The system determining the quality of classroom learning at primary school teachers still done conventionally so the decision was taken to determine the quality of teachers by learning that sometimes does not correspond to the criteria set by the school and its analysis was not optimal. The method used for data collection were observation and interviews, while the methods used to determine the quality of classroom learning using Simple Additive weighting method (SAW). After going through the process of testing and assessment of the obtained results that the process of inputting the data with the average value of 94%, see the system as a whole with the average value of 92%, the ease of use of the system with an average value of 94%, the results of the analysis criteria with value an average of 84%, and the provision of the decision by the SAW method with an average value of 96%. The system determining the quality of learning by SAW method with the overall function testing resulted in an average value of 92% thus concluded the system determining the quality of teaching elementary school teachers using SAW method feasible to implement.

The winner will be smart at the city district level up to the national level, in the process of determining the best town according to government regulations in sending villages with five aspects and each aspect that has specified specifications and through validation from the government In the process of the government in the form of a committee conducting visits and conducting assessments based on the completeness of the data with the team for each aspect and giving to the committee based on individual orders, the value submitted will do the calculation by determining the final cost of the process of finding an average value -average overall and do the division of the total aspects. To assist the procedure in choosing the best village, the researcher wants to develop an online decision support system application with features that will be equipped in the developed application by uploading documents according to conditions in the field and documentation carried out by the team towards the village, so that the order process is open. It can be witnessed by all concerned, while in the Calculation and analysis Process using the OWA (ORDERED WEIGHTED AVERAGE) combination operator to determine the average value calculation and the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) Method as part of the ranking of several existing villages

Since the first half of the 1980s, burnout in teachers has been the object of particular attention by many international authors. Teachers are subject, more than other professions, to numerous and heavy pressures, covering the peculiarity of the profession. The objectives of the present research are to measure the predictive role of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment on the quality of teaching in a group of elementary school teachers. We carried out a cross-sectional study involving 324 Sicilian female teachers, who worked in three school orders: Kindergarten, primary school, and the first year of middle school. Participants completed a socio-demographic questionnaire, the assessment teaching scale for primary school teachers (ECAD-EP), and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). In reference to the level of burnout, the correlation analysis underlined the presence of a positive correlation between: Emotional exhaustion and depersonalization; and a negative correlation between exhaustion and depersonalization. Furthermore, a predictive role of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and personal accomplishment on the quality of teaching in a group of primary school teachers was found.

This article presents an investigation into how primary-school pupils imagine a good teacher and what characteristics of teachers they appreciate. The teacher’s personality is a quality of central importance to the teaching process. Teachers find themselves in many diverse situations and they cannot always remain the same. Each situation requires different qualities, attitudes and knowledge. In different situations, the teacher can achieve the same educational outcome in various ways, by using a range of methods. No teacher can be expected to have the ideal personality and cannot possibly have all the desired qualities, so some qualities compensate for the lack of others. However, the crucial aspects of a good teacher’s personality is authenticity, naturalness and positive relationship with pupils.
