prototype method was chosen because it is suitable for developing systems quickly, and the results are easier to adjust because Hospital X can provide input in the system development process. Based on system testing using the black-box method, the medical e-resume system developed has overcome dispute claims at Hospital.

An event is a means for students to improve their soft skill and hard skill. In college, one kind of event that usually held regularly is an exhibition. It is usually held around the universities environtment, but in practice there are still some shortcomings, such as the registration process is done manually, attendance of participants that are not integrated with the system, and unavailability of certificates for participants who have attended the event. Since the outbreak of Covid-19, organizing the events must be done online, so we need a system that can accommodate this. Therefore, this study aims to create an event management system that can manage exhibition event data. Besides, the system is also equipped with a feature to generate an E-Certificate that has a QR Code embedded. The method used in this study is Extreme Programming, with its flexible nature toward changes to facilitate the process of system development. The testing in this study is using black box method, with the test results show that all functional in the system can run well in accordance with user expectations. The use of the Extreme Programming method produces a quality system, because users are involved during the system development process.

Abstract   Through the mass media news is often found about how a family or community handles family members who have mental disorders by mounting, isolating, and even throwing them away. This shows that one of the things that causes the family to handle the problem inappropriately is the lack of information about diagnoses of mental disorders so that they take actions that could make the sufferer worse. The expert system designed by the writer here aims to produce an expert system that can be used by the general public. The system is made in such a way that it can be used easily to provide knowledge to the public about mental disorders and how to deal with it. With this expert system, families and even the surrounding community can take appropriate action if there are people with mental disorders in the vicinity. This expert system uses a method that is quite popular, namely Forward Chaining which is implemented in the form of a web-based application program. Application is made using the PHP programming language then testing based on the Black Box method   Keywords: Expert system, Mental disorder, Forward Chaining.   Abstrak   Melalui media massa sering dijumpai berita tentang bagaimana sebuah keluarga atau masyarakat menangani anggota keluarganya yang mengalami gangguan jiwa dengan cara memasung, mengucilkan, bahkan membuangnya. Ini menunjukkan bahwa salah satu hal yang menyebabkan keluarga kurang tepat dalam menangani permasalahan tersebut adalah kurangnya informasi tentang diagnosa gangguan jiwa sehingga mereka melakukan tindakan yang bisa jadi membuat penderita semakin parah. Sistem pakar yang dirancang penulis di sini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem pakar yang dapat digunakan oleh masyarakat secara umum. Sistem yang dibuat sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat digunakan secara mudah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang gangguan jiwa dan cara menanganinya. Dengan adanya sistem pakar ini, keluarga bahkan masyarakat di sekitarnya dapat melakukan tindakan yang tepat jika ada penderita gangguan jiwa di sekitarnya. Sistem pakar juru pemantau jiwa ini menggunakan metode yang cukup populer yaitu forward Chaining yang diimplementasikan ke dalam bentuk program aplikasi berbasis web. Aplikasi dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP kemudian dilakukan pengujian berdasarkan dengan metode Black Box.   Kata Kunci: Sistem pakar, gangguan jiwa, Forward Chaining.

<p>Klinik Jati Husada merupakan salah satu klinik yang berada di kabupaten Tangerang, Dalam menjalankan operasionalnya klinik ini masih menggunakan cara kerja pencatatan data pasien dengan manual sehingga seringkali menghabat proses pelayanan dan pelaporan hasil aktifitas klinik, berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti berinisiatif melakukan penelitian untuk membuat sebuah perancangan dan membangun sistem informasi pelayanan pasien di klinik. Peneliti menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan melakukan aktifitas <em>observasi</em>, wawancara dan penyebaran <em>form survey</em>. Peneliti menggunakan UML (<em>Unified Modeling Language</em>) dalam membuat pemodelan desain program berorientasi objek (OOP) dari sistem yang dikembangkan. Proses pembangunan sistem dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan sistem <em>waterfall</em> dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dalam proses pembagunan aplikasinya. Metode pengujian sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah <em>black box testing </em>dimana peneliti menguji setiap modul yang tersedia di sistem yang dikembangkan bersama-sama pengguna dan peneliti telah memperbaiki semua modul yang dirasa kurang sesuai dengan permintaan pengguna. Sistem informasi pelayanan pasien yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini telah membantu klinik Jati Husada melakukan pengelolaan data pasien jauh lebih baik. Peneliti berharap sistem pelayanan pasien yang dibangun ini dapat menjadi referensi atau contoh bagi klinik pengobatan ditempat lain yang sejenis.</p><p class="Abstrak" align="center"> </p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p class="Judul2"><em>Jati Husada Clinic is one of the clinics in the Tangerang district. In carrying out its operations the clinic uses manual data entry and recording of patients, it holds the process of service and reporting the results of clinical activities, based on these conditions the researchers conducted research to make a design and building a patient service information system in the clinic. Researchers used qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, by conducting observation activities, interviews and distributing survey forms. Researchers use UML (Unified Modeling Language) in making object oriented program design (OOP) modeling of the developed system. The system development process in this study uses a waterfall system development model and uses the PHP programming language in the application development process. The system testing method used in this study is black box testing where the researcher and users have tested every module available in the developed system and the researcher has corrected the modules that have not been in accordance with the user's request. The patient service information system generated from this study has helped Jati Husada clinic to manage patient data much better. Researchers hope that the patient service system developed can be a reference or example for clinics in other similar places.</em></p>

