Sweet potato cultivation continues to be developed, even in Cilimus District, it is known as one of the productive production centers in the West Java region which provides sweet potato supplies to several areas to supply sweet potato needs in the West Java region. The problems are faced by farmers today including the increasingly erratic price of sweet potatoes, lack of market opportunities, product diversification, and mastery of cultivation technology. This service activity was carried out in Cilimus Village, Cilimus District, Kuningan Regency with partners of sweet potato farmers. The purpose of this assistance is to provide supply chain assistance for sweet potato marketing so that farmers are able to continuously market sweet potatoes above the production price. Mentoring activities were started from identification of sweet potato problems at the farmer level, identification of production and identification of markets. The using of method is interactive discussion and market mapping conducted together with farmers. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) was used to confirm the cultivation system, production, and marketing system of sweet potato. The result of this activity is that farmers know the marketing potential of sweet potatoes other than middlemen and the quality criteria of sweet potatoes according to industry demand. In addition, farmers also use sweet potatoes as animal feed.

Restriction on the broadcasting  of 17 western songs considered full of sexual aspects in the Indonesian province of West Java has given rise to  polemic and criticism. Various reactions, both negative and positive, emerged. Instead of supporting the restriction the Indonesian public appeared to blatantly oppose the policy made by the West Java  Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID). It is interesting to analyze and study this phenomenon more deeply through the great concepts of Gramsci’s counter hegemony.  Of course, a mature and strategic counter hegemony is needed  to counter   western music hegemony in the  country. The study of counter hegemony has not been widely discussed, especially when it comes to the counter of the counter hegemony itself and this can be the novelty of this study. This phenomenon is analyzed through critical perspective by conducting literature study in several online media sites  related to the topic of this research. The results show that the counter hegemony which was not carried out systematically and strategically with regard to  the restrictions on the broadcasting of 17 western songs in the province of West Java did not yield a fruit in the form of  the hegemony’s downfall. The hegemony of western songs remains strong.  The failure of counter hegemony will strengthen the hegemony of  western songs in Indonesia. For its part, it is necessary to have mature planning and strong collaboration  between political society and civil society to make the counter hegemony run well in an attempt to undermine the hegemony.

<p><em>West Java for the past three years has been included in the top three provinces with the highest number of divorces and the highest rate of child violence. Ridwan Kamil and the Chief of the West Java PKK launched 'Sekoper Cinta' or women's school held by the DP3AKB which make an affort to empower women to achieve equality , participation, access, roles, benefits and control between women and men in all fields. This school has held a graduation ceremony for 2,700 women on October 22, 2019. This program is held to improve the quality of women so they can reduce the rate of divorce and violence against children. So, how is this program carried out in West Java, can it reduce the existing divorce rate? Can it be applied in other areas as a solution to protect women and children? In fact, Sekoper Cinta is able to make women and mothers more empowered and qualified with a lot of materials that encourage family resilience and economic independence, so that if applied it will certainly be able to reduce the divorce rate in West Java and this program can be used as guidelines and examples for other areas because the results are able to give freedom to women from gender injustice.</em></p><p> </p><p>Jawa Barat selama tiga tahun terakhir ini termasuk ke dalam tiga besar provinsi dengan jumlah perceraian terbanyak dan angka kekerasan anak terbesar.

The plan to relocate the Indonesian capital as set out in the 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMN) to East Kalimantan Province will start in 2024. During the process, the government also plans to move central civil servants to the new capital. The planned relocation of the capital city impacts all central civil servants located in DKI Jakarta and surrounding areas. This research used secondary data sources as a basis for population and employment projections. From the results obtained, West Java's population will continue to grow during the growth rate decline. The relocation plan will directly impact the West Java population, but the effect tends to be less significant given the small number of central civil servants located in west java compared to West Java's population as a whole. The relocation plan will impact social environment conditions, economic activity, and the environment in surrounding areas.

This article explores the teachings, rituals and developments of the Naqshabandiyah Khalidiyah sufi order in Cianjur, West Java. It has been established since the mid-19th century and has played an important role in the spread of Islam in this area called the "Kota Santri/City of Islamic Students". This is due to the followers of the sufi order still adhering to the principle of khalwat dar anjuman. This principle allows them to practice the spirituality of the sufi order without leaving their social roles and functions as citizens. It can be seen from the diversity of their backgrounds, who are not only farmers, traders and entrepreneurs but also government officials. Moreover, 15 percent of them are millennials. Through a historical approach, this article found that the Naqshabandiyah Khalidiyah sufi order in Cianjur has become an important part of the history of Islamic civilization in the West Java region. The teachings and rituals that blend with the surrounding community have illustrated the diversity of Islam in the archipelago which tends to be Sufi in style since the early days.