Jakarta merupakan Ibukota Negara Indonesia yang memiliki kekayaan berupa kuliner yang beragam. Tetapi seiring berjalannya waktu, makanan khas Jakarta tergeser oleh makanan luar negeri yang masuk ke kota Jakarta. Hal ini membuat masyarakat kurang minat terhadap makanan khas kota jakarta. Aplikasi Resep Jakarta berisi berbagai resep makanan khas Jakarta yang diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat membantu masyarakat dalam membuat makanan kuliner Indonesia khususnya menu makanan Jakarta. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan Android Studio. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam pembuatan resep Jakarta adalah SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Tahapan pertama dilakukan adalah perencanaan, tahapan perancangan, impelementasi dan uji coba. Aplikasi ini sudah dilakukan pengujian, yaitu pengujian menggunakan metode Black-box. Hasil dari uji coba yaitu semua fungsi berjalan dengan baik sesuai harapan. Kata Kunci : Aplikasi, Jakarta, Android, SDLC, Makanan

Current machine intelligence metrics rely on a different philosophy, hindering their effective comparison. There is no standardization of what is machine intelligence and what should be measured to quantify it. In this study, we investigate the measurement of intelligence from the viewpoint of real-life difficult-problem-solving abilities, and we highlight the importance of being able to make accurate and robust comparisons between multiple cooperative multiagent systems (CMASs) using a novel metric. A recent metric presented in the scientific literature, called MetrIntPair, is capable of comparing the intelligence of only two CMASs at an application. In this paper, we propose a generalization of that metric called MetrIntPairII. MetrIntPairII is based on pairwise problem-solving intelligence comparisons (for the same problem, the problem-solving intelligence of the studied CMASs is evaluated experimentally in pairs). The pairwise intelligence comparison is proposed to decrease the necessary number of experimental intelligence measurements. MetrIntPairII has the same properties as MetrIntPair, with the main advantage that it can be applied to any number of CMASs conserving the accuracy of the comparison, while it exhibits enhanced robustness. An important property of the proposed metric is the universality, as it can be applied as a black-box method to intelligent agent-based systems (IABSs) generally, not depending on the aspect of IABS architecture. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the MetrIntPairII metric, we provide a representative experimental study, comparing the intelligence of several CMASs composed of agents specialized in solving an NP-hard problem.

The San Pedro Bay Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles continue to provide vital rail connections to the rest of the country. The Rail Enhancement Program sets forth the rail improvements necessary to maintain performance as cargo volumes grow through the year 2035. Implementation of the Rail Enhancement Program has faced hurdles including environmental permitting, funding and competing stakeholder concerns. Cargo growth eased in the years approaching 2010, but the timing of proposed improvements to the rail infrastructure remains critical and challenging. The Rail Enhancement Program is the result of work over the past ten years. Conditions affecting the program have continued to change since the original Rail Master Planning Study of 2000. Updates to the Master Plan have been performed in 2005 and 2010. These documents provide analyses and recommendations for rail improvements to maintain adequate rail service on the Alameda Corridor and through the Port to its rail yards. In developing the Rail Enhancement Program, simulation is used to understand the impacts of increasing cargo volumes on the rail system and to investigate infrastructure and operating improvements required to address deficiencies and to determine improvements to efficiently handle projected traffic. This paper describes the development process with a summary of the analysis methods, resulting proposed rail projects, implementation process and current status of implementation. The steps of the rail system development process include the following: • Evaluation of existing and proposed rail operations; • Conceptual design of over forty potential rail improvement projects; • Analysis of the capacity of existing and proposed facilities; • Scheduling of project development to meet demand; • Estimation of environmental, community and regional impacts and benefits; • Determination of schedule including environmental permit requirements; • Development of project funding plans; and • Preparation of engineering designs and construction documents. The paper will conclude with a summary of the status of key projects from the Rail Enhancement Program. Implementation of the Rail Enhancement Program has included permitting, funding and design efforts on individual projects. The projects currently under development total $1B out of the overall $2B program. The Rail Enhancement Program provides significant benefits to operating efficiencies, environmental impacts and economic impacts. Implementation has been a challenging effort and illustrates the myriad obstacles facing public infrastructure development.
